Good service but 3 hour wait, despite an appointment. I have been coming here on and off (for service and oil changes) for many years and have purchased two vehicles here. Yesterday 4/10, I came in for a recall, oil change and to find out what was causing my car to shake at 60 mph. It was explained that I needed new tires THEN an alignment. All good, makes sense. What bothered me is I took my vehicle to a friend yesterday afternoon to have him rotate the tires (for now) until I could afford the new tires/alignment)..he discovered a total of 6 nails in my tires! The fact that I turned in a coupon for a 37(?) point inspection from the dealership.., I find it far from likely anyone even looked at my tires to have missed this. Sad but typical customer service these days. An accident just waiting to happen, yet no mention to me.

They way Car buying should be. No hassle. No games. Straight forward. The sales person does the entire deal. No mulitple people to talk to and back and forth with managers.  I will refer everyone and tell them how car buying experience should be.
