Getting oil change. So far service advisors are less than friendly like they don't want u there. Also told them my car had a recall and the guy told me u had to call instead of him entering it in the system. I'm better off at another place. This dealership may be at a new location but same tired workers.

After I got my oil change, they told me I needed new tires. They told me there was a flat. A nail which wasn't there this morning. Such bs.

If I could place less than a star I would. At first we were pleasantly surprised by the friendly attentive service we received but I now see its because they are willing to sell cars regardless of how they run. I have only purchased used cars from larger dealerships to avoid being tricked into a poor working vehicle. My husband and I purchased a used 2014 Ford Focus as we were in desperate need of a second vehicle. Over a few days we were realizing the vehicle was having trouble shifting gears, we called Kuhn Honda informing them that this vehicle had some issues and we wanted to see what they could do. They informed us that nothing could be done unless we traded in as negative equity. After that we took the car to Fords after doing some research which quickly gave us results of our Ford being part of a large number of Ford Focus vehicles having transmission issues. Since our car is within manufactured warranty we took it to Brandon Ford. We were informed that the vehicle is skipping multiple times through shifting and needs a part replacement. So then were told we should not drive it, so we are being forced to park our new second car for 6-8 weeks for a part on back order; then an additional 2 days for repair. Now we are highly inconvenienced as we changed our day to day because we had the car...now we had to change it back. My big question is, why push that all cars go through a thorough inspection if they don't. We emailed in and got a quick call back from our salesman, he stated someone would be calling us first thing in the  morning as they would do anything to make it right....well that call came late in the afternoon.....from the service department....I would love to know that the service department can do for me now...as they already failed the first time.  Not to mention Fords is now the only place that can help us.  They need to learn to address the issues as they come, and not when its to late. Unfortunately Kuhn Honda will never being seeing us again, or anyone else can prevent from purchasing a half working car.
