I usually don't use caps, but this is just ridiculous in this day and age. I went for a recall for my vehicle. Setting the appointment went well. I asked how long it would take so I can make plan and if they had a shuttle to go to the mall that is a mile away. They told me 2 hours for maintenance and yes there is a shuttle to the mall.

Arrived on time. Got directed to a service representative. Firs thing was for him to check if they had the parts.....WHAT?!? Fortunately they did. When I told him I would be waiting, he looked at me and said 4 to 6 hours is a long wait....WHAT?!?! So, left hand doesn't know what right hand is doing and the 2 hours is for the actual work to be done, but they have a long list before it is started on mine. Doesn't make that much sense to have appointments if you work that way, but what can I do.

Packed up and made another appointment. Guess what....no part once I was there, once again on time. At least a different service rep made sure to order the part under my name so it won't happen again (what the first one should have done). Another failed attempt.

Against my better judgement I persevered and made a third and final attempt. I had to call them and delay it by a week. Dreading what would happen I went and finally got it worked out. In between I also learned that I could go anywhere within reasonable distance with the shuttle so went back home (would have done that with first appointment if I would have been told). They picked me back less then 4 hours later. Quick and simple exit and finally done.

Because of above horrible experience I can't justify giving this more then 1 star. As a friend said, I should have sent them an invoice for time wasted due to their ineptitude.

What a joke of a dealership, especially one that carries the Chevy name. My nightmare started from the first time I called to see if the vehicle I wanted was available after seeing it online. The internet manager looked it up and said its sitting on lot, forgot to mention the GM of the company was using it for his personal demo. I needed the GMS pricing and that would of not allowed that sale for the SUV. The dealership is outdated and all the employees have the 'don't give a hell attitude' and more interested in their smoke breaks. Very pushy sales people with the typical bs good guy bad guy car sale tactics. Their pricing is way off and if you give a down payment to lower your price on lease/buy they structure it high so don't bother. Also if your going to trade your car in they'll try to give you pennies on the dollar for what's it's really worth. Do yourself a favor and go to a more reputable and trustworthy dealer and not these clowns'

I was not impressed at all. I set up an appointment for a recall a month in advance.  When I went in no paperwork was prepared or at least it wasn't relayed to me. The service manager only met with me briefly at the beginning and I never saw him again. Now the lounge was a nice area with TVs, coffee, water, play area, restrooms and work areas.  My wait was about what they promised however my service manager didn't meet me afterwards someone else did who didn't explain the 21 point check with me. I had to ask and then he said that everything was fine. My car almost has 100,000 miles on it and I'm sure something needs to be serviced. Highly disappointed in the communication that was given to me.

Wonderful experience.  Brought in a vehicle with price off the internet and they had to honor it! Saved 5,000. Came pre- approved through USAA at a low interest rate and they beat it! Pays to do your homework before u shop! The only thing is we bought a $50,000 vehicle and didn't get any floor mats!!!!! Seems that wasn't included!!! SMH Go figure. So make a deal for your floor mats before you close the deal. Lol! Good experience!

Worst service experience in 40 years

I had a below average experience here after recently taking our 2009 Suburban in for an oil change and replacement of a daytime running lamp.  I made an appointment online the day prior.  When I arrived at dealer it seemed they had no idea I was coming.  I was quoted 1.5 to 1.75 hour wait.  It took over 2 hours for these simple items.  While the unanticipated long wait was frustrating, as I had my 8 year old son along, the waiting areas are nice and we appreciated the complimentary hot chocolate.  Also, boo to Chevy for making replacing a light bulb something you need a mechanic to do!

Made the appointment online last week, which was very easy to do, checked my desired services "27-point check, wheel alignment" (my car keeps stalling). Things were looking good so far. Showed up at the dealership and was greeted by a friendly staff, I dropped off my vehicle at about 8:30am. My service rep told me that if I don't hear anything from him by 2pm, to call him. He got my name/number on the service report and I went home to wait.
Okay, so it's 2:30pm, this is when things go downhill. I called, probably about 15 times between 2:30pm and 3:45pm. That's when I started getting a little frustrated. I called the main desk and I asked for the service rep, he answered. I told him I've been trying to reach him for the past hour and a half and no answer from his cell, or office. He told me he thought it was a salesman calling him the entire time, because he had inquired about solar panels a week ago, and since my area code was from California, he thought it must have been them. Really?? Okay. So when he answered, he had no idea who I was, or how my vehicle was doing. He said "uhh, uhh...I'll call you right back" I waited 50 minutes before I got a call from him. Apparently, "nothing is wrong with the vehicle" that we can pick it up tomorrow you I'd like. I told him no, I'll get it today,
Went and picked up the vehicle, they could not figure out what is wrong with it, which means "everything is good" to them. Also, they did not do the alignment I asked for on the appointment, so I'm sure that this entire time the vehicle was not looked at until I called, so it took them the last 50 minutes to go through the vehicle I had dropped off 6 hours ago, with an appointment. When I received my vehicle, floor mats were dirty and the cover for the fuse box was open and on the passenger seat. Looked like a pretty rushed job to me. Needless to say, I will not be coming back here, and I don't recommend you do either.

Saw a Honda 2009 online for 12,200. Drove from Orlando to see the car and was met by the ultimate used car salesman stereotype. After showing us the car, he pulled out his used car sheet and told us the car was really marked at 13,500+ but "they will honor the price." He did the used car man dance with us until we just walked out...we were a pretty easy customer with no trade, pre-approved with great credit. We will never go back or recommend them to anyone

I made an appointment for my Chevy Volt for regular maintenance.  After waiting quite a while to be taken care of, we were told there was no Volt mechanic working today.  WHY WOULD THEY MAKE AN APPOINTMENT TO WORK ON A VOLT WITH NO MECHANIC ON SITE!!??  IDIOTS.

The service advisor then spoke with the service manager to see if the car could be left and he could provide a loaner.  Mike Gullo, the manager said since we purchased the car at another dealership, they WOULDN'T PROVIDE A LOANER.  You've got to be kidding me!  What difference does it make where I purchased the vehicle??

I will drive where ever I have to in order to find another Chevy dealer with whom to work.
