*COMPLETELY LIED TO US* We wanted a specific vehicle they had listed as in stock on their website, called them to verify the EXACT car was in stock and they said yes but someone else was coming to look at it today as well. Immediately drove there (an HOUR from our house) and they said "oh that was sold 2 days ago" BE VERY VERY CAREFUL, I WOULDN'T TRUST THEM OR BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM.

UPDATE: The EXACT car was relisted on their site the very next day for $6,000 more. Shady...

Went in for an oil change at 9am and was told the wait would be at least one week lol. What a joke. Definitely will never be going back again.

This has been the best experience with a collision center that I've had! No one likes getting their vehicle repaired but when you do you want it done right. Summer West a representative of Geico and Jayson Margol with Ferman Collision  really did an outstanding job! I was in and out in 20 mins!! I was well briefed on their process and they really made me feel important. I had a rental car with Enterprise Rent-A- Car. The car was not quite there yet but the agent ,Dominic ,was very professional apologetic and was able to accommodate me for my wait which was very minimal! I noticed a very small flaw with the work they did. I simply mentioned it! It was really not a big deal at all but they went above and beyond to make it perfect!!! So if you need to get your car repaired go to Ferman Collision on Florida ave!! Great service! Great group of people!!!

Worst customer service by THOMAS MARKS. He will not speak properly and answer properly to the questions that we have. He thinks he is the Boss of Acura and shows too much attitude.
I WILL NOT RECOMMEND FERMAN ACURA. I had a sorest experience.

The service advisor and staff are the dumbest. I dont know they have this job. I have gone to the service shop 3 times now and every time they were unable to fix the problem. The worst dealership service shop ever. I will never go back to this dealership.

I've been buying Acura's since my very first in 2004 and I can tell you that Ferman Acura is by far the best Acura dealership! Although the entire sales staff is great, Tony Parrado gets all of my business! Tony knows the vehicles and takes the time to share this information with you in an honest way so that you can make an informed decision. Low pressure and respectful ... If you're in the market for an Acura, head on over to Ferman on Florida.  Tell them that Joe sent ya!

I have been to Ferman car repair at least four times, and customer service is very professional not in a fake way. They make sure that you don't wait long, I hope I don't need to go there soon (my car is fixed already).

i recently purchased an Acura TL Type-S from Atlanta and brought it down to florida. I had a question about the automatic headlights. In my other car they come on and go off in the "auto" position and in the acura they would only come on. I drove over there and had them look at it and they gave me a lot of attitude. They made me feel like i was dumb and they tried to belittle me for whatever reason. I have never been treated with such disrespect at a place of business in my whole life. I have managed 3 different businesses that I started on my own, and that is no way to treat a customer. If there was a way to give negative stars, I would be sure to give it to them. DO NOT GO HERE!

UPDATE:  On my last service visit, my favorite salesman, Angelo Coton, helped pass the time by showing me the new 2013 RDX (I was driving a 2012) as well as the new MDX.  I had heard great things about the MDX and admired it on the street, but the sticker price gave me pause.  So when Angelo emailed me last week and said Ferman Acura was offering customer loyalty money and great deals, I asked him why was he tempting me?  So...I drove down to test drive the MDX...what a NICE vehicle!  After playing with the numbers for a little while and taking a second test drive to be sure my husband would love driving it as much as I did...we made a deal!  Angelo was patient, helpful, knowledgable about the vehicles, and made the trip worthwhile.  My husband and I both love the new MDX and we're both happy with our experience at Ferman Acura and our salesman Angelo.  We recommend them wholeheartedly!

The service advisor recommended I replace the:
Timing Belt for $850 - my shop did it for $430.
Rear Brakes $230 -  my shop did it for $99
Also, there was a fraudulent recommendation, they said the Front & Side Mounts $540 but my shop inspected them and they do not need replacing.

My local shop IS an Acura dealer trained mechanic so there is no disputing that he is correct.

i've been here a few times and service could be a lot better. i guess not every dealership is the same. the last 2 times i came, i tried so hard to flag down a service advisor. finally i was assisted by a mechanic. this place makes me want to ship my car to my home dealership every time i want it serviced. i'll come here for emergencies, but i'll take my car back to ATL if i want some heavy work done.
