I would highly recommend Elder ford for your next vehicle purchase ! Everyone was very friendly and helpful ! Our salesman John Willey was awesome ! He was extremely helpful every step of the way! He went out of his way to make sure I got the exact mustang I was looking for and he always answered any and every question I had. I give Elder Ford five stars because I wouldn't have just purchased a car from them if they didn't make me happy.

The GM was an exceptionally nice human being and made me feel very comfortable going through what is often a very uncomfortable process.

Thanks to him, he found me exactly the type of vehicle I wanted, priced it at exactly what I wanted to spend and absolutely never pressured me to do anything I did not want to do.

Everyone on his staff also treated me very well, and I drove away with a new Ford Focus in a reasonable amount of time hours after arriving on the property.

Without getting into specific details, let's just say even the financing of the vehicle was explained to my liking by walking me through how to take advantage of every possible cash bonus that saved me money.

Follow up calls and visits to the dealership have been similar and they are not turning their back on me as if they no longer feel the need to be nice and cordial because I've already purchased a car.

My Ford Focus has performed as advertised and I have absolutely no buyer's remorse from my experience with Elder Ford.

If you decide to test drive any of the new Fords that are performing at a very high level, please ask for Christian in the sales department and/or Terald the General Manager and tell them that customer Todd Wright sent you their way. I have no problem recommending these two people based on my personal positive experience with both gentleman.

I received a few quotes with incorrect pricing and went back and forth with the salespeople. Unfortunate I decided to go elsewhere.

I called the GM, Mr. Hopkins, and after a few days of phone tag we spoke.

I want to thank Mr. Hopkins for reaching out to me and working to make things right. He did not try to blame me for what happened and did his best to listen to my side of the story. This says a great deal about Elder Ford and that they work to make things right. In the future, I would consider giving them another business opportunity.

My wife and I would like to extend our gratitude for your helping us find our family's 2nd Elder Ford vehicle in the past 10 months.

While the CMAX, which brought us initially in was not to our liking, finding the 2012 Pearl White Focus Hatchback Titanium made our buying decision easy.  It came as close to the price point I originally had hoped to be at and it pleased me that we didn't have to find the "right" car at another Ford dealer.

Jason you were a pleasure to work with last August when I purchased a 2009 Ford Flex from Elder Ford.  My wife and I both love the Flex.  

Shannon, I am so glad I put in a different email address while calculating our trade from your website, than what I had given Maurice.  

We were both impressed on how quickly you responded to my selecting the buy time frame of "Immediate".

Updating my review of Elder Ford . . . . . .
Having purchased new cars throughout the years -- it is generally such a headache and exhausting. When we began looking for a 2014 Ford Fusion Energi Titanium -- there are not that many available with the exact packages that we were looking for -- color, interior, etc. When we initially went to Elder Ford -- we experienced a few minor snafus. I posted on a social media site that my experience had not been too good. Within 24 hours I received a message from the General Manager Terald Hopkins requesting that we contact him regarding our experience -- that he would like to discuss the problem so it could be resolved and/or rectified. We explained that we had put a down payment on another car. This did not matter to Mr. Hopkins -- he still wanted to make their wrong a right by trying to speak with us. This is what I call bending over backwards to accommodate your customers. When we left Elder Ford that Sunday March 30, 2014 -- we actually went to another Ford dealer and put a deposit down to locate the Ford Fusion Energi Titanium we wanted. Here we are almost four weeks later and the other Ford dealer still has not provided us with a delivery date (They were saying approximately another 6 to 8 weeks). The General Manager (Terald Hopkins) at Elder Ford located the exact Ford Fusion we wanted without ordering it. Mr. Hopkins went over and beyond the call of duty to make this car buying experience not only hassle/stress free -- he negotiated a great deal for us. From the minute we pulled on the lot until the minute we drove off in our NEW car -- it was the best car buying transaction I've ever had. Our salesperson Shannon diligently went through the entire interior and exterior to explain every feature and Terald Hopkins was "hands on" during the transaction to make sure that we were completely satisfied and happy. Craig Randolph (the General Sales Manager) even came over to introduce himself and shake our hand. The finance director-- Michelle Santiago made everything so simplistic. Usually finance department is so stressful you want to run away as fast as you can. Ms. Santiago did everything within her power to make this process easy. Cannot say enough good things about Elder Ford. So Yelper's, if you are looking for a stress free car buying experience -- look no further -- come to Elder Ford. They made their wrong -- right!

Nacer in sales is awesome!! If I was reviewing just him, it would be 5 stars.

I have leased & purchased vehicles from Nacer & both times he was great. He is helpful & knowledgeable. He responds to calls & emails quickly.
If you are going to Elder Ford to buy a car, ask for him.

The reason for 3 stars is because I have had a difficult time getting in touch with someone from the accounting department. It's involving a missing payment & my repeated attempts to reach someone have been in vain. I have left several messages for a call back & no one has contacted me.
The service department also has issues with call backs. I have called several times & despite being promised a call back by a certain date & time, no one has called.

** Despite this issues, Elder Ford is still better than Bill Curry Ford. Do not go to Bill Curry Ford. They are shady...especially a guy named Pete Horn

Even though my experience was terrible, I now realize that it was due mainly to one person and unfortunately and unfairly formed my opinion of this  dealership. I now have to say that I am quite impressed with the GM and his attempts to  change my impression. He personally called me to ask for specifics on my experience and really listened to what I had to say. I feel he was sincere and that my experience truly was not typical of his clients.  What impacted me the most about these actions is it was after my survey had been submitted and could not be changed. He actually contacted me because of my experience and a desire to make things right, not trying to get a completely satisfied rating.

We purchased our new 2013 Explorer this past Saturday and are still giddy with excitement! Shannon Shuck helped us and he was wonderful throughout the entire process. He made it very easy and painless. We absolutely LOVE the car. We came in with the intention of getting an XLT. However, Shannon showed us a Limited that he thought would be perfect for us and met all the criteria we were looking for. Although we thought the Limited was out of our price range, Elder Ford worked with us and we got our car with the monthly payment we were budgeting for. The features of the 2013 Limited Explorer are just wonderful, especially all of the hands-free options. It's an extremely safe vehicle and the added on SiriusXM makes my long commute a little better :)

Elder Ford is a wonderful dealership to work with, and I would highly recommend it to anyone searching for their dream car at their (practical) dream price.
