If you are  in the market for a new vehicle I suggest you give Josh Litton a call at Ed Morse Cadillac.  He took the car buying experience to another level with his exceptional customer service.  He accommodated my hectic schedule offering to me at my place of business vs me spending hours at the dealership.   Definitely would refer him friends/family.

I recently purchased a used vehicle from Ed Morse and had nothing but excellent service.  I worked from start to finish with Joshua Litton and he was great work with.  I would recommend to anyone looking for a car, whether it be new or used, to consider Ed Morse Cadillac in Tampa!

For anyone thinking of getting a Cadillac stay away from Ed Morse. They sold me a used cadillac just over a year ago and I have put more than $5000 in repairs on it and it still runs bad. I've complained and nobody every responds. And their maintenance department is even worse. They over charge and can't fix anything on your car which is amazing since they are a Cadillac dealership. Stay away from this place. It's horrible.

Shocker they are looking into my complaint just like before and yet have not contacted me. Ed morse you are a joke. $6000 and counting on my car and it still isn't running right. Thanks again.

I bought a car here 12/31/14 and it will be the last time I do any business with them. I lost my car key at work last night but didn't panic just had my spare dropped off. Not only does the unlock button not work (all the other buttons work)but it can't be fixed now the only way for me to get a key is to pay $235 for another key and programming but since I can't get in the car is have to pay a locksmith just to get inside. The thing that infuriates me the most is their unwillingness to help or show any compassion when they obviously had to know the key was useless and still passed it off as if it was okay. There's a special place for people that do shady business like these crooks.

I just moved into the area and this was my first visit to Ed Morse. The entire service call was excellent right from the quick greeting to the completion of the service and check-out. I was in and out in 1 hour. The customer lounge we the finest I've ever seen.

Horrible service center staff, it took 4 hours for an oil change even though I was the first appointment of the day. If you don't drive a Cadillac they kick you aside, even if your car was purchased from them. I sat in their waiting room for hours as I saw car after car left even though they had parts replaced tires rotated balanced and all manner of things that I'm sure take longer than a simple oil change. This wasn't a one time occurrence either this long wait time madness has happened multiple times and I gave up on them and their horrible service staff and will never be back. They are not courteous or helpful they are rude and ridiculous. Even after a complaint their service manager lied to my face telling me typically it takes 4 hours to change oil and continued to just make up nonsense excuses for the reason behind the long wait but completely ignored the comments I had about other Cadillac owners who left shortly after they arrived for more major repairs than an oil change.

We were pleased and satisfied with the amazing level of service at Ed Morse Cadillac. They addressed each concern with respect and affirmation; skills that other dealerships could benefit from. Our vehicle was returned in impeccable quality with all issues corrected, and it was returned on time when originally quoted to be returned to us. The rental was wonderful and a true joy to drive. Of course, that too was a Cadillac. In customer service along, every penny was well spent. And the quality of product does not need my words to enhance it. In short, thank you for treating us and our vehicle with respect and care. You are doing a wonderful job, keep it up!

I was on the market for a new sedan, and noticed that Ed Morse was advertising a great price on a new 2013 Cadillac ATS. I submitted an inquiry on that car while browsing their website. Within one hour I was contacted by Rick Alonzo, one of the internet sales managers. He did a great job answering my questions and we set up an appointment for me to stop by the dealership the next day.

When I arrived at the dealership, I was quickly greeted by Rick, who introduced me to Terrence, and advised me Terrence would be my sales consultant going forward. Terrence had the car ready for me and after I looked at it a bit and asked some questions, we went on a test drive. When I returned from the test drive we did some quick negotiating, and within minutes we had a deal.

This is by far the best, fastest, and most professional car buying experience we've ever had, even compared to other luxury brands we've purchased in the past. Ed Morse is a no-nonsense dealership that didn't play the typical games car dealerships often like to engage in. I bought a great car, got an awesome deal, and had a top-notch experience from beginning to end.

I saw the car I wanted the night of 12/07/2013 and put in an information request through the Internet.  Rick Alonzo, our Internet Sales Representative, responded and was very helpful and got us started with the process. Robert Denton in Sales helped my husband and I with the trade in of my 2001 Lincoln LS and answered any and all questions through the whole process.  Robert went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable, informed, and satisfied with our decision to purchase a Cadillac with Ed Morse in Tampa. I went home with a 2008 Cadillac CTS on 12/08/2013!  Any issue I had was immediately resolved.  Shelley in the Service department is an incredible asset to this dealership as well, I couldn't have hoped for better service from her and the Service department team.  Troy Drummond in the Business Office was wonderful throughout the paperwork and contract process, very knowledgeable and personable.  Troy made us feel at ease with the purchase, from start to finish.  I will gladly refer many people to Ed Morse in Tampa!

I have a Cadillac in Chicago, and one down here in Tampa. After experiencing the world-class customer service at Ed Morse Cadillac! I called the dealership in Chicago and told them they needed to step it up ...

These guys are unbelievable. From the moment you pull in, where the greeters immediate start prepping the car with mats and checking fluid levels, including windshield fluid ... To your own personalized service rep as your point of contact. It is incredible. The waiting lounge is immaculate, comfortable, and complete with a variety of complimentary coffees, teas, water ... And popcorn!

I also want to add a comment here about my rep, Carlos. He is personable, knowledgeable and trustworthy. To me, he IS Ed Morse Cadillac!!

I can't say enough about these guys .... Including that there is a certified WOMAN that is head of their service department! No kidding!

On a scale of 1 - 10, I'll give these guys a 15.

A happy and satisfied customer.

This review is for the collision center/ body shop.  Jan Madden really helped me out.  a muffler came flying at bmw 650i on I75 hit the front of my car and then went under my car causing damage that madet my car dangerous to drive.  They fixed it within 9 days and under my insurance I got to drive a nice brand new Cadillac ATC.  I'm glad that there was a shop that did a great job and made my car look and feel the same way before the accident.  Jan had great communication with me and I felt like he really cared that my car was going to be in good shape.  I highly recommend this body shop.

Stopped in this morning for a new tire.  It's too bad I can't write a separate review for the service department because the used car dealers are the pits.  On the service side, these guys, specifically Carlos and Tim, are fantastic.  They offer convenient online appointment scheduling that allows Caddy owners to not only select specific appointment times, but representatives as well.  Fair warning, the service can be a little sluggish, even with an appointment, but hey these ARE Cadillacs.

Very accommodating waiting area with free donuts, coffee and soda for those who are interested.

Best Vogue Tyre guys in town!

Wonderful customer service with attention to detail. Michael Brandon, the Used car Manager is involved in every facet of purchases. They are warm and friendly to work with.

... it's a great company that offers a superior product. But it is Michael who makes it happen. His easy-going manner... here, consultant really means something other than salesperson. There's no push, no hard sell. Just answers to questions and advice on which Cadillac fits you. Michael is the guy I call when I want to buy a car. Nuf' said.

Pretty typical car buying experience. I would have rated this a 4-star, but they keep emailing me incessantly!  I think I get 3 emails EVERY DAY from them even though there is nothing left for them to do for me now that we've closed on the lease!  Stop the spamming and focus on delivering value to the customer. Overall, not a bad experience and we got a reasonable deal on the vehicle.
