Today, I inquired via their online chat as to the availability of a vehicle listed on their website. It was too good to be true. A NEW GMC Terrain, 2013, SLE-2 for only $25435. I confirmed the price, availability, and even the status of it being a new vehicle. All confirmed. I emailed with Hiram Otero at the dealership who said it was available, the price was correct, and I could test drive today. Awesome!
I went by with my husband after breakfast and sure enough it was there, but I was told at first the price was incorrect and it would be actually $28k for the vehicle. Since this was not the advertised price, Hiram took me to the Sales Manager Todd who informed me that, at great cost to the dealership, he would honor the online price. I then questioned why it was Todd's decision as Todd is the Pre-Owned manager. It was this point that I was informed the vehicle was actually preowned and not new. I left. There is no need for a bait and switch to get customers in the door. And if something is too good to be true, it usually is. As I sit here, the vehicle is still listed as new and at the $25435 price. Todd referenced his ":errors and omissions" clause at the bottom of the page. BS!

I had the unfortunate circumstance of a fluid leak on my 2008 Buick Enclave during our vacation to the Tampa area. Our car was delivered to Century Buick on July 4th. I had my entire family there and was concerned about the fix due to the holidays and the fact that I had to be home (Atlanta) by Sunday, July 7th. Not only did I receive a call two hours after they opened, my car was already fixed!! We picked up the car later that day only to find that the coverage was covered under Technical Bulletin. I never had to ask/inquire, they simply took care of it. Exactly like it should be. Thanks!!
