Flat front tire and covered in bird poop:

This is how Vista VW tries to deliver your brand- new Jetta back to you after having it at their shop for 12 days trying to repair damages a brand- new car should not have in the first place.
So far I have wasted 8 hours driving back and forth with no solution to the problem.
Can't believe that I ever recommended this dealership!

I personally like to do business with honest people but these guys are the MOST DISHONEST people I have dealt with . My experience with them really disappointed me regrading the way people do business. Here is my story:

- I saw an add for a 2014 VW CC 2.0T Sport advertised on their website for $204 a month. Here is a copy and paste of the fine print: *36 MONTHS 10K MILES PER YEAR ZER O DO WN PAYMENT, ZER O FIRST PAYMENT, TAX, TAG, DEALER FEE($699) B ANK ACQUISITION FEE $625, 24 MONTH LEASE 10000 MILES PER YEAR $2495 DO WN PAYMENT, TAX, TAG, FIRST PAYMENT, DEALER FEE $699 B ANK ACQUISITION FEE $625. APR RA TES ARE F OR 36 MONTHS. ALL PROGRAMS WITH APPROVED CREDIT. PR OGRAMS C ANNOT BE C OMBINED. PHOTOS F OR ILLUSTRATION PURP OSES ONLY

- I called the dealership and spoke to a lady named Vicky and explained to her that I just wanted some clarification and to make sure they have the vehicle advertised as I have to take off work and drive an hour to the dealership. I asked her to verify the following:

1. Do you have the 2014 VW CC 2.0T Sport
2. Is the price $204.00
3. Is there no downpayment required
4. Is there no first month payment
5. All the other fees should be around $1800 (she stated this number and it can be worked into the payment if I wished)

Vicky had said YES to all of the above and asked me to come right away. So I did!

- When I got there Vicky was busy so I worked with a guy named Ed. Ed was a good guy and I have no complaints about him. We test drove the car and it was time for negotiations. I showed the ad to Ed and he went to his manager, Scott.

- Scott seemed to be the guy who makes the decisions. Scott came to me and told me I know what the ads say because he writes most of them, but the best he could do was $319 a month with 1900 (aprox) down. I told him that's a far difference from the number advertised and it clearly states zero downpayment and zero first months payment right there in the first sentence. His response was that it says see dealer for details. To me this is a BAIT AND SWITCH and I don't appreciate all of these games. I had called earlier to ensure that it is as advertised. I even said if Vicky came here and confirmed what she had told me on the phone would you honor what she said and Scott said NO. I asked him to honor the ad and he said he couldn't and $319 with $1900 was the best he could do. These are really dishonest practices. Even Ed (my sales person) agreed that the ad was misleading and that they were being dishonest. Scott's attitude was more like I know we advertised it but we are not going to honor it and we lied, you either want it at our price or not. What really bugs me is that I even called before I went there to confirm the details. TOTALLY DISHONEST PEOPLE

*Disclaimer : The advertisement was for a manual car (not stated in ad but was told when I got to the dealership) that they ran out of. As I had called earlier they had said that the difference is $1000 for an automatic which I was willing to pay. This should have increased my payment to $231.00.

I brought my 2007 Beatle convertible in for a small problem. After having my car for hours they recommended that my car needed $3500 dollars worth of work.
I replaced my battery and left. I'll find an independent before I'll go back to them

I bought my VW at this dealership, and  had been bringing it in for service since 2008. While the staff is friendly,the waiting area is terrible (It even faces two bathrooms, and is smelly  with only a few chairs. The service is   not great.(My dad is an  retired auto mechanic with over 30 years experience)  I brought the car in for noisy, squealing brakes, and the  service tech told me "Its normal, and a good sign they are working) They overcharge compared to other  service centers.(I even have  had items stolen from my trunk and glove compartment)  I would find a better dealership and service department.

I'm not accusing anyone of anything but this is what happened:
I needed to return my leased VW and they said I can only do it Monday through Friday, 10am-4pm. Who in the world can do those hours? They were very inflexible and I ended up having to go in late for work one morning to deal with this. I don't know why they couldn't just let me drop the car off before work, a few hours before 10, but whatever. So once I returned the car I realized I left my ipod touch in the center console. That day I called and asked them to check the car. The guy said whoever was in charge of those cars was gone and he'd check on Monday. He called me on Monday and said it wasn't there. Oh I supposed an ipod touch just mysteriously disappears. This location works on bad faith and I do not recommend them based on my experience.

I am a master technician with 40 plus years experience. After our shop purchased a new seat belt for a customers car and was defective,then the bs run around began. I was told to bring the car to service for them to check and do the warranty on the seat belt. So now the car has been there for over one week and no one will take my calls or call me back after leaving many messages. After all the run around still no repair and I give up. Getting the car back for my customer,giving him a refund and ending any business relationship with Vista Motors for good. So sad they don't understand good customer service. So glad our S.Florida area so many other BMW choices. I hope they die out like they should.. I have a large independent shop in This county for over 35 years and just don't get it. I do not suggest anyone buy a car or get service at any of their dealerships.Crap treatment on high end cars is just not acceptable. I am deleting Vista number from my vender list. Steve J

Be ready for getting taken for a ride.  I have documentation of a CPO car I bought and 4000 miles later I have spent 2,500.  They do not honor any CPO warrenty. Find another dealership

Dealership is MUCH smaller than I had expected. Service waiting area is a total joke. Only saving grace of this place is Giancarlo, my service advisor. Straight forward guy, no frills- gets the job done. But the dealership itself needs help... especially being Vista owned?! Have you seen Vista BMW in Coconut Creek?!

Told me that they could get the NEW CC I wanted (and was ready to buy immediately) within 48 hours, but when I got there the only thing they offered after 48 hours was a demo with 4,000 miles.  Bait and switch.  What can I say?  

Very unethical behavior.

Best service around.  Staff is helpful and knowledgeable. You get more of that "family" feel here than at the other dealers around town.

Worst service ever! I was in a rush and let them know that, They told me that in an hour was going to be ready, I went for lunch for an hour and came back, surprise, the car was still in the same place I left it. Took another hour+ of waiting... If you have free time to waste it then this is the right place for you!!! Really don't recommend it.
