I recently purchased a 2012 Camaro SS from Performance Nissan after seeing their online ad. I was happy to finally find a hassle free dealership that was honest and upfront from the start. I was especially thank John Christofano for his professionalism in helping me purchase the car that I wanted!

Very shady service dept.  They are unprofessional and slow. I would give them negative stars if I could. Do not bring your car here. Unfortunately, this stealership has turned me off to nissan and I will never buy one again. Go here only if you expect slow service and being talked into repairs you don't need and new  rattles and noises coming from your car after they service it.

I wouldn't do business with these people if they were the last Nissan dealer on earth.

I typically spend my time on Yelp commenting on great service... and places to eat.  But my terrible experience at Performance Nissan compelled me to write in.   I live in CT and had my pathfinder shipped down for my second car in FL.  So being new to the area, I thought it would be best to service my vehicle at a dealer vs trying to find a good local mechanic..

Performance Nissan outlined a list of things wrong with my vehicle, and I agreed to a few items on the list before the car went into storage for the winter.  Upon return to FL, I brought the vehicle back for an oil change and was told the same services that were just completed 6 months ago.. needed to be completed (change brake fluid). I questioned why they were recommending services that were just performed.. and was told, oh because your car is old, sometimes they just list things that should be done.  I later found out, the brake fluid change service were never performed, but I was still charged.    I brought the car to another Nissan dealer, and they confirmed, the services were never performed.  I spoke to the Service Manager at Performance and was supposed to get a call back.. never called back.

My warning.. think twice before bringing your car for service here.. they are not honest.  It is too bad.. from the outside, looks like a top of the line service center.  I guess you can't judge a book by its cover...

Worst Customer Service Ever! I live in MA and purchased a car online and had it shipped from Florida. Chris Atkins was in charge of the sale. He was evasive about the dealer fee and failed to disclose additional fees involved in transaction. After he made the sale, it took 5 phone calls before he would call me back. When the car arrived, it had four bald tires and he failed to include the precert inspection and the warranty info. He told me I would have all I would need to register my car in MA. When I took the day off from work to register the car, he had failed to provide the title. After several aggravating phone calls, he finally sent the papers only to discover that they had errors on it and the RMV refused them a second time. My new car has been sitting in my driveway for two weeks and I am still unable to drive it. Not a big deal to Performance Nissan who live in sunny Florida but a big deal to me who is driving my children around in freezing New England in my old car that has broken heat and defrost. When I tried to reach the owner, Bobby Serpentini three times regarding my customer dissatisfaction, he didnt have the decency to even respond. The employees at Performance Nissan are unknowledgeable, rude, dismissive, unprofessional, dishonest and incompetent. The money I saved on this purchase was not worth the hassle and aggravation. If you are looking for a positive business interaction, go elsewhere because once they take your money, they will forget all about you!

I have bought two Nissans from this dealership and have always enjoyed them. They always go above and beyond to get me in the car of my choice with the options I want. However their service department is another story. My first 2013 Nissan Sentra was a great car until the car stared having problems.  I was going back every week because they could not find or fix the issue. After 8 months of a massive headache, I sold the back the dealer and got my 2014 Altima. Again with the great sales department I love my car. Once I took my car in for its first oil change there, the car started having problems. I took it in for an radio issue and was told I needed a new radio already. Knowing that the Altima has some issues with this, I said okay order one. About 3 weeks later the part came in, I waited for 5 hours for them to replace my radio. Not only was the problem not fixed, when i call about it and express my concern, one of two things happen. One I get put on hold then hung up on. Two, I am told there is nothing else they can do and it is "normal" for the radio to act this way.... WHAT??! The Altima is a beautiful car and I want to keep it for years to come, but their mechanics don't know what they are doing and are very rude when you ask to many questions. Now I am looking for another place to service my Altima, before I have to scrap this one as well

Came here after being burned by Carmax and the high cost of their financing options. I was terribly upside down on my car after 3 years of high payments. While this was no Carmax, it WAS your typical used car dealer experience.

With no other customers to eat up their time, they still ran me through the whole used car salesman schtick ~ complete with back slaps for my brother (who was just there to spend the afternoon with me, not to buy a car. Why are you slapping his back like you're besties?!), a tour of the facility and the offer to buy lunch, and then the dreaded "best they can do" offer at which time I asked for my keys back.

Before my brother could even utter, "Now a guy we haven't met comes out behind his desk to offer..." And sure enough the finance guy comes out of the office with a 'last ditch offer' just as we stand up to leave. Somehow we avoided meeting the "man behind the curtain" but everything else went according to script.

All told, they didn't budge a cent on the price, upped the offer for my trade-in by a smidgen, and then played jenga with the numbers on the sales agreement until Id forgotten my mother's maiden name, much less how to calculate how much I was overpaying. Nonetheless, we all knew I would lose this witless battle to a room full of men who've made suckering money from unsuspecting car buyers their life's ambition. So, just to make the day worth my while, I made them throw in a few oil changes and ante'd up.

All in all, not a bad way to spend a Saturday, I like my car and the price and finance rate I got were not awful. But there really has to be a better way to sell cars. I'll resume my quest for that something better again when this car is ready to trade in. For now, I've done my penance; my only regret is I didn't stick these sharks with the cost of lunch. Then again, it was well worth the reprieve. I suggest prosciutto, olive and onion pizza at Anthony's next door. Make them order it in for you.

I've always had great experiences here - the customer service is tremendous and they do quality work.

While I usually come here for minor service needs, I was recently in an accident, so I opted to use their collision center (instead of Progressives in-house center). I must say, I made the right choice. The folks at Performance Nissan were extremely helpful and did a great job on my repair. Looks like new!

Of course, there were some delays in getting my truck back, but when dealing with insurance companies and waiting for claims adjusters, I guess that's par for the course. :/

Anyway, whether you need your tires rotated or your front end repaired, you're in good hands at Performance Nissan.

I spent the last 3 months talking to every Nissan dealer In the Miami Metro area looking for the best deal on a Nissan Altima.  After running into the usual shady or pushy salesmen I came across Derek Nagel at Performance Nissan.  Unlike the other guys he didn't try to push me into some deal on a particular car on the lot that wasn't what I was looking for.  He didn't pressure me into making a deal that day before some imaginary sale ended.  Instead he did something none of the other salesmen I spoke with could do.  He knew everything about his product inside out and was able to answer all of my questions.  He was patient with all my questions and endless calls, texts and visits over the course of a month.  He returned my calls and texts promptly and was always friendly and professional.  He made sure to get me into the car that was best for me, not his bottom line.  He also offered me a better price than any other dealer in town.  I don't buy cars very often, so late in the process when I was checking on financing I realized my bank, USAA, offers a car buying service where they guarantee you the best price on a new car.  When it searched a thirty mile radius of my home zip code and gave me the three best dealer prices, guess what dealership had the lowest price...Performance Nissan.  Not only that, the price I had already negotiated was the same exact price as the bank one, which means they weren't up selling me or playing the games  the other dealers were, whose prices were above the rate of the bank negotiated price for their dealership.  I can't recommend Derek enough for anyone considering a new car purchase.

I've been using this dealer since I moved to Florida in 2006, and it has changed hands quite a few times.  This management is the WORST! Their customer service went into the toilet in all departments - service department is inconsiderate along with the pushy sales people and incompetent financing team.  I used to travel from South Broward just to do business with this dealership, but not anymore!

I'll premise this with something important: Most car dealers suck.
Most of them suck really bad, but this place--or at least the people I dealt with there-- are different.

I purchased a used Nissan Xterra (my 5th Nissan) and negotiated the entire deal from out of town and they were very patient throughout the process, flexible on price, and up front about the vehicles' few faults.

They did not show an ounce of impatience with my negotiation style, which could be perceived by many car salesman as redundant and aggravating.
I've been in the business before and they respected that, another bonus.

They gave me all the attention I needed: They responded to all texts, calls, emails, sent me an exact buyers order copy before I showed up--and agreed that it would not change upon my arrival. They gave me a general value on my trade sight unseen (I only texted them pictures)--which they made good on upon my arrival and got me out the door reasonably fast.

My sales person was Jose Robles and the manager I dealt with throughout the process (negotiating price, rate, etc...) was Chris Atkins: I'd recommend these guys to any of you who are car shopping. A good salesperson sells the customer what they want and does not try to change the buyers mind. They were more interested in listening than talking--another refreshing change.

At no point in the process did I receive *any* level of pressure, which I find amazing considering the amount of time they spent with me before the actual sale.

When I buy my GTR in a few years, I know where I'll be going, 4 hour drive and all...
