one of the worst places i have ever dealt with . they are dishonest and very unethical and the people here have poor customer service skills . took my truck into there body shop to be repaired . they left several bolts off major body parts and there painter must be blind as the paint work was of poor quality ,after getting the run around from danny body shop manager to don body shop manager to michelle dysche customer service dept and howard the gm . these people will lie directly to your face and give you the run around and refuse to fix the problems or mistakes created by them . i was told i could go ahead and sue them . even tried to call the owner shawn bachrodt who refused to return my calls and had his asst call me back and give me more bs , be forwarned do not deal with this place

If I could give this place -10 stars I would.  
Let me start by saying that when you give me my receipt with your notes - how about you review what is written before you hand it to me.  First, I brought my car in because my alarm was going off and the car wouldn't start.  I was told it wasn't a Mazda alarm, but they replaced my battery to fix the problem.  When I picked up my car, I was told that there was a chance that it would happen again - isn't it your job to take care of the problem which I brought the car in for, instead of telling me "oh, well this will probably still be a problem".  Fine, I paid for the battery and left.  Three days later - of course- the exact same problem starts taking place.  The alarm is going off constantly, and now I can't start the car.  I have the car towed to a local shop, where they send me a picture...OF THE MAZDA ALARM SYSTEM.  Wait, but the Lou Bachrodt Mazda dealership told me that it wasn't a Mazda alarm?...I called the dealership, and they told me they'd tow my car back there...great.  Except I asked one simple question - should I have this local shop reassemble the dash or would they like for me to keep it disassembled?  I was told to not have the dash put back together, because it would save them time....so I didn't have it reassembled.  

Here is what the note section said - blah blah blah sarcasm, customer is wrong, blah blah blah customer says its a Mazda alarm, blah blah blah sarcasm, customer says the alarm won't stop, blah blah blah car came in with the dash taken off!!!!!! blah blah blah.

Absolutely disgusted with the stupidity here. First of all, when I try calling 5xs throughout a day and can't get ahold of anyone, that is the first sign.  Then, when I have left two voice messages and haven't received a return call in 24+ hours, that's the second sign.  Lastly, when I bring my car in for a specific reason, and the same problem occurs - that's the third and final sign that I will NEVER be back there.    

The ONLY good thing about your service department is Loni. Thank goodness you have her employeed, or I guarantee you that you would have 20x more angry customers.  She's the only thing that kept me from walking in screaming at everyone.  Loni - major high five to your awesome customer service skills - you deserve to be the highest paid person in that department!

Safe to say I will NEVER be returning to this Lou Bachrodt, or any others for that matter.

Watch out for hidden fees that may not have occurred to you such as the $399 "Reconditioning Fee" if you trade in a car... or the industry leading $900 dealer processing fee.

horrible customer service and follow up skills, inquired on a saturday, did not call me back after i emailed a credit application. I called back on a Wednesday all to find out I wasent approved. I guess they just forgot about Me.

Why isn't there a 0 star rating? Overpriced and lying to our faces... Literally for HOURS. Crazy time-wasting jacka$$es... Who don't realize that the internet AND the free market both exist! I will literally buy a car from ANYONE BUT them. After spending two hours taking info from us and doing a credit check (umm, dipstick, we're cash buyers, so, wussup? ps my credit rating is higher than any dealer's is...as is my GAHI), this ole guy who got foisted upon us because we were interested in an inexpensive make quotes an astronomical price; we laughed in his face. Who the £u€k is paying over msrp and making these a$$clowns so brazenly greedy? This flat-tire huckster then tells us we're wrong about the msrp... are you kidding? like, it isn't posted literally everywhere online? Sorry, old-timer, I mean the "inter-web." Then he pulls the invoice dog-n-pony bit, and there's the msrp, in black & white, just like I quoted to him...he shows it to me like I didn't just tell him what it was and he didn't just lie and say it wasn't! Holy $hyte! What an empty gas can. Douche bag had the nerve to raise his voice to my wife...I almost ended him right there, but obviously he aint worth the time. BTW, the "destination charge" went from $400 to $799 to $998 in a matter of seconds. Ludicrous! Then the manager finally ran the expected shut-down and said the # we offered was impossible, with the whole "we'd take a loss" routine, like I give a $h1+. We walk. This 'tard called the next day to offer a lower price...I guess impossible just magically became possible, eh, dumba$$? I'd rather piss away the money renting a dumptruck than give these colostomy bags a single F'ing dollar.

Service Dept. Nightmare !!!
I go in for an oil change and oil is on my driveway the next morning.
Never rotated tires which I paid for. What else wasn't done ??
So incompetent.

I called the parts department to order a replacement switch for my car.  I broke my blinker and it's an easy fix.  I know it's one assembly (Chevy part # 209400999).  They tried to convince me I had to order three separate pieces.  I told the guy on the phone there wasn't even three pieces to this and he insisted this is what GM says I need.

I ended the call because I felt like I was getting scammed or talking to someone who has no idea what they're doing.  There's not even three pieces to this switch.  It has to come in one assembly.  I ended up going to Autonation to get the part, and yes...it's one assembly.

I'm a woman and this is precisely why I hate dealing with my car.

Here's a new update .  I forgot to add, that the dealership that switched my tires out gave me a cheap garbage rim as my spare.  When I purchased the truck it was a matching rim.  Nice.  Cost me about 990 for the tires and the rim.  Cost them a future sale.

Took a commercial vehicle to check a clicking noise between transmission and engine.  Their overall attitude was one that didn't want my business.  Their Mechanic came and in 2 minutes told me I needed a new engine.  Took it to another mechanic down the street and they fixed it in two days at a fraction of the cost.

This place is a joke. I was looking to purchase a new vehicle and ran into their website. The vehicle I wanted was priced at $21,705. I called and was told that the vehicle was available. I mentioned the price I saw on their site and was asked by the salesmen if I was in the military. I immediately told him I was not and he said I did not qualify for the price I saw online. He told me that military personnel get a $2000 discount so my price would be $23,700.  I told him alright, and that I would be over during lunch to look at the car. I once again asked him to confirm that my final price would be $23,700 + tax and fees and he said yes. When I arrived the price immediately jumped to $29,000. I was told that the $23,700 price would cause them to lose money and that it was based on other qualifications that were all listed on the site that I did not qualify for. I asked him to show me where it was on the site and he said one second he would and ran inside and sent another salesman out. What a joke!!! They blatantly lie to their customers and he ran inside when I called him out on it. I wasted 1 hour of my time driving to this place just to be lied to.

At this point there was a used car sitting on the lot that would fit the bill as well. I did not negotiate on the price at all and told them to calculate my cost on the car. They came back with a number $3000 higher then the sales price. I calculated in my head the cost of taxes and the fees and it did not add up. I asked him to come back with a detailed list of why the price went up $3000!!!! He comes back with three numbers. I point to the first one and say whats that $800? He ignored my question and pointed to the second thing on the list and said thats tag and then pointed at the third item and said thats tax. I ONCE AGAIN pointed at the first number and said I didn't ask about the last two, I can figure those out I asked about the first! He then looked puzzled and told me it was the dealer fee. I told him there was no way I would pay a dealer fee, I never even bothered NEGOTIATING THE SALES PRICE TO BEGIN WITH! He then told me that even if HE buys a car he has to pay it too. At this point you can tell all this was a joke. I have many friends in the business. We got up from the table thanked them for their time and left. There are two things to be learned from this... 1. NEVER LIE TO A CUSTOMER 2. BE UP FRONT AND NOT SNEAKY if you want to earn their business. Typical used car salesmen, I would have fired them in a heartbeat.

Yelp is the sound you'll make after a visit to these guys. After waiting seven weeks for a car we ordered and being told more excuses than an elementary school teacher we began to press them for an order number so we could find the car ourselves, after two weeks of asking we found out they'd never ordered the car and were just stringing us alone!  when we told them we couldnt work with them within an hour they said they found the car in Tampa. we declined. The Lou Bachrodt anthem, "Im with a customer, I'll call you back in 15". In seven weeks they never did. its worth a visit, because anywhere else is breath of fresh air. This is why people enjoy buying a car about as much as a root canal.

I made a deal over the phone with the manager. I live very far and that's why I needed it over the phone. We agreed on a price. When I got there was a whole different story. They said the deal was with other things in mind. They claimed to be very low priced already. Bunch of bull. I felt the dealer himself kept going back and forth because he didn't have all the information he needed. Such a waste to drive so far and be lied to.

While driving along West Atlantic Avenue in Bufford, pet name for my beloved 1997 Tahoe Sport, the brake pedal went right to floor when attempting to stop for a red light.....NO BRAKES! Yipes! Though I ended up going through the light, I managed to get the vehicle stopped without incident.

I phoned AAA which had a tow truck to me within 15 minutes which phone ahead and took my vehicle to Lou Bachrodt Cheverolet. It seems I blew a bleeder line on my hydraulic braking system.

Though it was a Saturday, Jeremy, the service department manager noted that I had Pennsylvania plates and told me that he'd give me up front status and get me back on the road ASAP. True to his word, the dealership immediately commenced work on my car and within three hours I was set to go.

I had never expected to get such friendly, immediate service and have really never had any dealership seemingly go so much out of their way to satisfy me and attend to my needs, especially since I wasn't a regular customer, had never been there before and hadn't purchased my vehicle from them.

For their fine service and prompt attention they are definitely Five Stars in my book!

Thought I'd found a great service facility for my Camaro until my car suffered body damage while in their shop. (spotted one hour after leaving their Pompano Beach location).  Numerous calls and emails were not responded to, at all. Damage aside, the fact that they'd not even given me the courtesy of a response (via email or telephone) is a disgrace. I'll bite the bullet and have the car repaired elsewhere...why would I trust these guys again?   Apparently good customer service is not a priority at Lou Bachrodt Chevrolet.

Overall a great leasing experience. Juan was very straight to the point and the dealership did not play any funny games with me.

I would 100% recommend considering a car from here.
