Just called them to tell them how disappointed I am with their overall service but there was no answer and no machine to pick up at the main number, at Subaru service their in but "short staffed and can't replace a light bulb in my headlight". Short staffed is their problem, a headlight out is mine, now that we are clear on that. after owning 5 Subaru 's the dealer who is doing my headlight today may be selling me #6.

Total scam.  They stated work of over 900 dollars needed done to our car.  They doubled the list price of the parts and required work that didnt even need done.  Brent in service knows nothing about cars and rege vitali the service manager wont return your calls when you find out how shady they are.  Stay away far, far away

I took my 2012 Chrysler 300 in for an oil change and have them check the traction control system warning light. The service manager Reid is the friendliest, most professional employee that I have ever encountered at a car dealership. He and his entire service department staff treated me and my beloved 300 like royalty. They have earned my customer loyalty. My car is once again perfect.

We came in for a Subaru and ended up with a 2014 Jeep Compass. 2 year full coverage.
David Elkind is a great salesperson. The car only had 1 keyob. He got us the second one free.
The car tint was in bad shape. He got us a new tint job free.
Highly recommended & honest guy.
He is there when you need him.
The car is great!
Autostart. 4wd. Sirius radio.
Love it!
Will come there for our next car.
Thanks David!

False advertising and a total scam. Aggressive salesman of the "used car" type. Send us offer on Black Book price for my trade, + up to 5000$ rebates and incentives. Sales guy and others played as if he did not know of this. Even made an appointment with General Managert! Offered exactly (after repeatedly asking for a value) the Black Book value of 3.600$ not a penny more! Tried to sell us a much more expensive car as we really wanted. We looked for the Impreza and tied to sell Crosstreck and Outback.
Funny enough they offered an Impreza for $169/month and no down payment. The "salesman informed he had no Impreza's left. May be this works for some naive folks, but not with me. Left in a rage, what a scam. Bought a nice Jetta with a real dealer!

Reid was amazing and so kind.     The whole service department treated my 300 limited as a king, exactly as I do.  Because of their service, my next car will come from here.    Bought my loyalty for a very long time.

Miscommunication about when I should come in for my first oil change/check-up. Eric the service guy says he is packed today and can't do an oil change. I say I live in South Miami. I say I'll come back and Eric says "you're here. I'm going to make it work." What a cool guy. I can only speak about Jessica my sales woman and Eric the service guy. Best service and genuine people.

Awful experience! I was browsing the used car portion of Joey Accardi Subaru. The sales person that I had the pleasure of dealing with was a stereotypical used car salesman. He approached us with a cheesy attitude and clammy hands. I'm planning on purchasing a car in a month or so. I was tight on time and wanted to get a ball park figure of the price of two cars I was interested in. The used cars on their lot do not have prices listed. After sitting inside with him for fifteen minutes listening to the ridiculous banter between employees ("she's a tough customer", "take it easy on him, he just got beat up by a four year old") I was over it. He wanted me to test drive the cars and wouldn't give me a price until I did. I explained I was tight on time and just wanted a ball park figure of what this car would cost me. I didn't want to waste either of our time if it was out of my price range. He said he could go in the back and find out the "bank balance" but that would be misrepresentative as they were having a sale. I responded with, please just let me know what the price is on this car. He then back peddled more resulting in me not getting a price for the car and walking out a very unhappy customer. I would definitely not recommend Joey Accardi to anyone. If you do happen to go there and see a red headed man slinking toward you, run in the other direction.

Just find a different place where to take your car. Or buy a car. Their costumer service consists on looking at you like you are a complete idiot and you have no clue of what or how a car works. The chances of you getting your car fix without them saying they've found something else wrong, Even though a week ago you got it fix with them, is slim to none; they don't take care of your car. And if you complain about a damage in your car they make you believe it was there already and that you're fraying to scam them. Seriously. Just go somewhere else

If I could give this zero stars I would.

Coming from someone who's never purchased or leased an American car, I have lost all faith in EVER entertaining it again.  All because of this one particular dealership

The management doesn't know a damn thing about running a dealership. There's no organization. No one knows anything other than how to waste time. The place looks like shit. The salesmen were all jokes. The young kid and nice lady were the only assets they had. Oh, and the finance guy in the back needs to go to BMW where he belongs.

F this place. Never again.

When looking back it started off so RIGHT....

And just fell apart faster than Wild Bill Hickok killing Davis Tutt in a quick-draw duel...

Here's the story (this is actually my short version attempt)...

(SATURDAY) In the market to purchase a new SUV, we finally narrowed it down to a Jeep Grand Cherokee after disappointing experiences with the Ford and Nissan options.  We found the color, model and package we wanted at Jeep of North Broward.  Took it for a test drive and were even more excited.  The young salesgirl seems nice (a little rough around the edges; somewhat ghetto) was helpful and gave us a quote before leaving.  We say "Thanks but we're going to sleep on it"... and here comes the "high pressure" sales pitch by her sales manager... STOP... This technique sucks and doesn't help... if anything, it's annoying and uncomfortable.

My response to the "sales pitch"... the price seems high; can you do any better?  Basically, he explained it was a very fair deal.  I had no choice but to say the same reply as I said to the sales girl... "we're going to sleep on it".

(SUNDAY) That next morning we spoke with the sales girl to let her know we are leaving town for vacation but we want to lock a deal before leaving Monday and arrange to do the paper work and pick up our new SUV after our vacation (one week later).  To clarify, the vacation was "REAL" and not just hot-air being blown up their skirts.

I explained the price was out of line with competing vehicles... she gave me a revised price that was right where I wanted to be (finally something positive).  But the new concern I had was the vehicle had custom work done on it (after market trim and chrome details).  I asked why it was done if the vehicle was "BRAND NEW" and that's when I realized the SUV had 3,000+ miles on it... DID THEY SAY NEW?  I said before I make any deal I need an explanation that fairly explains the miles and extras.  I got an answer but it sounded shady. Frankly, why would I pay retail if it turns out it was a loaner, demonstrator or a previously sold vehicle?

Not wanting to loose the deal (assuming we come to terms), we agreed to leave a deposit (as long as it is refundable at my discretion with no restrictions).

(TUESDAY) During our vacation, I decided the SUV deal and scenario was not sitting well with me.  I was getting the feeling that the car was purchased with all those after-market upgrades but then returned or repossessed; either way I refuse to pay retail for a SUV that has 3,000+ miles and poor excuses as to why.

I called the sales girl and explained I wanted out;  and I that I WILL let her locate me another equivalent SUV in "NEW" condition, but until then I want the deposit refunded back to my credit card.... AND LET THE GAMES BEGIN.

Keep in mind, I WAS still giving her a sale... just not the questionable vehicle.

The sales girl and her manager insisted I had to come into the dealership to get my refund... BULL SH#T... I explained to them, "Florida state law requires a refund upon my request and I would not tolerate any games.  I also expect my deposit refunded by end of day (TUESDAY) and if not I will have my attorney draft a formal request."

I was passed around to different sales managers and no one wanted to handle the situation... I left the sales girl a message that she lost the sale, that we would not be back for future sales and that I had my credit card company put a block on any transactions with the dealership.

BIG QUESTION:  Did we end up with a Grand Cherokee?  Yes, the same model and color with the addition of GPS and leather AND it was LESS MONEY  (Thanks to Lt Dan Welsh at Arrigo Jeep Sawgrass in Tamarac)....

WOULD I RECOMMEND JEEP OF NORTH BROWARD...... NEVER

Horrific auto dealer experience here! I purchased a very expensive, special edition, highly optioned 2014 Grand Cherokee from these folks. One of the dealership management guys was using the car as his personal vehicle (which is typical in the car dealership world). The car was in good shape, it had 1800 miles on it, but it had very bad scuffs (curb rash) one of the upgraded wheels. Part of my purchase deal was for them to fix the scuff. When I brought my car back to them for this work, it sat there for one whole week only to be told that the dealer was NOT honoring the deal. They said I would have to pay for the repair and that it would take 4 to 6 weeks! Since the wheel would have to be removed and shipped out to be repaired, I would be with out a vehicle for that time period. Clearly, this wouldn't work. I've since picked up the car from them after numerous phone calls, and frustration. I basically have up and nowanhave engaged legal counsel to remedy this. I feel taken advantage of and as of this is a true shady car dealership practice. I would urge any people considering them to "shop around." I don't care to slander or name names, but merely display this dealer's clear negligence and inability to keep promises or satisfy customer needs.

Customer service was excellent.  Ricardo Jordan was awesome to work with and Andre Swiecki was great.  They made my experience a very positive one...even Lauren the finance manager was a pleasure to deal with.  I will definitely recommend this dealership!!!!

The only reason I go here is that my Dad used to work for Chrysler and I get a discount or I would never go to this place. The service is terrible and the staff isn't nice either.

If you have to take your vehicle here for any repair or service make sure you get a second opinion on all the EXTRAS they say you will need. A second opinion saved me lots of cash on work that WAS NOT required.

I have visited this dealership at least 4 times over the past 8 months. The service was exceptional when Matt helped me!!!  Recently I had to visit the dealer due to our Jeep Grand Cherokee breaking down and I had the worst absolute service. If the car started I would have brought it to another dealer. Karl was my service advisor and he was increditably rude. He acted like he was the king of the world. I am a knowledgeable person when it comes to cars and all he wanted was to talk down to me the entire time. When I called him he never answered or returned my call. Recently my check engine light came on and I tried to call him and he still has yet to return my call. I will never return to this dealer and I strongly recommend that you think twice before going here.

This was a dealership that had been on my totally avoid list for the last number of years.  That has all changed in my last three visits.

Thanks to a discount on service offer I received in the mail, I contacted them regarding a number of problems that were going on with my 2005 Jeep Grand Cherokee.  We are talking ABS light on,  Traction Control light on, Engine light on,  Service Electric Brake on in message window.  All that plus the transmission was stuck in first gear.

First off, Matt, the service rep was the only one who was willing do discuss the codes I had read at a local Auto Zone store.  All others said I would have to bring in the car and they would have them read at a cost of x dollars.

So with discount coupon in hand and a bit of trepidation, I took in the Jeep in.  First off, Matt was very open about them understanding that the dealership had gotten a bad rep and that they were doing everything to correct that - hence the discount on service.  Their goal was to win back the customers they had lost by giving excellent service.

And excellent service is what I got.  I was informed by Matt mid morning that it was a bad sensor on one of the wheels that was causing all my problems and that to replace it with the discount would be around $200.00.  They could have it ready by late afternoon.  I was astounded.  I was counting on a bill of $1250 or more being the transmission was involved.

Matt called later to inform me the work had been done and that I could pick up the vehicle once it had been washed (at no charge to me) in about 45 minutes.  Nice touch and much appreciated.

I picked up the car, freshly washed, with all warning lights off and driving wonderfully.  But the story does not end here.

A few days later,  the ABS light and traction control light came back on.  Ugh!  Got in touch with Matt who had me bring it back in.  This is where the dealership went to a level I have not ever come across before.  They kept it for two days and in those two days, as I was informed by Matt, they cleared the codes, drove it, noted the codes popping up, cleared them, drove it again and then did it again to make sure the codes that were coming up were consistent.  Turns out a different wheel sensor was bad.  They replaced and then drove it to make sure that they had the problem corrected once and for all.  And the charge for all this?  I was informed all I had to pay for was the part.  I told Matt I was happy to pay for the labor, but he said the shop foreman would not accept any more than the cost of the part.

Without question, this dealership has won me back.  More than that, it is the place I will only use from now on.  I have another Chrysler product which I had in after the Jeep, and the service on it was just as good. And also at a discount.

All I can say is that if you have a Jeep or Chrysler product with any problems, this is the place to go.  I highly, let me repeat, highly recommend them!!

I have had much better car buying experiences.   Service Director is very responsive though.
