This dealership is the worst. Same issue with my car from day 1 when I leased it. And they still have not resolved the issue. Now they tell me due to my negative surveys on there dealership they no longer will service my vehicle. Real good customer service. The g.m. with.his smug attitude about tge whore situation. Tells me he stuck in the same car with the same issue. Sure he is. Im sure he does not drive a ats Cadillac.

I had a Superior experience with Mr.David Dill.
I leased an Infinity twice and knew for sure i was going to lease another one. My boyfriend told me I know a nice guy that works at the Cadillac dealership, he had dealt with in the past.  My boyfriend placed a call to Mr. Dill and he was not in that day but reassured me that i could go take a look and test drive something to see if there was something i would be interested in. So off to the dealership we went, I was quite excited.  Showing up in an Escalade the sales associate came out like a Parana, I was very stand offish. He introduced himself as Paul, after letting him know we would be looking to lease something but we wanted to deal with Mr Dill, Paul had no interest in showing us anything and sent us outside where the SRX's where and telling us there were some on the roof. (So how do we get up there?)  Spending over 45 min in the their dealership parking lot and no assistance I was so frustrated.  At this point we left and i decided i was just going to get another Infinity.  My boyfriend reassured me to just wait and give Mr.Dill a chance.  So i did and i told him of the terrible experience i had with Paul.

Im a Manager of Sales and I always tell my staff half a sale is better than no sale, team work is where it is at!  Plus customer service is always number 1...

I arrived back another day and it was like I walked into and entire different dealership.  I test dove the SRX MR Dill's customer service couldn't be any better.  He even apologized for the terrible experience Paul gave me. His expertise with all the bells and whistles, (as i call them) in the vehicle and all the service that Cadillac offers and the way i felt driving it, won my vote over to lease a new Cadillac, and Infinity is now a word of the past!
Long story short, Im Happy, end result, and that's all any customer should walk out of a dealership feel like. I can't thank him enough for a wonderful experience and My boyfriend was right! ( dont tell him i said that LOL) reassuring me that Mr. David Dill is the right guy for the job and i would only recommend him to all my friends and family.
Go Cadillac for building a great SRX and for Hiring Mr. Daivd Dill

I cannot truly explain how great of an experience me and my husband had at this dealer. Don Lemay is the BEST salesperson I have ever dealt with for a car purchase. From the beginning he was upfront and never once lied about any detail or numbers. We dealt with him for a week through phone before personally going in and we literally signed and drive. All the paperwork was handled prior to us coming in and the numbers he quoted us were exactly the numbers he told us it would be. No hidden fees or dealer gimmicks. I HIGHLY recommend Don Lemay for anyone interested in a Cadillac. We LOVE our ATS and the smooth process makes us even happier about our purchases. Thank you so much, Don!

Brought in a 1999 DeVille for a Check Engine Light  and  a leaking tire.

Tire was fixed , but bad news on the check engine light. A possible transmission problem.

Was not happy for the problem, however Mike Stanwyck was an excellent service rep and explained options and risks.

Overall I am very happy with Coral Cadillac!

Brought in my new CTS for some body work and was really pressed for time to get the work done before the holidays. The collision department did not disappoint! Car was completed very quickly, communication was great, and the work that was done was first rate. Furthermore, the estimate was clearly a fair one, but the final price was even better after a surprising reduction.
