Had a friend apply there a while back, when he got a drug test date set, he had to call and reschedule due to having to take his mother to work after her car blew the engine. When he called Mike See to reschedule it, Mike See jumped the gun and accused him of avoiding the drug test because he was a drug addict. Neatless to say, my friend was shocked and pissed. He told Mike to keep the job. Mike See needs to be fired! Maybe he's too old to be doing that job anymore, because he definitely doesn't know how to talk to job applicants.

Went in January 1st 2015 greeted by Chris showed me the car I was interested in, brought my uncle with me to do all the business talk since I'm "young". I stated what package I wanted on the car then discussed finance and credit check followed by more or less how much payments might be. Boom boom boom everything seems okay with me and my uncle I put down the deposit and told the car should be shipped within 6-8 weeks. Chris didn't keep me updated on my car after a month more or less half way of 6-8 weeks time frame. For all I know the car probably blew up and they're hiding from me. So I called mid way of the time frame Chris didn't have a vin or shipment date, that's fine at least let me know of that, I was kept unknown thinking ok, so, within 6-8 weeks I took his words & it's a promise it'll be here within "6-8weeks". February 24 I get a call, he got a vin and a promised ship date March 11th. I was going to do a trade in so I got my car ready and cleaned to trade in. I waited for the call on the 11th after waiting I decided to call at 4pm being told that it wasn't here yet, disappointed, I waited for a call the following day. Following day comes never heard anything from Chris or the dealer ship of what is going on ! So I called to see what's going on cause hellooooo I supposedly left a deposit. After yeah yeah yeah uh huh oh, it's coming on "March 21-23".. Wait what ? At this point I want to give up on the stupid car that I wanted to badly when I can have better service with another sales person.

Update: After misunderstandings and miscommunications I've been told there was a delay from Japan by Chip so there wasn't anything, anybody can do with the manufacturer. Chris did apologize for not keeping me updated as often as I liked. He did do a great job going throughly showing me the car and it's features, as well elaborately answered all my questions. He helped me finalize my trade in making sure all paperwork was correctly done. Now I'm obsessed with my new wrx :)

Great dealership with many salesman who actually appreciate the product they sell.

Came here while shopping around for an Impreza WRX (also spoke with/visited a good 10+ Subaru dealers in Fl).

This was the only one who gave me a competitive price during our first discussion without giving me the runaround. They even helped me locate the exact vehicle I wanted and had it transferred from another location.

Dealt with Fred(salesman) and Kyle(finance) manager. Both genuine and good people.

My advice, do your homework on pricing and know what you want. Then go talk to them, if it can be done, they will do it. Don't waste your time with old school mentality dealerships haggling prices for hours and days just to knock off a 100$. Most dealers just want to put you in a car, any car. These guys want you to leave happy because they understand that fostering a good relationship will lead to you one day coming back for service/repairs, future purchase and even recommendations.
