Purchased my 2014 vehicle from here and I am always greeted politely and professionally. My sales experience was great and the Senior sales manager Deya Oumallal was very professional and made me feel at ease through the whole process, answering and being attentive to every question I had (and I asked A LOT).
I have referred co-workers, friends, and family to him and I am always happy and content that they were taken care of even if a car wasn't purchased.

I called and made an appointment for a  oil change ,No up's No extras ,I arrived right on time at 1:00 and I didn't get my Nissan Titan back for 2 hours ...2 HOURS ... An oil change is 15 minutes , What took Sooo Looong ??? I was hour and 15 minutes late getting back to Work , Not Good ...

A month ago I took my car to the service department for electrical problems, issues with the power window and radio. All was under a warranty that I purchased when I bought the car and paid a additional 2000.00 on. Everything was good during the estimate and the warranty covered everything.  When I got the car back when I brought it in a week later, they scratched, cut, and damaged all of the material around the radio console where the technician went in to switch out the radio. When I complained to the manager of service department he told me they had pictures of the car before it was worked on and that is how it looked. When I asked to see the pictures they only had one and it was after they damaged my interior. The manager was extremely rude and told me nothing but he wasn't covering it. I  called and played phone tag with Nissan corporate and was told it is a dealer problem and nothing they can do.
DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO GET SERVICED HERE. I HAVE HEARD PLENTY OF BAD THINGS FROM OTHER PEOPLE WHO ALSO GOT SERVICED HERE AND BOUGHT THERE CAR THERE. STAY AWAY AND REED NISSAN ON 50 ISN'T MUCH BETTER.
IF YOU HAVE TO BECAUSE OF WARRANTY THEN TAKE PICTURES OF EVERYTHING FIRST AND EMAIL THEM TO YOURSELF WITH TIME AND DATE.
DO NOT TRUST THIS SERVICE DEPARTMENT.

Simply put, the WORST service department I have ever had the unfortunate pleasure of dealing with. I am pretty sure I'd rather get a root canal with no pain meds than take my Nissan back to this dealership. Took me all day to chase down a status on my brand new 2014 Pathfinder that is in for a new transmission. How hard is it to COMMUNICATE with a customer? Apparently very hard at this dealership. If you are considering Universal Nissan for a new car or for service, DON'T! Run screaming for the exit and drive to another dealership. Your blood pressure and sanity will thank you.

After driving Nissans for over 10 years - I was looking forward to purchasing a new one from here. The girl that returned my email from Internet Sales was nice. The good stopped there. I was lied to , snapped at, and really insulted with their lack of professionalism and games. I went home and considered keeping my vehicle. After a day of detoxing from their evil ,shark ways - I went to another dealer.  I will stay professional and not mention names of the insulting staff. The lady next to me was being snapped at by the associate also. I don't operate like this. The sales person was asking personal information before even telling me the cost to me for the vehicle ! I stopped him and just requested my keys - but of course was chased down by him and his manager.  Very shady characters.

I am considering writing a letter to the owner. Between the sales person and his manager - I will never return to that dealer. Oh, wait - that's right - I went across the street to their competitor and purchased a new vehicle. ;)

Just made my first dealership purchase several weeks ago at this location. CJ "The King of Windemere" (Be sure to refer to him as such! Haha) was my sales representative and he assisted me in choosing the car I ultimately walked away with.  I had just passed my board exams and was days away from driving cross country to California. All I needed was a car to make the transition happen. Thankfully his sales approach wasnt pushy or overbearing. He listened to what my concerns were and ended up helping me pick and test drive my newest car.  Josh C and Bill in finance were great in helping me iron out a fair interest rate and finance plan. I would recommend all the people mentioned because they all helped making my first car purchase a successful & memorable experience.

I had shopped a vehicale from this location as they were nice up front when it can to numbers they put me in a numbers maze that confused me with add on fees and then was not given proper credits. As most know the dealership will post their own good feed back and even now have companies that will go on these sites and fake a good response . I am not that person. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE UNLESS U ARE A ACCOUNTANT!!!!!!    That's the only way you will not be taken and when u call in you get the run around and pushed to different people and have to tell your story 10 more times . Save money go somewhere else

My wife and I travelled to Orlando to purchase a 2013 Nissan Rogue through the VPP program. Everyone was friendly and efficient although we felt that the process was unnecessarily long due to price haggling that we did not expect due to the fact we were working in a Nissan program (VPP). I want to give a strong recommendation for Eduardo Del Rio, Internet Sales Manager. Ed was our primary contact at the dealership. He was friendly, efficient and low key. He will be our first contact in any future dealings with Universal Nissan.

Absolutely the WORST experience ever.    I went to this place as my loan carrier offered a deal on lower interest rates and I was flexible on the type of car that I could get, and BOY am I now super upset.  They sold me a car that had previous damage to the car that was never reported.   I only found this out when I showed the car to a friend and he pointed out the bad bodywork and how it was falling apart.   When I contacted them they were cool about fixing that work and keeping me happy, but of course it was the run around and they didn't do the work that they promised.  They shook on it, gave me their word, showed me the paperwork and then totally screwed me.

When I was there they also had a 2012 that had rust all over the car.  No doubt a car from Sandy and I pointed it out to the saleman and it was as if I found a ghost in their parking lot.  

They are shameless, dispicable and I advise all people to run far far away from this place.  Now I'd wish I had bought a car from a reputable place.  This place sucks more than any other dealership I've ever encountered.

They bang a stupid gong when you buy a car.. This place should be gonged permanently.  Do yourself a favor and NEVER, EVER, EVER deal with them.  If you value integrity then this place has NONE!

I've purchased two vehicles from Universal Nissan and honestly I couldn't be happier.  The service is really great aside from the few times that they try to sell me extra service that I don't need, but I'm in the service industry and I know they have to ask.  So I guess I overlook it where others might find it annoying.

Yes, I have to make an appointment for them to do an oil change, but I understand why they have to keep it all together because I'm not the only person getting my car serviced.  Plus for the first 4 years I get oil changes and tire rotations for free and so does everyone else.  Don't Universal Nissan I understand and that is why I patiently wait.  Speaking of waiting, they will wash your car for you and also ladies if you want to get your nails did, they provide a free service inside the showroom area.

Everyone is very friendly and helpful also.

I had one bad experience while purchasing my last vehicle.  They were so difficult in lowering the price of the car.  I, of course, needed a car, but the back and forth stuff was ridiculous.  Well I got so fed up that I just walked out and as I was walking out the saleman followed me to the car.  He said that he didn't want to lose my business because I'm a repeat customer.  Well I simply said I can't afford what you are offering me, so I am going to go somewhere else that will have something in my ballpark.  Once I said that they were willing to knock it down and work with me.  I was just very frustrated that this dude was wasting all of my time to finally give me the price that I was looking for.  I know they need to try and sell it for a certain price, but come on...it was the end of the year and the car was last year's model, so give me a freaking break.  They've already heard of my frustration, but I would like to share this experience with others.
