The service was great ! The people there were all friendly and happy to serve you ! They gave us a ride to the mall across the street so we can eat while we wait . The accommodations were super nice and I look forward to coming back here we drive all the way from Melbourne where the Infiniti of Melbourne is subpar and lackluster .i am very happy to also report the oil change took under an hour although they were busy.

I have been an Infiniti owner for years. Today I drove up with my car and asked to drop it off for their express service. I was told by the gentleman who checks you in that they no longer do express. However, their website and their Facebook page both advertise the service, with no appointment necessary. I then asked him if I can make an appointment with him and he told me I would either have to come inside or call or go online. He offered me no customer service whatsoever.  I am truly disappointed.

Stopped here during a vacation in Orlando when my air conditioning went out. They were completely not helpful. They showed no degree of willingness to work with me to help me address my situation. In fact, a service person didn't even come out to talk with me but had the associate who checks people in turn me away. I have been an Infiniti owner for a few years now and dealt with dealerships in Nashville, Atlanta and others and this was by far the WORST treatment I have ever received.

I proceeded to call Sanford Infiniti (20 mi north) and was very pleased that Scott (Service Manager) was very empathetic to my situation and got me in right away, set me up with a loaner car and had my car fixed the next day. Take the drive to Sandford and get a lot better treatment.

It is incredibly generous to give this dealership one star. My husband had his breaks replaced in April and then came back in for a oil change in August. They performed a 40 point inspection found nothing wrong and sent him on his way. A few days after the back breaks started to make a grinding noise and the car was not drivable.We tried to make appointment during the week but the receptionist "Destiny" was extremely rude, unpleasant and unable to make an appointment. We took it upon ourselves to take the car to a family friend's garage where the mechanic discovered the back breaks had never been replaced. This became evident when they took off the break pads which had been ground down to basically nothing, ruining the rotor. This meant that the dealership had charged us for break pads and neglected to actually replace them. Took the car back to the dealership, spoke to Trett and Robert. Trett was completely incompetent and Robert was only marginally helpful. They agreed that is was their mistake after seeing the condition of the break pads and compensated us by agreeing to fix the rotors. After having the car at the service department for two days we got a call from Trett telling us that it would cost 800.00 to fix the rotors and replace the break pads. Fist of all the rotors were comped and secondly the break pads had already been replaced. Clearly Trett was either trying to scam us for more money or a complete idiot. My bet is on him trying to take us for more money. Either way we went to Robert and he assured us that Trett was mistaken and it would be free. We finally go to pick up the car and once again they tried to get us to pay the 800.00 for the services. Robert had neglected to sign off on it so of course it was a whole ordeal. The short of the long is avoid Trett if you must take your car here and maybe try to avoid this place all together.

I am updating my previous review of my experience at the Infiniti dealership near Millenia Mall. Although I was avoided due to dressing down, the Sales Manager Victor Rodriguez observed my review and contacted me personally. He offered to review the video and conduct training with his employees to correct the problem. KUDOS to him!

This shows Yelp definitely serves a legitimate function in the local community in which businesses can interact with customers and correct unfavorable conduct by their employees.

Victor is an asset to Infiniti and I would encourage Yelpers to look him up when seeking to purchase an Infiniti model.

My boyfriend purchased his Infiniti used from a private individual and brought it to this dealership for service and an inspection to see what type of work it would need to make sure it was in good order.  He had the oil changed and they made several maintenance type recommendations ie: change transmission fluid, power steering fluid, and said he would possibly need new brakes soon.  Two weeks later he makes the appointment to bring the vehicle back and get the maintenance done.  He needed $1200 worth of work done.  It doesn't even seem like they actually DID the inspection the first time.  I think they just recommended the usual maintenance based on the mileage.  The issue was that it was nearly impossible to get ahold of the service advisor on the phone to find out the status of the repairs.  He called several times and finally left a message in the afternoon regarding authorizing the repairs and inquiring about when it would be complete and she never called back until late morning the next day.  The vehicle was there waiting on Monday morning and ended up being in the shop for an entire week for a brake job and fluid changes.  Communication was HORRIBLE.  He never did receive a call saying the work was completed.  We have a BMW, a Hyundai and this Infiniti replaced a Cadillac.  The customer service we received from Sarah at this Infiniti dealership was sorely lacking.

I've been an Infiniti driver since 2005 so I'm biased.  But my
review is based on the customer service & sales for Orlando Infiniti.
I walked in on a FRI afternoon, explained what I wanted, my price, my
inclusions & it was done.  
Jared delivered exactly what he promised. My beautiful new car was
detailed & hand delivered to my office the next day.   Never a haggle, never compromising.  I recommend this dealership to anyone.  So happy to do
business with these peeps again!

Terrible Horrible. The worst service I have EVER experienced.
I was in the middle of signing papers, closing on a deal to purchase a car at a different dealership. One of your associates called me with a deal on the same car.  I got up and went straight to  your dealership. As soon as I pulled into the parking lot, your associate notified me that the car had just been sold and they were signing the papers.  When I asked for the manager, he said the car had been sold this morning. The price listing on the Internet, when I first called with interest was $31,000. I was told that this price was incorrect and so I offered $35,000. But as soon as I got to your dealership I'm told it was sold. Then why is the car still listed today as Not Sold with the price listed as $35,779 SHAME ON YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!

I waited in the lobby for at least ten minutes to speak with an associate. In that time I was passed by several, some of which actually made eye contact with me. Not one person greeted me for service. They were great at encouraging me to visit their competitors, though.

Aside from this place, I've also been to Infiniti dealerships in Tampa and Los Angeles, and have to say, non of those come anywhere close to being half as good as these guys when it comes to Service. They really know how to take care of their customers and their agenets are very knowlegable about the mechanics of your car and won't BS you when you ask them questions.

Buck J. said it best, this place is simply amazing on service. They detail your car after servicing it, you can't walk in or out of a door in this place without someone opening it for you. Free coffee, soda, cappuccino, wifi, all that. They walk you out to your car after servicing it and open the door for you.

Free loaners. They ask to take you anyway you want to go. LOVE THIS PLACE.

I have now been to Orlando Infiniti's service department four times. Excellent service once or twice can be a fluke, but four times in a row is a pattern. I have been happy with service at other dealerships, but no one comes close to this dealership. Not only do they provide a high level of customer service (that you would expect at an Infiniti dealership) but they never try to upsell you to something you don't need. Highly recommended.

Overall a very decent dealership experience. The staff there is welcoming and very attentive to your needs. I dealt with the majority of my purchase dealings online so whatever time I did spend at the dealership was really getting to know the vehicle and the dealership. Every service I've received at this location has been spot on and exactly what I expected from a premium brand.

Loaners are always provided as an option for those who are receiving service done to their vehicle. They also have an option to taxi you to the Millenia Mall and back if asked! I'm definitely a Infiniti fan after my very pleased experience with the dealership and the brand in general!

Not a bad dealership overall.  The prices are reasonable, and they always give me a loaner.  When  do have to wait to pick up my car, they have a nice seating area and free beverages.
