Stellar Customer Service by Dean Thompson, the young service technician who greeted me when I came in,(I forgot his name) and Tom Santiago.
Its difficult on my teacher schedule to have an appointment Monday through Friday, however Dean said to bring my car in on Saturday,18 April, even though the Service Dept. was busy. They were able to fit me in.
In addition, the young service technician went above and beyond helping me carry my heavy briefcase and walk back to my car to retrieve some items.

The only reason this is not a 1 star is because of Tom Santiago. I went to the service department to get my vehicle worked on and stood for 5 minutes in a room full of Orange Buick Employees without one of them greeting me, asking what I was here for, or letting me know what I needed to do or if I was even in the right place. 3 employees looked at me and asked me nothing. SERVICE department should add costumer service to it. Tom was with another costumer and when he showed up he was extremely helpful and friendly. All the rest were, I guess to busy to help a costumer. No worries, I can find another Service department that will take customer experience seriously and not depend on one guy to make them look good. Thanks Tom for your help.

Both Roger and Jason the sales manager made my purchasing of a Yukon absolutely great. I will be back if I ever need a GMC. Only other dealership that made me feel good about everything like CarMax.

The sales personnel are really knowlegeable.  We have purchased two vehicles from Walter.  The finance department was quick and easy.  There service department is another story.  Every time I took a vehicle in they could never duplicate the problem.

I've purchased two vehicles here. The sales experience is great, the staff are knowledgeable and the finance department doesn't waste your time. However the great experience ends when you cross the threshold to the service department. I really dislike that I have to ask to have my car washed and vacuumed, a regular service at my fiances dealership. Not to mention the level of service certainly doesn't match the value of the vehicle. If I bought a BMW or Mercedes I'd get luxury service. I bought a $60k truck. I expect $60k service.  I'm at a point where one more poor service experience and I'm going to a new dealer to trade for better service.

Bought a 2015 yukon denali. I've brought it back here 6 times for seat problems that they cannot seem to fix.  Terrible service, but at least they give it with a smile.

They have horrible customer service. They are not friendly and I left the showroom because of that. Needless to say, I did NOT purchase a vehicle from them. They constantly harass you with calls and emails even though I told them to stop and I bought a different car. They still call and hound me about purchasing from them.

When I asked for pricing, the salesman said they only give prices for serious buyers. Apparently he didn't think I was a serious buyer. He gave me numbers off the top of his head and they were way over what was advertised. He must have thought that since I am a female I do not know how to negotiate. Yes I am a female.. With two business degrees and an MBA. I know how to negotiate and do business. I WAS INSULTED. THESE PEOPLE ARE A JOKE.

Originally got a great deal on a 2011 Lacrosse back in 2011 obviously.  15,000 mile lease for $389 a month! I thought wow this is great.  The salesman (Walter Harris) apparently was given direction to change the contract days after the agreement was signed I guess due to the mileage or ...?  He proceeded to call me every other day and come down to my office to meet with me in order to sign different papers that were "overlooked" during the initial process. The end result is after three weeks he finally comes downtown to meet me with a new contract showing 12,000 and an additional 3 months on term giving me some sob story about how much trouble they got in etc for the transaction.  Looking at all the paperwork I signed already, it appeared that I acknowledged there were errors so I signed the damn thing like an idiot.  In the end my mileage is still way under and I love the car (which has nothing to do with Orange Buick) but the whole experience just showed absolute sleaziness.  This was brought to mgmt. attention who did absolutely nothing.  

My last service they tried to charge me for my oil change when it clearly states that I was given lifetime.  In addition, due to their construction it took 30+ minutes just for me to pay for my tire rotation after the work was done.  

Keep away they will hurt you in the end.

So I must say that this place is actually quite nice. They are in the process of remodeling (and the plans look awesome) so they must be doing something right.
The service I received was great and their prices and REWARDS program are pretty generous. The man who help set up my appointment was very kind and helpful. My only complaint was how long it took. Luckily there was that little restaurant in there so I could grab a hot meal. Their wifi was kind of slow which made it seem even longer, but over all I am going back for sure!

Car is good. Sales people were nice enough for pushy salesmen but I would not buy from there ever again. In the end I regret ever dealing with those people. Vince the financial guy to be specific. He has made it beyond difficult for me to get my gap refunded all because he's mad I switched who I get my loan through. It's been 10 weeks since I asked him to cancel for and he's done nothing. I'm having to jump through hoops now to get it canceled. He's a liar and a lazy cheapskate. Do not buy from there or deal with him unless you want headaches!

I've got a GMC truck and always take it here for routine maintenance and service.  Their service department has great people and their rates are competitive with any other service place.  I recently bought tires here and they matched the best price I could find in Central Florida.  The nice thing about buying tires here is that they don't charge you for rotations.  They also beat the quick oil change places in pricing for their full synthetic oil change.  The waiting room is nice, has a tv, and there is a little cafe where you can get food.  I had some warranty items on my truck and they were quick to fix them and even lent me a loaner truck to drive while being fixed, and I didn't even buy my truck here.  When I'm in the market for a new truck I will come here first.

I cannot speak on the sales side but the service is terrible. They had our truck for over a week before ordering the parts!  They do not call to keep you informed on progress.  Something that should have taken 3 days to fix took 2 weeks.  We had to speak to the GM and Service Manager, the Service Manager is as useless as useless can get.
