I rolled into Massey Cadillac as an emergency case on Halloween desperate to get back home from my business trip to go trick or treating with my kids and they worked miracles to get me back on the road.  They were charming and communicative, explained everything that needed to happen in clear plain english and went the extra mile at all stages.  Please excuse their appearance while they rebuild their collapsed dealership as their service levels are second to none.  Thanks again Rhoda and team.

Outstanding service. Service manager was very helpful. Loaner car was given while repairs were being made. Suggested additional service but wasn't not pushy. A little confusion at the beginning but understandable considering the recent accident with their sales building.

SHAME SHAME SHAME SHAME!!!  I take great of my Cadillac so it was leaking coolant so I got the gasket fixed around the water pump. They wanted us to replace the water pump for more money we said no. Before we took the car in there were no other leaks and my husband told them. Then interesting enough the next morning, what do I see. A clear leak. I touched  it and low and behold power steering fluid. Really. I wonder how that happen. I take it back they said well when you touch things on an older car other things break so we want to charge you $1800.  You be the judge. No Bueno!! Don't go here to get your car fixed. That is the most ridiculous thing I've heard. Took it to my mechanic around the corner he fixed it for $200. I was planning on buying a Cadillac from them because they were nice the first visit. Taking my business elsewhere.
I smell rotten eggs here.

I made an appointment on a previous visit due to the recommended service of a 4 wheel alignment on my 2007 Escalade.  Even though the price is double that of franchise shops, I trust Cadillac and this dealership to accomplish service per spec.

Rhoda is my service advisor and is a joy to work with.  She is definitely a great asset to Massey Cadillac.

The only thing that is slightly frustrating is my general feeling that the NTF or No Trouble Found diagnosis is often given.  This is not exclusive to Massey or even the car industry.  My perception is that technicians are quick to jump to this conclusion.  

The rattles in my engine (at 3.000 RPM) and the trim in my vehicle are annoying.  In my opinion, there could be a thriving industry in rattle/squeak/wind noise diagnosis for vehicles.  I would certainly pay to drop my vehicle off and have a series of tests (driving the vehicle over a variety of textures at different speeds.  Then providing a list of solutions and costs if they were outside my warranty.

I'm so glad I purchased my SRX from Massey Cadillac because their customer service is exceptional. Bo especially is always friendly and helpful. They have a nice lounge area with free wi-fi, coffee, tv, and even a practice putting green while you wait for your car to be serviced. I've never waited more than an hour and a half for a routine service.
