Acura.. Such a luxury car but this dealership has provided me with poor service ever since I bought my car last year except for my sales person CJ which I haven't seen in the dealer since last time I was there.

Today I stopped by to get some assistance and when you pull in there is no one is there to welcome nor greet you, all the "service assistance managers" we're to busy behind their monitors in their cubby offices, after like 5 min of looking around a kid walked out and helped me out which he really looked new to the job. When you look around the overall look of the building is so degraded and the look of the waiting area was just as poor and not pleasing, the furniture looks like it has been years since they had replaced them & they even have holes also you feel like u sink on them when you sit. The coffee area has stains and the coffee wasn't even hot.

Funny I realized that employees that were coming in from lunch went to the fridge where customers were waiting to help themselves to some drinks for lunch.

Regarding service I called in a few months ago to try get an oil change and the lady informed me the wait time was almost a month because they were so busy. I had to drive all the way 1 hr to get service to another dealer, the same day I called and may I say it looked WAY better and much better service.

I'll never buy a car from the place ever again....

After driving 1300 miles to Orlando I was faced with a check engine light on my 2004 MDX. I contacted Fountain Acura and made an appointment. They diagnosed my problem and advised me to perform a valve adjustment. I was very hesitant being away from my home mechanic but I put my trust in them. My service advisor Jose Ramos made me feel very confident in having the work done. He was able to provide me a loaner car and went above and beyond the services performed. My car runs much better now. I am very happy and would recommend them for service.

The customer service for the Fountain Acura service dept has declined drastically.  Instead of the customer is always right, the service manager will support whatever his rep tells him instead of listening to the customer's side of the story.  It was apparent he could care less about what I told him since his rep had given him the whole one sided story.  We've been going here for more than 8 years it has never been a problem until the last several months.  We felt truly ripped off about 6 months ago for service that ended up costing a little over $1100 so stopped coming for awhile for oil changes.  We decided to give it another chance today for an oil change...big mistake.  According to the service rep, customers usually make appointments for less service than they need...really?  It's his job to tell us what else we need....maybe that's why our bill was an unexpected $1100 from this same advisor 6 months ago.  I needed an oil change that's all I asked for don't add on tire rotation then tell me that's what was explained when it wasn't then say that since e signed it's our mistake not theirs.  They ended up comping the oil change and rotation but belittling and treating us poorly made them lose customers who have gone to their service dept for over 8 years and bought our SUV from them 5 yrs ago...guess we will not be buying our next car or servicing at fountain Acura anymore.  Also, to curse and say he's not taking off s*** while the customer is in hearing range shows how he doesn't care at all about customer service.  For the manager to support the rude employee's behavior tells us that the service dept at fountain Acura has gone to s***.  The Acura service dept in Sanford is much nicer in terms or amenities and customer service...we will be giving them our business from now on.  Only reason we stayed with fountain Acura even was loyalty for buying car from them and servicing their for years but since they don't care about customers or customer loyalty we will go else where.

I've been coming to Fountain Acura for  service & maintenance needs since 2004. Always been happy & satisfied working with Darren Droke. Very knowledgeable & pleasing to deal with. No hard sell from him at all either!! Just great qualities one wants from a service advisor. As for the service lounge, it's a small, maybe under 200sq ft space and have the basic amenities. Comfortable leather chairs, coffee, tea, soda, water, chips, magazines and of course free wifi. However, they're less than a mile away so if you're service is going to take over an hour, go ahead and take their complimentary shuttle to the Florida Mall. It beats the waiting lounge.

I have been a Acura customer from many years and I love their cars. Yet I have to say that this is probably the worst dealership service center I have ever been to. The place is poorly kept, dirty, no play area for the kids while you wait 3hrs for your car to be serviced. The bathrooms were were the worst I've seen at a Acura dealership by far. I don't know how you charge your customer so much to maintain an Acura and not put anything back into customer service.
