Travelling from Miami, and my coolant and tire pressure suddenly went down. Based on what I deal with in Miami when I have issues with my car, I assumed this would be a 1 or 2 hour ordeal. I had my issue addressed and on my way back within 12 minutes. I didn't even get a chance to get my attendant's name, but he was really a nice guy.  Superb. Kudos to the guys in the service department.

not good at all !
its actually sad because I emailed the dealership directly and asked to have a return call so they clearly do not care.
I had repairs on my vehicle and was told to go there by my insurance company.  I was treated so horribly and had the worst service experience I have ever had after  by bill schoffeld at service. he was so rude that another attendant actually stepped in and took over.  she said he always acts like that???
anyways the only reason I went there was because I had to and I will make sure that I do not return in the future.  since I made attempts to talk to someone about this and no one returned my calls or emails I understand that they do not believe in "service after the sale".

I talked to Mike in the service department for my 328D.  It had issues with the powertrain, specifically, the transmission.  The car went into limp mode so I quickly drove it to Fields to get it assessed.  Not having an appointment, Mike was able to squeeze me in to scan the car to make sure there was no major problems with the car.

Outstanding service and experience!

I drove from California on a trip and needed regular service. Mike Carley, my service advisor, was nothing but courteous, helpful, and professional. He did not try to sell me on anything I didn't actually need. Instead, he provided me with several options for future preventative repairs. In the short time I was there, Mike consistently kept me posted.

I waited for my vehicle. The waiting lounge has everything you need and more. Water, coffee, fountain drinks, pastries, and ICE CREAM! Plus, wifi and TV. The time spent waiting flew by.

The courtesy wash is one of the best I've seen. The car is show room shiny. Don't know what they're using. But, I would easily pay for this kind of car wash.

Highly recommended and will definitely return.

I've not purchased a vehicle here but bring our vehicles for service and they are always very professional and competitively priced. Mike and Nancy are 2 of the best service advisors!

I also enjoy the laid back approach of their sales team  while just browsing the lot! They are there to answer any questions but never the "what can I do to make you drive this car home today" pressure.

I just leased a my new BMW 335i M Series.
this is a beast ! i love the attention and service i received at this location, both Fields BMW are good but this one is by far my favorite location. If you're in town looking to get into one of these babies? I recommend you see the DR. he will make it happen for you. I'm talking about Hector Rosario, and big shout outs to Jimmy Cardenas the Financial Specialist, he will get you the best deal with the bank guaranteed. Plus I want to say a special thanks to David & Carlos at the detailing dept they definitely know how to take care of your vehicle, they are detail kings. BMW my favorite automobile and this is my favorite Dealership.

I was here yesterday 3/7/14 and the service was excellent, I took my car for a diagnose on "service engine soon" light, a basic oil change, Greg Ott answered all my questions very politely, helpful and straight to the point, he also provided me with a small list of issues that my car has and they recommend me to take care of. The best part... My car was out of the shop in less than 3hrs. I can say my car has it's own shop for all it's needs from now on!!!

I shopped online from Kentucky for a pre-owned BMW and found the right one at Fields BMW.  I contacted them at their website and was promptly responded to by Mike who put me in touch with Mikhail and Santos at the dealership.  Since I live 800 miles away I asked them for a video of the car which they provided along with the value of my trade-in.  The conversation went well and with the kind assistance of the Used Car Manager Miguel, I was able to put together a deal.  It took me a few days to arrange travel to pick up the vehicle and in that time Kristin contacted me from their Client Care Center and made sure I was satisfied with the level of service.  Mikhail picked me up at the airport, took me to the dealership and they honored every aspect of the deal while also providing exceptional service.  Everyone was as friendly in person as I had hoped and I drove away in my beautiful pre-owned 135i.  An excellent experience that was well coordinated and greatly appreciated.  5 Stars to the Fields BMW team!

Found the exact care we wanted for a car on the internet, so many freaking miles away from home. After a response from there internet person, our dealership contact connected was Mikhail Bouzko, who helped us work out the details on trading and buying the car we wanted. Drove from WI to FL to purchase the car with our trade. We are very satisfied and happy! Enjoyed working with Mikhail, he is top-notch and made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. Nice dealership, quality vehicle, represented themselves well. One has concerns when you travel 3500+ miles roundtrip to trade a car, but they crossed the t's and dotted the i's and when we arrived, everything went smoothly. Mikhail knows his beemers, be ready to be impressed!
