I had a wonderful experience at Classic Mazda! Upon arriving at the lot, I was greeted by Bob Newland. I told him the kind of car that I was looking for (Mazda3), and he had no problem helping me out.

I test drove a used Mazda3 hatchback and then a used red Hyundai Elantra that caught my eye before deciding I wanted to check out the new 2015 Mazda3's. While I was test driving the 2015 Mazda3, Bob took the care and time to go through all of the features of the car with me, showed me how to use the Bluetooth system, showed me where all of the cup holders were located, showed me how to use the infotainment system, and answered all of my questions.

After test driving the 2015 Mazda3, I knew it was the right car for me. From there, I was never pressured to add-on any services I didn't want, and Bob gave me plenty of time to think over my decision. After I purchased the car, Bob took the time to sit down with me in the car to make sure I understood how to utilize all of the features of the car before I drove off the lot.

My experience at Classic Mazda was great, from test driving cars with Bob Newland to meeting Heath Patterson and even talking to the guys in the finance department. I would recommend Classic Mazda to anyone looking for a stress-free car buying experience.

Just bought a brand new 2012 Mazda3 from this dealership. Cynthia was incredibly helpful. She listened to what I wanted and took me to the pre owned Mazda 3's that I asked for. I didn't see any I loved, but she told me some things about Mazdas I hadn't been told by the other dealers. Things that mattered to me and even though I knew I wanted a Mazda already, I was really glad she gave me the info. (Like having a chain instead of a timing belt, we ecently had an engine detroyed by a timing belt). She ended up showing me a 2012 that fit into my price range and I was able to drive it and decide on it. I never felt pressured or uncomfortable on this lot. I just knew I was getting the information I needed without the smoke and mirrors. I am driving a brand new car that I absolutely adore and I am paying less a month for it than the used car I recently totalled. On top of all that I asked if they had any big bows for the car because it's Christmas time and I wanted to give it to myself as a gift. I always thought that would be hilarious. They really did go find a bow for me and they put it on my car for me. When i walked out and saw it, it made the purchase just seem fun and exciting like it should be. Aside from the great service, driving a Mazda is a dream. I seriously love it. If you're looking for a new car this is definitely a great place to look.

Loved my sales experience with Chito. But I will never go back to the service center here they are terrible! Can't do the job right the first time and give sloppy oil changes.

It's a mix. Purchasing the car was just fine. It's always stressful making a large purchase like this so I won't fault them on that. They did their best getting me a car that works best for me. They even close came to matching my USAA car buying service price.

That said, their service is hit or miss to say the best. For simple things like an oil change, they do just fine. However, I'm writing this from the dealership to get  a dent taken out. I was told to be here at 7:30 in the morning. Once I got here however, I was informed that the dent guy does not show up until 9am. That means I was asked to show up an hour and a half early because....why? There is not line for the guy, heck, he's only here for one hour every Monday 9-10. This just screams to me that my time is not that important. They blame the call center but who gave the call center the hours that customer's should show up? Somehow I doubt that the call center just made things up.

In summary, good sales team that works to get you what you want but I would not count on their service side. Just get the basic warranty.

They decreased the trade in value of our car by $4500 from one visit to the next 10 days apart from one another depending on the sales manager with who we spoke.

When we called in advance to speak to someone about them honoring the original trade in value she said come on in, won't be a problem.

Very bad business practice and they will not be earning our business.

We went to sell our car 10 days ago.  We had an avg offer, but wanted to think about it while we were on vacation. We were also considering trading in for the CX9. We came into the dealership today (10 days later) with 10 miles added and they lowered the offer by $4,500.
The GM would not honor the original offer even though less than 10 miles had been added. Here is a GM tip for you: try to offer a deal on a trade in.

One of my first experiences inquiring about buying a car and I was very impressed with the staff. I've spent a lot of time at different dealerships looking at used cars over the last 8 years. I was helped by Shane who showed very little pressure and went the extra mile (pun not intended) to give me excellent customer service even though I told him I wasn't gonna be buying anytime soon and came in quite late. They really helped with making my decision about the process.

So far so good. Today was my first time bringing my mazda5 to this dealership. They threw in some free wipers too. Service was quick, no pressure only.recommended a air filter. I liked the experience. Plus I love the kids play room, for anyone with small children like myself its a pain taking in two toddlers to wait with nothing to really do, or open space to run haha this little room was perfect and helped ease the the situation so I could actually relax and not dread the dealership wait. I loved it! Pair that with good coffee and I was in mom bliss.

The oil change didnt take long and everyone.was friendly and smiling, it felt comfortable and relaxing. I loved it compared to other dealerships.

After two separate, atrocious experiences and subsequent reviews of car dealers in my Yelposphere, I finally get a good one - a really good one.

Suffice it to say there was almost none of the BS and the process was, while not without a hiccup or two, as easy as a car buying experience can get.

My salesman, Gordon, kept calling me Sir, which is a nice, but too gracious a courtesy -- he's the Vietnam Vet, after all. Anyhow - super nice guy.

Really good inventory, upfront pricing, and pretty fun/funny sales manager who didn't seem at all like he was trying to pull a fast one - and seemed generally interested in earning a customer for a few cars to come.

Okay... it wasn't perfect... it took some nudging to get them to call me back about a price match, and they could have cold - instead of room temp - bottled water (alright, that one's a bit bratty). And... oh please, they don't lie about to or try to hide it, but get rid of the $699 dealer fee tacked onto the price you place on the car (price on car = X; actual price of car is X + $699). It seems so unseemly and unnecessary - even if the price of the car ends up being the same in the end (because you underprice the vehicles knowing you're going to make it up with that fee) - it seems like a little bit of tackiness in an otherwise streamlined operation. Let the price be the price. BINGO.

Anyhow, still recommend.

I initially attempted to purchase my Mazda here, but the sales guy I talked to really rubbed me the wrong way. I was initially just asking about pricing and their inventory. Their MazdaSpeed3 inventory was very lacking, and there is no give on price. I then talked about trade in value with one of the managers there, but would only offer me below fair condition trade in value. I had argued that my 4 year old trade in was at least a bit below good trade in value, but they would not budge. They also wanted my email address, but I didn't feel we were at that point to exchange information. The sales guy basically told me they could not sell me a car without providing my email address. I found this hard to believe they would refuse to sell me a car without my email address so I left. I ended up purchasing my Mazda at another dealer.

On the service side, its not bad. I bring my car here because the other dealer is a bit far. I did bring my car in for a 30k mile service early in the morning when they opened but didn't get called back until around 3. I don't think Ive waited this long for a 30k service at other dealers for my other vehicle, but the service people were nice about the delay. Ive been taking it here lately for oil changes as I find it cheaper than some of the quick lubes for full synthetic.

You've heard the quote, "If it sounds to good to be true, it probably is". Well, Classic Mazda trumps that quote. From the moment I walked in to the dealership until I shook hands with my salesman, Gordon, it was the BEST car buying experience EVER!!!!!  I've purchased or leased over 2 dozen vehicles. I was waiting for some hidden fees, some charge we didn't discuss, or some "mistake" in the financing. I checked and rechecked the numbers in the financing office. NO GAMES. The numbers were the penny. I figured since it's a no-haggle dealer, they would make up the difference by low-balling me on my trade-in. Their trade-in offer equaled the offer I received...after hour-long negotiations at 3 other dealerships. Along with the excellent no-haggle price and zero pressure, I compared apples-to-apples and ended up saving just over $1400 by driving to Orlando from Vero Beach, instead of buying locally. Believe me, it was worth the drive. I love my new Mazda 3 hatch. I highly recommend this dealer to everyone I know.

Will try to Rip you off!  I took my car in because check engine light came on, wanted to charge $89.99 for a diagnostic.  When told them that auto places do this for free, they still wanted to charge the fee.  This is the first place to ever charge me for this!  Took my car and went to auto zone and got the diagnostic for free.  Will never take my car there again because I cannot trust them to be honest about repairs.

89.95 to run a diagnostics check that I can get from autozone for free.  Dealerships like this give a bad name to other service departments that do a good job.  I am dissappointed that they were unwilling to budge on the amount.  I ended up spending $100 at autozone for a new serpentine belt, new fluids and other stuff etc. that could have been them doing it, but not now.

I had such a bad experience from all my other dealership experience so I came to this dealership expecting the sales people to descend on me like sharks or to disregard me as an idiot immature kid who didn't know her own budget.  Boy, was I wrong.  Like one of the reviewers commented, I love the low pressure environment.  They make it a point to tell you that they are a no-commission dealership.  I bought my Mazda 3 from this dealership a year ago, and my salesman was Jim.  Jim was so patient with me, showed me all my options, took me seriously as a car buyer without any look of doubt, even when I looked very young.  We were talking numbers on a steel blue Mazda 3 iSport when I happened to gaze upon a red mica iTouring.  He didn't act like it bothered him at all when I asked to take a look at that car, and ended up finding the price was just a couple dollars cheaper because he explained to me that it had been on the lot for a while.  I ended up signing up for that car, which I love to death.  Jim called me a couple days later telling me that there was a signature missing, and he drove all the way to Davenport (a good forty minute) to get my signature.  A year later (this year) I took a friend of mine to see the Mazda 2s because she was in the market for a small car.  I asked for Jim, and surprisingly enough, he still remembered my name, and my little red car.  Now THAT is EXCELLENT customer service!  This is what makes any retail-oriented business stand out!

Recently we were looking for a Manual Skyactiv Mazda 3. This dealer had the best selection and reasonable prices without having to engage in heavy negotiate. No unneeded dealer extras added etc. Simply a reasonable price placed on the car.

My wife and I recently bought a CX-5 there.  I love the low-pressure sales environment that is a lot like how Saturn dealerships used to be.  The lowest price is posted on the windshield, which takes the sometimes painful negotiations out of the purchase process.  Classic Mazda has a small staff and it is nothing like the impersonal experience that you can get a large mega-dealerships.  And oh yeah, they sell fun cars too.

About 3 years ago I bought my first brand-new car from this dealership. Three years later and I'm still pretty neutral about this place. I've never had a bad experience, but I've never had an exceptional experience either and I take my car here for all my repairs and oil changes so I've gone back fairly frequently.

Was immediately approached when my mom and I walked up and we received good customer service. Knew exactly the car I wanted - a manual Mazda 3. Was not shown the most expensive model on the lot, granted there were only 2. I was originally shown the used base model that didn't even have power windows or locks. Definitely not for me. Asked to see the only other manual on the lot. Tucked away in the back, with zero mileage, never even driven by anyone else. Took it for a test drive and knew it was for me (helped that I had done my homework on the car before arriving at the lot). Told them if they got my payments within my range, I'd take it.

After a lengthy paperwork process, I was on my way with my first brand-new car.

Classic Mazda Pros:
+ good inventory
+ friendly staff - especially the people in the repairs/service department
+ above and beyond service to get you the monthly payment you want
+ great at keeping in touch with you via email and direct mail with service specials

Classic Mazda Cons:
+ service can be a bit pricey
+ they have never contacted me about the power steering recall, another Mazda dealership did and will be getting my business

If I could rate ZERO STARS - I would....BEWARE of the crooks in the SERVICE DEPARTMENT! I brought my Mazda 6i to these slime balls when it would not start. After 3 days, "Iesha" in the service department tried to tell me my engine was BAD and needed to be replaced. She quoted me $5100 to have it done. I told them they were crazy. They tried to take advantage of me because I was a woman however when my father went up there to get the story straight, Classic Mazda flipped the script. They told him my car just needed oil!!! They put oil in it and it started right up! 4 days total without my car just for them to put oil in it. On top of that they gave me back my car filthy! I have filed a BBB complaint...stay away

We drove over from Holler Honda next door after experiencing exceptional customer service only to be totally ignored by every single sales rep in mazda.  We stayed inside their lobby for about 30 minutes checking out the black CX7 and looking for someone to come up and greet us.  Everyone was too busy chatting and doing their own thing.  I heard a sale lady arguing with a couple that were negotiating.  "well, how much are you going to put down? that's it?"  Way to go with talking down to your customers!

I will admit, I like the CX-7 a little bit more than the CRV we were looking at next door, and it is a much better price, but we will not buy from this Mazda Dealership.  If this is the first impression, imagine if you need service on the vehicle later??  

We ended up walking out without ever speaking to anyone and moving on with our rainy car shopping afternoon.

Now I am no car expert and really don't care to be honest, but what I do care about is customer service and quality over quantity...and that's exactly what Classic Mazda East has to offer. Plus, the new Mazda 3, CX-7 and CX-9 are pretty sweet cars...based purely on appearance and fun features of course.

What makes this dealership in particular so awesome is the general manager, Chad Rogers, who will do just about anything (with in reason of course) to get your business and make sure you're satisfied with your whole experience from beginning to end. Plus, he takes care of his employees and tries his best to know what's going on with his company as a whole as well as each separate part....which is fitting since the Holler-Classic Automotive Group motto is "the names you know, the dealers you trust."

In addition to the car buying part, the service area of this dealership is rather dependable and reliable. I haven't personally used their services, but a friend of mine had to this passed weekend and was very happy with the quality of work as well as the price and the people. This is not always easy to come by when it comes to car service places.

Overall, I'd go here if I needed a new car or servicing done on my current car.
