No complaints with the service department. This place always seems really busy but I am taken care of. Hubber is my service advisor and he is great and very friendly. He explains things well and makes sure you understand what is happening or the process of what needs to happen. He has taken me to my car in the service area and shown me what they found and what needs to be done. The last time I was there for an appointment they needed a bit more time to find out what was going on and gave me a loaner for the weekend. They ordered the part and repaired my vehicle and it was very helpful to have the loaner while waiting on the part.

WARNING!!! PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE!

Terrible costumer service! I was HUNG UP ON TWICE.. Once by Nicole Parker (finacer) and once Kamar the sales person simply becoase I was asking questions about getting the car 0 down and what banks they were using for my finance. RUE RUDE RUDE! Do not use them!

i hated their service and bad attitude. Mike the maintenance helper stole $850 of my pocket. I went to a regular turn up after one year of purchase. He asked the mechanic to  take my car apart nd told me i have 100ish things wrong, and affirmed that my warranty didn't covered any of this things(what wasn't true)... he charged me $900+tx, when he saw i wasnt gonna do the services he gave me $100 discount...when i got home nd call my dad in law who was a mechanic, he told me i wasnt supposed to pay for those things...and some of the service he said i needed i didnt...he just took advantage of me bc im woman nd not American (and stupid enough to agree with those services). WTH...I feel like suing them. Next time, i will go somewhere else.

This place is Not Recommended. Besides our helpful SalesPerson katie, bad service and gave the "dont really care" attitude. Took the car overnight, in which the engine light went in the morning. We took the car to our CERTIFIED mechanic to overlook the car just to make sure. The Car had some faults which company swears to do a 50 point inspection. My Finance brought this up to the Manager Ryan and to other guy in which his response was "All this is Subjective" to her. Didn't bother to see what he can do or "go the extra mile for the customer" to help. Dont bother to come here and get a genuine car.

Disappointed!!! I give this place 2 stars only because when I first pulled in I was greeted with a helpful older gentleman sales associate. However, since I have a fleet vehicle and needed some paperwork filled out in order to transfer my plates he couldn't help me and brought a lady from the back named Susie to help me. She was extremely inpatient and spoke to me in the most derogatory manner.  It got to the point where I had to to get help from my company's fleet department to mediate and help with a solution. If I ever need help or my friends do I WOULDN'T recommend this place. Very disappointing
