Over priced and unwilling to negotiate . Was told we had to give a lot on this lease to do a deal and we can't lose the money and I am ? Lol .

If I could give 0 or negative stars, I would.  LITERALLY the WORST customer service I have EVER experienced, not just at a dealership, but in retail, hospitality, utilities, etc.  Where do I start?  First off, I put $2000 down on a specific VIN and they SOLD that vehicle AFTER I signed a contract/put money down.  The "reason" I was given is because the salesman no longer works there.  So, because a certain salesman no longer works there my contract AND my $2000 down is just VOIDED?!?  That was the first major issue that resulted in an ugly snowball of bad experiences.  These people NEVER answer their phone and NEVER return phone calls, whether it's a sales person, a finance person, or a manager.  The only thing this dealership is good at is sweeping me/my issues under their rug.  The other major issue is that I never received my license plates and my temporary expired 3 days ago.  When I picked up the car my address was incorrect on all the paperwork and I told them to fix it.  They PROMISED me it would get fixed in the system and it wouldn't be an issue.  But of course, the license plate was sent to the wrong address and now I have a brand new car that I'm paying for that I can't legally drive.  I had been calling every 2nd or 3rd day for the past 2 weeks to follow up on where my plates are, leaving voice mail after voice mail with no returned call.  This dealership is a joke.  Once I FINALLY got someone on the phone yesterday, their solution was that I rent a car if I'm uncomfortable with driving with an expired temporary plate.  It wasn't until I TOLD them that they will be paying for my rental did they offer to do so.  They should have given me a loaner BMW, but "they are all out at this time"...right.  Anyway, long story short, this dealer is HIGHLY UNRECOMMENDED.  If you really want a BMW, I would say go to Gainesville, Orlando, or Jacksonville.  I would expect a much higher level of client services, being a BMW/Porsche dealer.  I will never, ever, EVER do business here again.

I was provided a notification by the State that my registration was due in about a month (October).  I went through the process of renewing the registration online but ran into a road block.
Apparently BMW of Ocala did not get the proper paperwork to properly register my car with Florida.  I have been dealing with BMW of Ocala and their staff since 10/13/14 and still cannot renew my registration.  It will be expiring in approximately 9 days and I still can't do anything.  I spoke with the state and it is all on the dealer side.

I am sure they were happy to sell a car but not ensuring the proper paperwork is in order is absolutely unacceptable.  If my registration was not due, I am sure they would not have made an effort to try to assist me in this matter.

I have been very patient through this entire process since I theoretically cannot do anything, but it is definitely wearing thin.

I live in Jacksonville, FL and this company was recommended to me by a neighbor.  He told me I would get a great price and great service if I would by my new BMW from them.  And did I ever!  We did the transaction by phone and email.  They delivered the car on a flat bed truck and sent 3 additional people to detail the car once it arrived, handle the paperwork, and a BMW Genius to teach me the iDrive system and the other things about the car.  This was a WOW experience for me.  I would recommend this dealership over all others.  And it's a great car, to boot!

I recently brought my 5 series BMW in for service. John Norton was my service advisor and he really took great care of me. Lou Tater originally sold me my car and he was as friendly and professional as always. The dealership gives me that white glove experience I look for in a BMW dealership. Thank you for always delivering on your promises and then some!
