Every time I come here, I am treated like a star! My salesman has been Orlando for a very long time. He helped my husband buy his first car, my mother, my father, and then me. They have so many convenient services that it is not possible to say "I did not have time for my service". My favorite service is that they can pick up my car from work, leave me a loaner, service my car and return it to me and pick up the loaner all before the end of my work day! I have done this twice already with no incidents.

On one occasion, I had an extreme flat tire (no way to refill with air) and they took me in first thing in the morning to have the tires replaced.

What I love about this dealership is that they are completely honest with you in the service department (I have always dealt with Robert). I remember when I had to have my tire replaced, I asked whether or not I should just replace the one tire or all of them (it was about time to have them all replaced) and Robert told me that I needed new tires but that I could find them cheaper elsewhere. He offered me a loaner and told me to buy tires elsewhere and have them delivered to them and that he would have them installed, balanced and all by the end of the same business day in which they were delivered. I did my part, and he kept his part as well. Had my car back the very next day when the tires were delivered. I saved $300!

This place goes above and beyond for their customers and the best part is that the General Manager Oliver is almost always on property and is very good at returning calls or taking meetings (something that other general managers are infamously known for NEVER doing).

This review is for both the service department and the sales department. I leased my vehicle here during April 2013. At that time, I was a first time infiniti customer, recommended by my brother. The sales person was honest and helpful, such that, I got a great deal in relation to the fair market value of the vehicle, and given that I needed 15K miles per year. The service and overall ethics of the sale were really noteworthy, and I would recommend Infiniti South to any friend or family member.

Today, (among many other free services) I asked the service agent (Julio) to have them check my brakes. Again, Infiniti South's excellent customer service and ethics shined through. Julio was honest about exactly what the sound with my brakes were as well as the causes and risks. Rather than take advantage and have me spend $$ out of pocket, he advised me in my best interest, not the company's.

Time and time again, Infiniti South continues to prove that they are a great company to do business with, and so how could I refuse?

I've had 2 infiniti's that I love and have dealt with 3 different dealerships in 3 different states. This is by far the worst Infiniti service I've dealt with. Made an appt for check engine light and oil chg. I get there and he tells me he can't do the check engine on Saturdays, even though that's what I scheduled the appointment for. After awhile he agrees to look at it for 140$ charge . Even if nothing is wrong I will still be charged. when I scheduled he said they could look at it and let me know before any charges would incur, Saturdays were not an issue ... Ect. Will not be coming back to this one and decided I will head to the other Infiniti for service

Oh and I am up for trade in 3 months. Glad I got this preview of the service I can expect before wasting my money here!

Made an appointment, for oil change with Julio. Day of oil change I show up gave him key,  Oil change and car wash was done in under an hour and it was a busy Saturday.  Service tech also found a glitch with Navi,  Julio ordered part and made me another appointment, rental was given no questions asked.  If u want awesome service see Julio.

I have been getting service there since I got my car in 2010. Julio in the service department is excellent. He always answers my calls or call me back quickly and makes sure my car gets the best service. The rest of the team seems a lot more service driven lately and I love it.

By far the rudest treatment I have ever received in a car dealership in my life.  After standing in the showroom for about 10 minutes, not a single salesperson came out of their glass offices to ask if we needed any help.  When one finally did come out, he was rude and belligerent, and made no apology.  It seems we were interrupting something--must have been joke time.  My husband and I are over 60 and have bought many cars and have never been treated in such a manner.  We did not come to look--we came to buy.  But with this treatment I would never buy an Infiniti.
The only reason I am giving a 1-star rating is because I am unable to give zero stars!

I always know exactly what I want...and I knew I wanted a G37s convertible for my next car. South Motors was my second stop on my infiniti dealer list and it was also my final. The salesperson tried to put up a fight when it came to pricing but I left with a great deal- and even better, left him looking like I busted his balls :)

If you've never driven an infiniti-- take it from me, it is an incredible brand and my two favorites of all the cars I've ever driven were my FX35 and now my G....I can vouch for it over BMW, Jaguar, and Hummer at least. The service dept at South Motors is also fantastic-- you can take your car in for something as simple as an oil change and they will give you a loaner without any hassles of rental car companies, etc...Check them out if you're in the market for a premium car--definitely worth it!
