I normally do not review a business but I feel I have too because of what happened to me with this dealer. I have been doing business with Palmetto Ford for over 30 years,
between our family business and our personal trucks we have purchased a few trucks from them in passed years. I went to see a used truck they had in the front line for sale and the truck look good for the year it was and had a window sticker that said it had a 30 day power train warranty.The tires were real bad so I talked to the sales manager and he said that he knew he had to put tires on it and that was not a problem and he would include them. I took it for a ride and noticed that the truck was pulling to one side and the air conditioner was not cooling. When I got back and told them about the problem he said he would also get it aligned and look at the A/C. I left to get the funds and returned to the dealer and talk to the owner who was very nice and he put me with the sales manager. I tried to get a better price and they split the difference with me which was $200.00 for them and we agreed to the price including new tires, recharge the A/C and alignment. they said they would put the truck in service that same afternoon and they would call me when the truck was done. they called me the next morning and said the A/C was fixed that all it needed was some Freon but there were no leaks and that they were going to give me a credit of $600.00 so I could buy the tires and have it aligned myself and I said that would be fine. the tires for that truck and alignment would be a lot more than $600.00. Then they said  there would be no warranty because they had posted the sticker on the window by mistake. I called the sales manager that I spoke to the afternoon before and she did not pick up some other person by the name of Marco who never said what position he held at the dealer and asked me with an attitude  what the problem was. I told him that I was disappointed and before I could tell him why he went on asking me what I was disappointed at that he fixed the A/C, that he is giving me a credit for the tires, that they gave me $200.00 credit all without taking a breath or letting me get a word in or letting me tell him why I was disappointed. At that point I lost my cool and said something that I would normally never would and told him they s--k. as a business owner if I had an employee that treated a customer the way he spoke to me he would no longer have a job. what has happened to customer service? I am sure when they had the truck in the service department they saw something wrong and that is why they pulled the warranty and if they made a mistake buy putting that sticker on it they should have to live with it for 30 days. they lost a good customer...

Zero customer service! They are rude and sarcastic to the customers and incompetente! They took more than a week just to fix the radiator and some other parts that usually take 3 days maximum to fix it. Also they almost left my car unlock at their parking lot overnight ( if wouldnt be for me going there to pickup my laptop from my car) I would never go there again

Terrible service ! Will never do business with them in anything. They are slow lazy and incompetent. Brought car for service on Friday , was told would be ready in afternoon called and told be ready on Saturday , then on Saturday told it will be ready Monday. Then Monday comes along and told it's been ready since Friday. Ridiculous customer service !
