The reason I'm reviewing this company is not just because I've heard so many bad things about this company but because unfortunately I also recently had the occasion
to visit this dealership and was more than disappointed.

My salesman was a pleasant but seemed to be fairly new to the dealership.
The problem wasn't with him but with the inventory and the manager I had the
unfortunate occasion to meet with.

First of all, I've spent many years in the collision repair business.
We must have looked at hundreds of cars and it seemed like every one of
them had paint work.  When we finally found one that didn't, the price was
much higher than the specially priced comparable models.
I guess that's their hook.  Reel you in with great prices and upsell
you to a clean car when you get there.

After all may comparison and shopping at the dealer in Miami Gardens
that sells almost as many as they do, I decided to buy at the other dealer.

They were also trying to lowball me on my trade.  I spoke to one of the so-called
managers there and he didn't seem to car about whether or not he earned our
business. And because he didn't care, we went somewhere else.

Stay away.  I attempt to purchase a car from here but the most contact I got was when I submitted a email about if a car was available.  Some sketchy sales person had me call them and didn't even answer the phone like a professional. Sh was suppose to send me pictures of the car the next morning but it never happen.  Got an automated email from a so call manager and replied to it and never heard back.  What a waste of time and resources.  The inventory might be large but the business practice is sketchy.

Well hot damn! The reviews on here are scary. But I had a positive experience.

I came to OLO based on recommendations from a friend and a sister and I'm glad I did. The entire process was simple and less stressful than most car buying experiences. I had the pleasure of working with Roberto who was not the stereotypical "fake, obnoxious sales guy", but in fact gave me my space to look around, think about it, and get back to him if I was interested. The sales model of OLO makes it a successful business for it's staff because it basically is "This is the price. Buy it if you like it. Leave it if you don't." So they seem happier and less stressed than your typical dealership. Therefore, putting out good vibes to their customers.

Truth is I was able to bargain the price down for the same car (with a different interior color and 10K less miles) but pre-certified from a Lexus dealership. Am I crazy? Why didn't I take it? In no particular order: 1) for the sake of vanity, I liked the interior of the OLO much more 2) The 3yr/100K warranty for a pre-certfied vehicle was inferior to the factory warranty remaining on the vehicle I purchased especially based on my certain situation where the car would be parked more than driven 3) I liked Roberto. I did not like the Lexus guy. In fact, I was disgusted by his tactics and he talked too much. I don't trust or even like for that matter, people that talk too much. So, after further research and "sight-seeing" I went back and decided to get the vehicle that I still had on my mind. As a plus, Roberto picked me up from my parents' home (not too far away, but enough for Uber to be $$) so that I could take my car home the same day I signed and paid. I appreciated that.

As a side, I needed something resolved and I reached out to the Owner and a few others and everyone was on top of it. Communication was quick and friendly. Basically, they do business the old school way...Customer Service! Roberto 5 stars! Overall experience 4.5 stars! Thanks again and I love my new OLO car!

We attempted to purchase a vehicle from this company and even though we called to verify its location prior to leaving, upon arrival the car was unable to be found.
I later spoke with the "owner" mark who apologized for the inconvenience but couldn't take the time to help me find another vehicle. We ended up buying two new vehicles from another lot due to the horrifying customer service

Eddy helped me out tremendously and also showed great patience in regards to my time table to purchase a car. I bought my Escalade for work purposes and he knew in advance that I was shopping around for the best deal. I looked at the one at Off lease and left to continue my search. He never harassed me but would check in every so often to see if he could be of assistance. When my search ended with his vehicle being the best available in Miami, we struck a deal with very little fuss or muss. Eddy and the finance manager/dealership manager are all great people to deal with.   My only negative complaints are that Off lease will NOT fix anything on the vehicle under the premise that the car is being sold under it's retail value (which is true) unless it is a safety issue. Also, make sure if you buy a car here to NOT have them armor all/place fragrance within it for your free detail. My interior was literally oily to the touch and they placed FIVE cherry fragrance pads on the center console. I had to use windex to get rid of the armor all, and the cherry after odor will have to wear off after some time passes. This was not Eddy's/management's fault in my opinion.

I was shopping for a Wagon for my family. Due to my busy schedule I decided to look online  and  found a car that I liked from Off Lease Only. I had the pleasure to deal with Vincente Pastoriza, he gave me all the information and explained the  process of buying it from out of state. I'm in California and off lease is in Florida. He also told me what all I need to have ready so we can make it easier and faster to get the vehicle; so no else buys it.  He emailed me all the details I needed and also his contact information. The vehicle was at another a lot so he ordered a visual inspection of the vehicle report; which I received next day. There was some noise which was coming from the vehicle; so the dealership got on top of it and took care of this problem. I liked the car from the inspection report. I was also able to talk with the person who inspect the vehicle and he gave me more information on the car with all the pictures were send to my email. I went ahead with the purchase and my car was delivered to me within a week. Great Experience will buy again and recommended. Good Job and Keep it up.

Okay I don't know why this place has bad reviews...maybe they stepped up their game.  I bought a used car there about a week ago.  The tires weren't so great so they agreed to replace them for me. They had to order them and it only took about two days.   Even though they were booked they squeeze me in on Saturday.  Before I went in for the tires I noticed that the brakes were squeaking and rubbing a little bit.  They said that they would take a look at them for me.  I'm not gonna lie I was there for quite a while but when I got my car back and had all new brake pads.  Amy Williams was my sales representative and she was an absolute pleasure to deal with!  I would recommend this place to all of my friends.  Oh yeah and one plus was that I was starving when I was waiting from my car to be fixed and they had a food truck there so I got some good food too :)

Stupid ass place, drove all the way from Doral to this piece of shit dealer only for some asshole to tell me "hey don't waste your time here we won't accept your trade in because it's not paid off, or if we do we will pay you 6k" yes that's what they told me 6k for my Dodge Ram 09?? You people r fucked up. All that with out mentioning the "offices" looked like a god damn notary..

So far I've received great service! I bought a 2013 Chevy cruz ltz from manny my brother a month before bought his 2014 Chevy Malibu and we received help from Abner, Moe, and Manny. Let me tell you these guys know what they are doing they help you out to the fullest we paid our cars cash mine was sent to get painted because of a scratch and now they are checking my passenger door for a sensor with no hassle! They are really going the extra mile and honestly I couldn't be happier.  its a used car so a little problems are bound to come with them i am just glad they are helping to fix the problem.

Bought a 2011 Audi from them with 42,000 miles on it.  I was told it had a 4 year, 50,000 mile warranty on it...good until 2015 or 50K miles...whichever came first.  At 45,000 miles, the car broke down (bad injectors among other things) and needed $1,800 in repairs.  I called Audi and they said injectors don't just break down at 45K and that there must have been something that happened to the car before I bought it.  They also said the car had been out of warranty for 6 weeks!  
When I called Off Lease, they said I should have done my own fault of theirs.  What dealer does not do a 60 point inspection of a vehicle they are selling?  Not certified/as is should have been a giant RED FLAG not to deal with them.  They know as much about the cars they are selling as you do when you buy them.  If you want to `roll the dice' and hope to get a good one, be my guest.  Personally, I won't go back after they sold me this lemon.  Yes, lemon!  Since the injector issue, I have also come across two other major issues...cost of those?  An additional $1,500!  Total cost of car to date is $20,000 for purchase and $3,300 in repairs...IN 3,000 MILES!!!  
They claim their prices are way under everyone else but I have since done a search on my car and in minutes found 4 for less with less miles.  SO much for that Big Savings that claim you get.
BTW...It took me 7 hours just to get the paperwork done on it so I could buy the car and I still had to wait a couple of days to pick it up.
Also...they told me I had bad credit with a score of 780!  As a result, they had to almost double my interest rate.
Do yourself a favor...spend the extra $1K and buy your car from somewhere else.

Mr. Fisher promptly addressed our concerns and we were able to resolve our issues. I appreciated his attention to our complaint and wanting to rectify the situation. We visited the Lake Worth location to exchange the vehicle initially purchased at the Miami location.  Lake Worth was a better experience.  Only leaving 2 stars because this review is for the Miami location. I would recommend the Lake Worth location.

DO NOT go here. I will give them 1 star because of the HUGE selection of cars that I could test drive. The place looks like German factory lot. Customer service? ZERO stars. I could run a better dealership from the lobby in my building. They think customers are stupid, ignorant, and futile. There's no need to lie or cheat the customer, I walked in with 30K CASH. I think that makes me a "serious" buyer. Needless to say I bought my car somewhere else and couldn't be happier.

Important  Key points:
1. Most of their cars have had SERIOUS accidents and the repairs have been mediocre at best
2. Their salesmen don't care about the customer and will lie/cheat/steal at the blink of an eye ( yes, you... Eric)
3. Have a small fund saved and Prepare to spend a lot of money fixing your OLO car at a dealer or Indy shop

This is my experience with off lease only.
The car I liked had some minor mechanical issue. I asked my salesman if this could be fixed, he said they sell cars "as is" I insisted he talked to the manager since I really wanted the car.  They agreed to fix it! Everything was great, I asked if I needed to sign any document, leave a deposit? I already had the approval from the bank. He said not to worry about it that the car would be ready in less than 3 days. During this time I was calling the entire time and the same salesman told me several times that the car was still in the shop. A week later I show up and this guys tells me they actually sold the car the same day...
.... Why did you lie to me and made me waste my time ?!? Apparently he didn't care so I bought my car elsewhere and got a way better deal.
BTW-- make sure you check the carfax, most of these cars have miles rolled back or accidents.

This is my second vehicle purchased from Off Lease Only (1 from WPB location) Looked at a vehicle online and wanted to obtain financing prior to arrival. Spoke to Roberto Estrada who took the extra step to have financing look at my file and said they do not see any issues with the terms and vehicle I requested. Sure enough I went in, Roberto was a pleasure to do business with and there were no issues and obtained the financing and vehicle I asked for. I do not see me buying any vehicle from anywhere else. Why go through the hassle of price negotiations elsewhere and waste of time...Go to Off Lease Only and save money and your sanity...Thank you Roberto Estrada and also Bill in financing for a great car buying experience.

I purchased a 2010 C300 Mercedes from Off Lease Only last year with the idea that it was an amazing deal and a good car. Come to find out a few weeks ago I went sell my car and purchase another vehicle from Off Lease Only and discovered multiple problems that where not disclosed to me at the office nor was it listed on the carfax when I bought the car.  Three months after I bought the car, the carfax was updated. I found out that Off Lease Only was aware of the Frame and structural damage to my car before I purchased it from them and now my vehicle worth 70 percent less then what I paid for it last year. I also contacted Off Lease Only to discuss the matter further and was told they would buy it back for a significantly less than it would be worth if it didn't have this frame and structural damage. They also said that it was normal to have negative equity in a vehicle. No apology, no nothing. The experience of buying a new car went from a pleasant experience to finding out your driving a death trap. I intend to get my lawyer involved since Off Lease Only refuses to resolve this matter fairly.

3-stars for the expansive inventory of cars and the prices are lower than most dealers in the general area.  However; the majority of their cars have been involved in accidents, which may be a contributor for the prices being so low.  This is also disclosed via the Carfax report.

I have noticed that in Miami the dealers don't seem to think "accidents" are a big deal when looking into the history of a car especially if the airbags did not deploy.  Excuse me, just because I am looking for a used car does not mean that I would like a car with damage.

Needless to say I went to the Miami OLO this past Saturday.  We had already saw the inventory online so we had an idea of what we were looking for. Upon arrival, we were helped immediately which was not a bad thing.  Walking indoors what I was not too fond of was the long desk that held 50 salesman and about 100 people (customers) crowded around.  There were also people waiting near the door (salesman I guess) looking for the next customer to assist.  This may not be an issue for some people but to me, the setup was very disorganized and was almost similar to a processing line.

The gentleman helping us didn't seem too enthusiastic that day.  I specifically told him that we wanted to look at cars with NO ACCIDENTS, yet he managed to bring me two cars with accidents.  He also proceeded to give me an "accident history lesson."  He stated while looking at the car, ( after he brought one of the cars up for a test drive) that if I looked closely that I could not see any parts sticking out from the side which means there was no structural damage of some sort.  I explained to him that his explanation really did nothing for me and that it didn't matter if I could not see any damages with my naked eyes, because I am not a mechanic and I have no idea as to what type of damage I would be looking for.

After test driving and not being interested in the car because of the color scheme, I was asked by the salesman what I thought? I told him I wasn't interested and to my surprise I was allowed to walk free with no hassles, no offerings to see additional vehicles, no notification that if we needed anything else to come back and see him or OLO.

Seems to me like the salesman or this one in particular, came to work because he had to not because he wanted to.  He does't seem like he's helping the owner make sales if that is what the objective is.

Update: After owning my car for a year and a half, I ended up experiencing various electrical issues with the vehicle. When I took it into the Dealership to get new tires I noticed the bottom of the car was rusting. Not too common for a 2010 year car, HOWEVER... WAY too common for a car that was from New York being beaten up in the Florida Weather. Long story short, while the car upheld its value well (gotta love Honda's!) and to reduce any headaches in the future. I decided to trade in my Accord and get another vehicle that was newer with less miles, and most importantly a Florida car, at another Dealership. I hold no grudge with OLO as their service was great, however this was another experience in buying a car for the long term.

I honestly read some bad reviews on this place, but I was pleasantly surprised when I actually went to the lot to look at a couple of cars that I found online.  My sales associate Wilfredo Novoa was awesome.  He worked to try to find the car I had seen online, and was also very patient as I wanted to test drive 2 cars. This place has prices that are already at bottom pricing, thus they do not negotiate. I would definitely recommend this place to any one who needs a used car.

I wish I were able to give zero star!! This place is a flea-market. Staff are extremely rude and aggressive. They tell you one thing but later switch up to best fit their needs = LIARS!! The "finance dept" rushes you as if they are doing you a good deed or favor, was not able to even ask questions after I waited 6 long hours sitting and waiting. They also try to get one over you. For example, adding packages that you do not need to "make a deal work". Last, they give you the car with a empty gas tank (gas light on). who does that?!?! Thank goodness it didn't work out for me, after 2 long days of being in that hot, non private waiting room. Ended up getting a car at carmax. Just awful!

This is a great place to go if you want to get a car TODAY, if you have crap credit, if you are broke. They do have a HUGE selection, and it's kinda cool that they're all unlocked and you can walk around looking at them alone without anyone bugging you. They also let you take cars for test drives alone, which I like.

Basically, it is a giant lot of former rental cars that almost all come labeled, "as is." That in and of itself is enough to keep me away, since my Dad is a mechanic and has told me tons of horror stories about rental cars, how people treat them, how poorly they're maintained, etc. These guys offer to run a Carfax report for you, but they don't actually know anything about the cars coming to them from experience. Once you add on the huge warranty packages that make this a reasonable risk, the prices are no longer so competitive. $11,000 for a 2012 Ford Fiesta with 35,000 seems pretty reasonable. But if it's a former rental that arrived the day before, shows two previous accidents, and comes "as is"? OR, you can purchase a $3500 warranty pacakage, so it's now a better investment - well, that makes it 14,500, and I could go somewhere reputable for less.

The sales office is crowded chaos, the sales guys are typical Miami smarmy used car salesmen who don't answer questions well and text while you're standing in front of them. They tried to tell us they offer a verbal agreement that if something really terrible happens to the car in the first "little bit of time" that we had it, they'd "make it better." WTF does that even mean? When I tried to ask if anything was in writing he started double-talk reassurances that we could count on him, just so much bs.

They also do the typical bait and switch thing where you fall in love with a particular car online, go through some kind of app process on the website, and then come in and find out they don't actually have that car you wanted BUT DO HAVE ALL THESE OTHER CARS.

If I could give Off Lease zero stars, I would.  I purchased a Mercedes C300 from the Miami location in November.  I thought I'd gotten a great deal and I actually really liked the car.  Unfortunately, I recently moved and needed to sell the car.  I took the car to four different used car dealerships.  The dealerships told me that they couldn't even give me an offer because the car had serious structural damage and they couldn't put it on their lot.  None of this was disclosed to me when I purchased the car in November.  I went back to Off Lease and asked them to take the car back since they materially misrepresented the car's condition at the time of sale and essentially perpetrated fraud by selling me a car that I could never get rid of and couldn't in good conscience sell on the private market without disclosing what I now knew.  

The manager acknowledged that the structural damage was not disclosed to me at the time of sale and offered to take the car back for $2500 less than I had paid 8 months earlier.  I took the offer since there didn't appear to be any other options besides filing a lawsuit.  I signed a contract of sale and gave them the car.  Off Lease paid off the financing for the car but it has been over a month and I have yet to receive the balance owed to me for the sale (around $6000).  I have called and emailed numerous times and at this point no one will return my calls or emails.  

Off Lease fraudulently sold me a car with serious damage, took it back because they admitted they had misrepresented its condition and have YET TO PAY ME FOR THE CAR.  This company is absolutely terrible.  I can't even describe how incredibly frustrating and maddening it has been to deal with them.  It is impossible to get anyone on the phone and if you do, they transfer you to a number that hangs up on you so you have to start all over again.  I have been waiting for over a month to receive the money for a car that I turned over to Off Lease on August 2nd.

Beware of dealing with this company.

This dealer's website is pretty comprehensive and I was convinced that I had found a place that would be a no-hassle car buying experience.

I found a vehicle that I was interested in.  There is a link next to the photos that says "Confirm Availability", so I sent them a message with my contact information.

I then proceeded to apply for financing (credit score=800), and also completed a questionnaire about the vehicle I wanted to trade in.

Regrettably, that was all a big waste of time.  

This place is just another typical  disorganized Miami business  with terrible customer service.   Aside from a computer generated email telling me that a salesperson would contact me shortly, a week passed and  no one ever called.  They completely dropped the ball.

Am I supposed to chase them?  Not gonna happen.  If a company can't even follow up on a solid lead that is handed to them, I have no interest in doing business with them.
