Worst place ever....hate that I ended up buying a used car from them. These people only care about making the sale, but once they do they just ignore you at all. It's been two months and they still haven't sent my tag and title. I call them and no one takes responsibility for anything. The girl Cindy tries to give you as many lies just to get you to follow their advice.....ignore them and go somewhere else, there are plenty of other options around.

Lots of inventory and super friendly staff. Love my new car! No complaints. Smooth pleasant transaction!

If I could give less stars I
Would I drove off the lot with what I thought was a good car only to come to find it had transmission issues later through the drive home. I brought it back and complained and they gave push back as if they hadn't sold me the car that way. This dealer gives such a run around they are poorly managed and extremely unprofessional. They kept my car over a week when I was commuting all over south Florida for job training at the time. Everyone here is rude if you want to complain and have no interest in the customer once the deal is sealed. I've never been somewhere that lacks professionalism and customer care so much in my life. Even if you're desperate find another dealer you'll be glad you did.

I got a great car but it came with a whole lot of unnecessary BAGGAGE! Three days after I purchased my car, Gabriel, my salesman, called to tell me that my payment method was inconvenient, although A MANAGER HAD SIGNED OFF ON IT. Why? Because the bank is far. WHAT? How is that my problem?

Then, I get a call from a manager telling me that poor Gabriel can't go back to work until my check clears. Why are they bringing me into their policy issues? I gave them a valid check with enough funds to cover the payment. This mighty professional manager tried to guilt trip me into paying with a credit card, saying that Gabriel has a child to support, and that if I didn't pay with my card, then I didn't care about him. This business needs to grow up and leave me out of their problems!

So I had to buy a car and fast, but I was having a difficult time trying to confirm which vehicle I wanted. I contemplated buying a new vehicle, but the new vehicles I liked were over my budget. So I decided to look for a used vehicle, preferably with lower miles within my price range.

I went onto and searched for a Toyota RAV4. I found a great looking black RAV4 with Miami Auto Wholesale. The price was right, so I went on my lunch break to check it out. We dealt with Willie. He was very kind and automatically pointed out that the vehicle was in a very minor accident and handed us the carfax. I thought that this was a very honest used car salesman, which made me a happy camper. He pointed out on the carfax that there was no structural damage, no airbags deployed, etc. The carfax says it all folks.

He had us test drive the car and pointed out another fact to us. Before you turn the engine on and all the warning lights light up, make sure they ALL light up. There are some crooks who will "pull the plug" on some of those warning lights to trick the customer into thinking nothing is wrong with the car. I work with auto insurance and I never knew that.

While I was test driving the car, Willie got another phone call from a customer in another state who wanted to buy the RAV4 and get it shipped to them. I was really interested in buying the car and expressed it to Willie. He agreed to run a credit check to see if I would be approved for the loan. We left back to work while Willie ran his check. By the time I got off work, I was approved for the loan and was off to complete the paperwork to buy the car.   It took me about an hour before I got the keys in my hand and I was driving the car off the lot.

The car is in great shape. I have had it for a couple of weeks and no problems so far. There were many cars on the lot that looked great. If you check any out, Willie or another salesman will be happy to show the carfax. Willie had great customer service.

I gave 4 stars because I am waiting for the manual and the spare key for my car. If Willie can work his magic and get me those items, I will be more than happy to raise my review up to 5 stars.

If I could rate it less than one star I would.  Buyers beware! I bought a used car from this dealer, from Tony specifically, only to have it completely begin falling apart the moment I drove it off the lot.  Tony knew I was pregrant and due any time, and how important me having a reliable car was. He knew I had no family to drive me and that I could not afford any car problems. The day I brought the can home I went into labor that night, and guess what...the car wouldn't start! I couldn't get back to them because i was having my baby, but when I did they said bring it in and they would look at it.  On my way in the car engine caught on fire! 3 police officers and myself fled to local business to get fire exstinquisher to put out the flames.  I could have died, or my family, in the vehicle. My husband lost several days of work because they wouldn't do anything to fix the problems.  I have contacted a laywer and I will be suing them for damages and lost wages for selling me a very dangerous vehicle. My mechanic said that the dealership had full knowledge of the problems with the vehicle when they sold it to me. Please, be wise buyer....don't use this company, even with a warranty. They don't care about their customers at all, only their selling cars.
