Poor customer service. The salesman was extremely rude to my mom because he assumed we didn't speak English. Their finance director talked down to us. Not a good experience

I went for the second oil change and was not greeted at all. Then, the guy actually grabed his clip board and put in on my car's paint and proceeded to lean on it and write. I told him please don't do that. He said it won't scratch your paint. Of course it will if the car is dirty, which it is. Then the guy assisting the staff could not find the key and rudely kind of yelled at me "where are the keyyyysss". His boss had them. I told them I don't like the treatment and left without the oil change.

Excellent Service - the is the BEST ACURA Dealer in Miami!! John Sterling and all of the Acura staff are so professional and attentive to details! I just leased my 4th MDX and once again it was a wonderful experience.  I highly recommend Miami Acura!

I went to make a test drive on the 2014 mdx lease they are promoting online, zero down payment, zero first month payment, for 500 dollars a month, the sales representative was very enthusiastic and polite, after trying the car and submitting my application for credit verification I ended up signing the papers and taking the car home, everything was perfect until one week later they called me stating that my credit was not good enough (7.32 score) ??? And that I have to give 4000 dollars down to keep the same monthly payment or extend the lease  to cover the difference,  I was astonished when the finance manager offered to keep the same conditions but to take the RDX instead??? In other words to pay the same for a car worth 18000 dollars less than the one I had leased on first instance.
Sadly I returned the car as I had the feeling that the only way to keep it was to accept being financially raped.
A clear manouver of bait and switch.
I will never ever go back or recommend anyone to go to miami acura.

I think this is by far the worse dealer  I have ever had experience with.  I am 52 years old and can not even recount the number of cars or dealers I have dealt with.   This was my first experience pursuing a pre owned car.  This dealer was very deceptive and manipulating.  Even though I gave them my terms and conditions, which they agreed to over the phone, when I arrived they indicated they misunderstood.  This was the second time I went there, so they knew I was firm.  Oddly enough when I left the lot my trade in car, that they insisted on checking for the 3rd time  without my supervision, had problems even my mechanic can not explain.  I recommend that anyone going to them  stay with there vehicle if they intend to use it as a trade in,  In addition, I recommend checking with the prices at Rick Case Acura of Pembroke Pines before making a decision.  Despicable!

Coming to shop here for an Acura tsx after seeing some great deals online I was optimistic to resolve my car issues on this visit. The associate was very pleasant and did a great job of showing the 2011 model. Unfortunately the great deal was on the 2010 which they only had 1 in stock how convenient. Everything was going well until we got to the negotiations or rather the lack of negotiations. The deal we came in with was $360 0 down 0 due at signing after about an hour the best he could do was $360 0 down 0 due at signing. Oh and unless we swore to take the car today it was not a real offer. Is this a joke? No deal. The last 2010 model I won't even mention because he was obviously not interested in selling that either since he made an offer well over anything that made remote sense. The car was great but go in there prepared as we were misquoted several times on their current offers.

I think this is by far my favorite Acura location. Their stock is a little limited but their service department is amazing. I think I've dealt with the same guy every time I've been in, save once or twice. He remembers who I am, and even asks how my mom is doing. There have been times when I've had problems, and they managed to get my car in early in the day and send it out with me at the end of the workday (I wasn't old enough to be given a loaner at the time and NEEDED my car). Their waiting area is very comfortable, and every single employee I've met there has been insanely nice. I just wish I could drag this dealership up to the Tampa Bay area!
