Absolutely great costumer service ! You call in advance and they set up the appointment so you can change your oil, they offer complimentary loaner vehicle for your convince. I usually just wait it doesn't take too long and they give you a free car wash along with your free oil change.

They have a great sitting area in side with complimentary pastries and  coffee, they also have direct TV and very comfortable chairs.

I know.....I know...I swore I wouldn't step foot into this dealership again, but when I accompanied a friend to purchase a vehicle and saw the way Ernie Barouh treated her, I decided to give them another chance! Ernie is one of the kindest, friendliest salesmen you will ever meet. He's honest and works hard to ensure you leave with a fair deal. I also received first class service from finance manager Orestes Alfonso. He also went above and beyond to help me get a great deal! I will definitely return to this dealership! He takes time and goes into detail to explain everything my car needs and what maintenance I should have for the future. I really like their Shuttle Service. I went back to Kendall Toyota for a chat with Ryan, the Service Director, today and we discussed the issue I was having with the service I received last week.  He looked at my car and it appeared that he honestly understood my concerns.  He explained that he just recently joined Kendall Toyota and is in the process of improving the quality of the product they deliver to the customer.  The part that was damaged while my car was being repaired is on order and will be replaced free of charge next week.  I continue to go to Kendall Toyota because I trust that they will do the work that is supposed to be done.  However, when the car is brought back to me in a sloppy condition, I leave with doubts about the care that was put into the work being performed.  That is the issue that I had and I truly believe Ryan is on board with finding long term solutions to these irritating problems.  When in the service arrival area, I always deal with Javier and he is top notch.  More than once, while I was having some work done, he has had a minor thing here or there fixed for me at no charge.  When I had the issue with grease on my seats last week, he jumped in the car and got it cleaned immediately.  Thanks Ryan, for the chat and the help and thanks Javier, for always giving me great service.

On my third Lexus. Love the car! Service usually very good in West Kendall Lexus.  Only disappointment with recent lease upgrade was sales person (Eddie) not keeping a promise he made (before deal closed). Simple promise of getting me a different color mats. He told me "I will call you tomorrow". Never did. I called him three times. Last call he told me "let me call you in two minutes". This was two weeks ago. What a way to lose a customer.

I had a great experience in this dealership. I went to test drive the cars and decided on a beautiful sedan. The sales person was very nice to me and explained everything. I got a price better than what I was expecting since I did my extensive research. My tag/registration was ready within a week. Alex martinez/Hernandez was my sales person. He was excellent and super patient with me. I decided to splurge & I am happy I did. I am in love with my new car & I am happy I came to this dealership.  I love the service I received here so far. RUNNNNNN AWAY. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. Drove from savannah to Kendall to buy IS250 from Lexus of West Kendall. Was told car was flawless.  After 8 hr drive and 173 hotel room. Found the car was not prepped, had a nickel ding next to passenger handle and many chips around the car.  I was upset and was told they would fix everything on monday (i was there on a Sat after reading reviews i insisted on having everything in writing. Lucky I did. Edwin (RUNNN if you have to deal with him) HE stated they could have it all done on monday and have it shipped tue but if i want it done properly to give him couple of days. I agreed to this.  I called him on wed after I heard nothing. He told me that they were finishing up and car would be shipped thurs .  I called him 10am thurs and Edwin stated they were finishing up and car would be shipped fri.  I told him why it is taking 4 days to fix a $35 issue.  He then stated he will ship the car AS IS and hung up.  I left messages for GM and after 3 calls he has still not returned call. I called and filed complaint with Lexus corp. In short, run from this dealer ship.  They claim to be an Elite dealership but their staff would give sales staff at a GOODWILL store a bad name. DO NOT trust any sales people at this location. I would like to return car and wish I never dealt with them. I wanted to speak with owner and they would not give any contact info. They charge $1400 for handling and preping car and they did not do any of this. They have more excuses then anyone that I know. DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR pay a little more else where and save your self all the aggravation

I am in utter SHOCK to see the negative reviews about this Lexus dealership, the financing, the service dept, etc., so I am compelled to give a breakdown of my experience.

I am on my 3rd Lexus purchased with Lexus of West Kendall. I owned a 2012 is250, then a 2012 ES350, and now a 2013 RX350. My husband purchased his 2008 ES with LOWK and he just recently purchased a 2014 IS F SPORT. I could go on with my family history of Lexus purchased at this dealership, but we'd be here forever as my mom, dad, brother, grandparents, and in laws ALL own Lexus brand purchased here.

When I first came to Lexus, I had never owned a vehicle in my own name. My FICO score was low due to identity theft issues, and I was in a 2008 Volvo that was falling apart and was under my mom's name. My first visit to a Lexus dealership wasn't at West Kendall - I went to another Lexus dealership only to be turned away and belittled because of my credit. To make a long story short, the salesmen at that OTHER dealership said I'd have to "get comfortable and swallow my car" because I was in too deep between the negative equity and my credit. RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL.  My mom then suggested that I make a drive to West Kendall to see her salesman.

My vehicle was appraised reasonably and quickly. No back and forth haggling, as I knew my car wasn't in the best condition. I left there in my brand new is250 paying $100 more a month, but for a car I knew I wouldn't have to EVER worry about. AND - UNDER MY OWN NAME!

Within 6 months, I outgrew the is250 and moved on to the ES, and my payment only went up $15.00 in that trade. fast-forward to present day, and I am in my new RX which I LOVE.

My parents have owned Mercedes, BMW, and Acura and have NEVER had the amazing service from Lexus. I bring my car in without appointments and it is serviced quickly. They NEVER try to upsell me anything in the service dept, which I love.

I can't think of anything negative to say. I suggest you visit the dealership, and if you don't like it for whatever reason, then leave - but you won't be disappointed.

About 2 weeks ago forwarded Lexus Customer Service the issues my experience, posted @ search Lexus West Kendall, believing they cared to make a sale with some adjustments but i was wrong they have zero desire to correct their brand/dealership mistakes just living off Lexus name. Case was assigned to a case manager Gina.

Spoke with very nice lady Gina @ Lexus yesterday December 17, 2013 we started to discuss case but she is no position to discuss negotiations and most importantly the credit denial by Lexus Financial Services of an applicant with a 748!!!  FICO score, good stable job. Does not make sense to call a buyer if you are in no position to resolve anything.

Worst place to get a car. When it comes to finance department. Had no trade in but had a vehicle to pay off before financing another one. They supposedly would not accept a check nor partial payments to pay off my other car. Their finance people would create a lot of obstacles rather than build bridges to resolve the issues. The sales person was very professional and very helpful within his reach. Overall good treatment but worse car sales experience ever had. Definitely would not recommend it.

I love this place. I been coming here since they opened and not once have they disappointed me. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, if they do make a mistake (which is very rare) they fess up and correct it right away. I have conviced my wife to sell her mercedes and buy a Lexus just because the service is soooo much better than the Mercedes Benz dealership. At Lexus they make u feel like family and always welcomed. At Mercedes your just another client. I will always own a Lexus due to the reliability and the great service u get and expect from a Lexus dealer like west Kendall Lexus. This is absolutely the most disgraceful place to purchase a car from. I have been with Nissan and Mercedes Benz dealers throughout the country due to being military and my husband and I have received the best service even after purchasing our cars. The sales person whom I have decided not to name for his dignity was super awesome when we first purchased the car but after the problem came he started being a smart ass and treated my sister as if she was worth nothing. My sister purchased a car from these people because we were recommended by a family member, the car has already given her problems and they have given her the run around even though we purchased the gap insurance and the car itself still has warranty. Then to top it off she went to get her tag in which we had already paid for ( our contract states it) and this disgusting sales persons tells her that on top of everything that she has paid for she needs to pay $480 to get her tag!!!! $480 for a high school student who only works part time and pays for her car and insurance herself because she is not lucky to have mommy and daddy pay for her stuff. $480 is a lot of money, these people think money grows out of trees??? When she called me telling me this I was beyond pissed, never in a million years have I dealt with disgusting money hungry crooks. When i purchased my first car through Nissan in Miami never had this tag issue.  The issue has not been dealt with yet by these crooks but I can assure you I will get lawyers involved if this issue is not fixed and if my sister does not get her tag. DO NOT PURCHASE anything from these crooks. All they want is your money first and when your car starts having issues they treat you like shit. Customer Service is not in their vocabulary unless they're selling to you after they've received your money you are nothing but a bother to them. And the maintenance people. Let me not even get started.

Do not go to LEXUS OF WEST KENDALL.. Especially to see Luis Hidalgo.

I visited the store on Sunday July 28. My options were to look into trading my current lexus into a new lexus. As soon as I told Luis that I did not have my car present he immediately told me that there is nothing he will be able to do for me today and turned me away.

He did not even show me the new 2014 model or offer potential pricing options. I was disappointed of the "service" that was provided. If I even lasted 10 minutes in your dealership it was too much.

I was immediately disappointed in your "Promise Motto" you claim on your website. I hope you revisit that strategy because it is not working. I know Lexus of West Kendall lost my business. I hope I have better luck with another lexus dealership or dealership in town.

Worst experience ever!!!! I got sold a certified pre-owned that was involved in a major accident the car was fixed to disguise and they never said a word, water would leak in the car inside panel were rusted and body dis-aligned when I called the manager never called back Jorge Rodriguez and the general manager Ralph Nerette called me once to entertain my ear saying he was unaware of this then never followed up. The manager was rude they would hang up the phone on me till I got with Lexus corporate and they called them. At first they give you coffee something to drink great service once they have your money day Bye Bye to customer service. I honestly couldn't believe this was happening from such a  prestigest brand but I guess it's dealers like this one that ruin their name brand "in the pursuit of perfection" lmao try pursuing honesty and integrity.

These guys are NOTORIOUS for ignoring customers so once you pull in, GET OUT OF THE CAR! Make yourself seen (AND heard, if necessary) and keep up with the order of the cars being taken.

The "consultation area" is more like a CASINO: the card (aka service rep) you're dealt will determine how much money you'll lose (aka spend). Not all of the reps are as honest and/or knowledgable as others- which is scary for people like me who are FEMALE and/or don't know much about cars. In order to protect myself (and my wallet) I tried out a few of their reps and have stuck with the two who I feel are best OVERALL.

I gave them 3 (instead of 2) stars because of their work. So far I don't have any complaints about the actual SERVICES. Unlike at "corner" mechanic shops I've been to, I've never had to take my car back for the SAME issue twice. Of course since it's a dealership the cost for parts and labor are slightly (and sometimes WAY) higher than other places so always be prepared (or medicated) to receive a tall bill.

The wait time here is RIDICULOUS. It seems like this location is most convenient for, I dont know, ALL of South Florida!! In order to avoid any misery you can either A) have someone follow you to drop the car off and leave, B) have the Toyota courtesy van take you somewhere (mall, work, park) to kill time, or C) just sit and wait and wait and wait. If you choose the courtesy van, depending how busy they are, the wait time to be picked up from your location is 20mins - 2hrs!! If you choose to sit and wait at the dealership, be sure to bring PLENTY of entertainment (and snacks) for you and your kid(s). The waiting area is comfortable and the noise level is low. There's lots of seating, electrical outlets, free wifi and coffee, a small cafe, and clean bathrooms.

I recently purchased 2011 GS 350 for my wife from West Kendall.  We live in Atlanta.

I was told the car would be delivered in 2 business days; it was delivered 3 business days late with almost no communication regarding timing of delivery.

The car had a different interior color than what was reflected on the website.  It was unfortunately a color my wife had previously indicated she did not want.  Consequently, I did accept delivery of the car.

It took 7 weeks to get our money back from the dealership.  A week of this time was due to us being out of the country, so call it 6 weeks to get our money back.  At no time did anyone explain to us why it was taking so long.  During this time, I spoke with Chris Roberts, the president of the dealership.  Chris said he would look into my concern as to why it was taking so long to return my funds, and would call me back later that day.  I never received a call back.  Same thing happened with Ralph Nerette, the general manager.  He said he would call me back, but never did.  I did speak with the salesman, Edwin Barrantes.  He was an jerk when he found I had not taken delivery of the car.  After that call, all he could say was that there was nothing he could do to get the matter resolved.  And, given the 6 weeks, it appears he was telling the truth.  

No one from the dealership apologized for their mistake of sending us a car that was not what was described.  

I finally had to ask for help from the U.S. Lexus corporate office.  With their help, we did finally get our money back.

My conclusion is that this dealership is systemically dishonest or incompetent or both.  My guess is the dealership is systemically incompetent, but 6 weeks is a long time to wait to get $35,000 back.

I will continue to be a Lexus owner.  However, I will never consider doing business with  Kendall dealership again.

I brought my mother's car to Kendall Toyota for an oil change. I had received a coupon in the mail stating on my next service they would give me a  $20 credit.  I showed it to the rep and he told me it didn't apply.  I spoke with the manager and he told me the same thing. I told him its a little bit deceiving your advertisement since it clearly does not state the an oil change is not a type of service. The manager even went further to state that the oil change is $33 and you want a $20 credit.  The only thing the manager didn't realize is that I lease 2 Lexus and my sister does too.  I will never bring my mother's Corolla Toyota here.  The manager is not professional at all!  I will not ever lease any of my cars here at Kendall Toyota

So I have just recently gotten my 3rd lexus with this dealership and apparently I like them since I keep coming back for more.
I have yet to have any issues with the staff here, other than with my most recent deal , it took 4 hrs to complete everything because they wanted me to drive off in my new car (it had to be brought in from a wharehouse). Other than that, I met with the general manager, the sales rep, and the financial services gentleman who was very pleasant.
This time around I opted to meet with a female sales rep...I figured, let me give her a shot and see how much we can make the deal go smooth. Yes she was nice, but she was a little all over the place, and not for nothing but the other guys that have helped me before rocked those sales-- therefore, next time a dude I shall pick.

So why did I knock off a star...?? well, they did not have the color I wanted. Not there, not in any Lexus in South Fla..or so they said. I even asked her to speak to the GM...and nada! apparently the color is not popular in I gave them my little "false look really bad offering this and not having it" ...

All in all..the service department is amazing-- if you ever need to, ask for Rey, he always takes care my service. I will continue to come here. Oh and make sure if you are a nurse to let them know, sometimes they have special programs to donate money to certain organizations.

I bought my 2011 CT200h from this dealership and honestly, it was the best car buying experience I could ask for. Edwin Barrantes provided the BEST service (he is their out of state salesmen). I saw the car online, called to inquire about it, made an offer, they accepted it, and that was that. He followed up with me MONTHS after purchasing the vehicle just to make sure everything was all right and that I got my Virginia tags. This place is the real deal. It was my first car purchase,and they answered all of my questions (probably mostly dumb questions). without sounding annoyed. I will be writing them a handwritten thank you card to thank them for their fantastic service. I highly recommend this dealer.

the waiting area is good. you have the option to wait in the parts dept where there is a cafe there. the main waiting area is ok except for the tv which permanently set to channel 7 and gets annoying n gossipy after the news but then again theres not much to be said about ch. 7 news... free coffee is served n there's also free wi-fi. the bathroom facilities is ok. this place is not kid friendly.

the service reps that i have dealt w over the years don't stay around ling enough to build a relationship with but I can say that half of them have a good attitude and are helpful n the other half could care less and ignore you to the core.

It is not very often that I write a review with so much anger still in my throat one day after an incident like the one I experienced yesterday.

First a little background - I lease two Corollas for my business, and up until today I always took them to be serviced at Lehman's Toyota in North Miami, the same place where I got them. My office is in Brickell so we decided to try Kendall because it is much closer. We got there at 4:00PM and were told that it would take 2 hours to get the oil change in both cars. We thought that was long but figured it was ok, after all our next appointment was not until  7:30PM.

We sat in the waiting room and watched TV, some guy had gone crazy in Hollywood and had shot 2 police officers, and the traffic was at a stand still, so we were glad to be there avoiding that whole mess. Six o'clock came and went and no once called us. Around 7 I asked one of the girls if they could check on my car, she did not even ask my name and simply told me that the guys outside did that. I attempted to talk to them but they either ignored me or walked really fast past by me. Forty five minutes later our tempers were about to reach boiling point, so I tried again. I literally stood there for close to 5 minutes while some lady discussed her bill with the attendant, before he finally noticed me.

He checks the computer and tells me that both of my cars had been ready for a while. He then tells me to go to the cashier as if nothing was wrong. We get there and tell the lady to call the Manager. He shows up and does not even apologize, not once, no "We are sorry" no "This won't happen again", nothing! Instead another manager comes out and they both fold their arms and basically tell us that they have no idea why no body called us, their attitude continued when they had the audacity to ask us if we had left .... WE WERE IN THE WAITING ROOM THE WHOLE TIME AND WE WERE ALL WEARING MATCHING SHIRTS, HOW CAN YOU MISS US???!!!  

We are not the kind of people that get pushed around, and we are not unreasonable, we are business owners, we understand that mistakes happen, but one thing we always do is Man - Up and admit when we messed up and at least say "WE ARE SORRY". The lease for both Corollas will expire next year and we will be getting 3 new Prius's with all the bells and whistles, we can guarantee you that we will NOT be getting them from here. I will travel to West Palm Beach if need be to make sure this dealership does not get my business EVER!

I went to Kendall Toyota yesterday for the first time and I can tell you with 100% certainty I will NEVER go back again. My company leases two Toyota Corollas that we originally leased out of Lehman Toyota in North Miami. We went back to Lehman for our 5000 mile oil change and service but this time decided to go to Kendall Toyota as it is closer to the area we are in. I called ahead and spoke to Samantha who said we could bring both cars in that afternoon. I asked her twice if it was OK as we had leased them from another Toyota. She said they would be able to look us up in the main system without any problem.

We arrived with both cars a little before 4:00PM. There was not a long check in line at all but the man said they were backed up and it would take them 2 hours to complete. We brought the car leases but were told we didn't need them as they could go by the VIN number. I waited inside the entire time as I had brought work with me. My two business partners were with me and both left for close to an hour to go to a shop within walking distance. They came back and we all waited together. It got to be 6:00PM and our names were not called nor did we see the cars outside.

Around 7PM my business partner asked the girl at the cashier window how much longer it would be and she said he would have to ask one of the service men who were almost impossible to pin down. It was getting later and later and we went back and forth from sitting in the waiting room to sitting out on the benches that are right in front of the service check in. Nobody acknowledged us. Finally, at  almost 7:45PM we could see they were starting to close so my business partner went out to the check in booth. The guy checks the computer and says "yeah, both cars have been ready for awhile you can check out at the cashier." We were all FURIOUS! We had been at the dealership for over 3.5 hours. Nobody called our names or our cell phones! We asked to speak to the manager and after waiting another 5 minutes, Danny, the service manager came out. He said they had no information on the cars at all, we were not in the system and they had no way of contacting us. He went on to say they had pulled the registration to get the name of the owner. When we asked why they didn't call our names he could give us no answer. He stood there with his arms folded looking as annoyed as ever that we were questioning him. The general manager, Carlos also came out who was equally as unhelpful. They both just said they had no idea how this happened. They didn't apologize once. We repeatedly asked why they never called our names as we were all sitting right there in the waiting room and all they could do is shrug their shoulders. I have never received worse customer service at any car dealership in my entire life. As a business owner myself, I understand completely that mistakes do happen and nobody is perfect. My company has made mistakes and we have gone out of our way to make it up to people. What really angers me is the horrible way both managers handled our problem. If there was an option for 0 stars, that is what they would have received from me. I will NEVER go back to Kendall Toyota again. In the future, I plan on getting all my service done at Lehman Toyota. It is worth the drive.

I went to Kendall Toyota with two friends for oil changes on their cars, and to check out the dealership because the lease on my Honda is up soon and I'm thinking about a Toyota Prius next.  When we dropped the cars off the guy who checked us in said he didn't need our names or the information from the lease statements we had brought, just the VIN. (We didn't get the cars from here, and they said that was fine.) He said it would be 2 hours or so, and we said we would wait.  Two hours went by, then three.  We asked the receptionist and she didn't know anything.  Finally, almost 4 hours later, we ask someone else who said the cars had been done for over an hour already!!  They had never called our names in the waiting area, or called the cell phones, or anything.  When we complained to the manager he said they had to get the registrations out of the glove compartment to find the info about the cars, when I had BROUGHT all the information already and they said they didn't need it!  They obviously found the owner's names, but did not call the names in the waiting area to let anyone know the cars were ready.  The manager did not offer any kind of apology for the wait either, and wanted us to repeat the whole story again even though we had already told the assistant manager. After 4 hours for oil changes that were free through the maintenance plan anyway, what's the point? Finally, only one of my friends had the reminder sticker on the windshield changed.  I don't even know if the oil change was done at all or the car just sat there for 4 hours.

One star for the big-screen TV and free wi-fi.  Never going back.

Great place, I got my IS 250 here last year. They have great service, large selection and top notch customer service. I walked in and told my car salesman exactly what I wanted.

We took the elevator to the 3rd floor... yes this place has 3 floors and he found me my beautiful lexus. I test drove it and knew it was mine. Depending on your credit you can get a decent deal. It's a lexus so it wont be less than $400-450 a month unless  you have perfect credit. Also, be prepared to throw down 2,500 when you sign.

Overall I had a good experience, much better than the Lexus on US1. I'll prob get a convertible IS next time. The drive is amazing for a luxury/sports car, much smoother than the mercedes or bmw 323i.

After hearing so much about the famed Lexus brand, both the product and the service, we figured a test drive was worth a try.

Upon entering, it feels like you're in an airport. It's vast and open, broken up only by some cars and a reception desk.

After telling our interest in a test drive, a salesperson arrived and set us up. What's great about test drives here (and at their adjacent sister dealership, Kendall Toyota) is that they have an essentially private roadway behind the property where you can drive unfettered by traffic lights or other cars. It really helps you get a feel for the car.

After the test drive, we went to the sales manager's office. He was very friendly and open about the price and leasing and financing options. I was disappointed in his "today only" deal - a mere 2% off (I should have dressed down even more), but, I know that when I become even more aspirational, I will know where to go.

This is not the most efficient dealer service center.
Kendall Toyota has probably one of the most slowest service centers, this place gets alot of traffic so be prepared to wait for 2 HOURS for basic oil/change/tire-rotation service. And I came on a Monday too!
The waiting area has a screen TV to watch and a bunch of newspapers.
There is no wi-fi here unfortanately.

However, there is supposed to be wi-fi at the Lexus dealership next door but when I asked, it was currently out-of-order.

So I walked a block south on US-1 (short walk) and went to the strip mall that housed a Starbucks and killed time there till I was called to pick up my car. Thus the 3 stars, at least you can hang out at a Starbucks and wait there! I had my laptop so I was happy to be on the Internet while waiting.
FYI: It took me 20minutes for them to fetch my car from the backlot.
