A complete lack of integrity on the sales team and management of this dealer. My wife and I went to negotiate a vehicle and as we were leaving on vacations we were required to leave a deposit to set aside the vehicle and leave the negotiated terms firm. 20 days later when we returned, we called to pick up the car and sign the financial documentation. We were told to stop by as everything was ready to sign and pick up the car. We went to the store and nobody found the papers, the car was sold to someone else and they back away from the original negotiated terms. 3 different managers came to convince us to take a new deal ignoring the fact that they took our money and sold the car. Exactly what you despise on car dealers and their salespersons. We went ahead and bought our Lexus at Lexus of North Miami which I fully recommend and saw how do they follow through on commitments.

A couple years back I had a thriving business. Due to some unforeseen changes in the market my business did a nose dive. I was leasing a GX 460 for $989.00 a month I went back to a unnamed Lexus dealer in North Dade where I originally leased the vehicle. I was as honest as I could be he actually gave me 2 options believe it or not he suggested 1) I call a friend of his... a Bankruptcy Lawyer or 2) he whispered call John Anthony at Lexus of Kendall. I left confused I called and left John Anthony at Lexus of Kendall a voice mail he called back relatively quickly we spoke for 10 minutes or I should say I spoke he listened. He suggested I come in and talk face to face I reluctantly agreed. WOW what a great decision. Bottom line John Anthony the
e-Commerce Sales Manager and the fine team at Lexus of Kendall lowered my payment from $989.00 to $544.88 on a 2015 GS 350 they made it seem so simple I laughed for the first time in a long time. Thank you John Anthony and the extremely talented team at Lexus of Kendall.

Went in to look at the Lexus IS... after being passed from one sales manager to another, I was shown a few cars on the upper floors.

After browsing,  and not seeing many options the sales manager tells me the system to check the upcoming incoming inventory was down and that he would call me with more details the next day.

6 days later still no return call. I went to Lexus of North Miami and got much better service. I haven't bought a car in a number of years but as a sales manager for a luxury hotel I was quite surprised by the lack of desire to make a sale.

Beyond pleased with my Lexus of Kendall experience. We received nothing but the most courteous service from Mario Alves from the moment we walked in until we drove away in my sweet new ride. Mario was thorough and informative as we made our selection and debated on our options. Mohammed, the GM, was great to work with as well. Mauricio in finance was efficient and expeditious, making the typically long process quick and pleasant since he was such a pleasure to talk to. We drove off very happy with our new wheels and look forward to our new relationship with this dealership.

The only thing this place could use is some grub - car shopping made this girl build up an appetite. Although they do offer water and coffee, a pastelito would've been nice.

In December I leased my 3rd Lexus from Terry Bean at Lexus of Kendall. If you ever want to feel like you have a relative who works at the company you want to buy from and can get you a great deal, this is the guy. He makes the transaction hassle free. Even people I know who have wasted hours/days shopping around just to end up paying more than I did! Terry explains the options available, you pick and done. I have literally walked in and out within 30 minutes - unheard of! Let me caveat that by saying I didn't want to be explained all the features of the car, although he generously offered. I was so satisfied that within a week my brother in law and mother in law both came in and leased new cars with him. BTW - I love my new IS 250 F Sport - having so much fun!

I purchased two vehicles in December.  Everything was exactly as I was promised... As a matter of fact I was able to upgrade to the IS F Sport for only a few bucks more than the IS I was looking at.  I cant say enough about the sales and finance staff.  They were very busy, but still took care of everything without a glitch. I will shop at Lexus of Kendall again for sure.

If I could give zero stars I would. The service department here is ridiculously horrible. I've come here after being notified my car was ready to wait another 45 minutes because they couldn't find my car and then they realized my car wasn't done.

The last time I was here, I came for a 5:30 appointment to find that the person I had an appointment with leaves at 5:00.

They have zero consideration for their customers and it's more obvious each time I come. I will not be returning.

My husband and I had the BEST car buying experience ever with Lexus of Kendall. So while doing my research to write this review I was completely shocked that I even found one bad review on the place. I hardly ever write reviews but I felt they deserved this one. I've probably owned close to 15 cars in my life so I'm pretty familiar with the whole ordeal. We dealt directly with Terry Bean during this purchase and he couldn't have been more enjoyable. Yes, I said enjoyable! Buying a car is usually very stressful but he was very knowledgable, not pushy, and extremely professional. He did everything he said he would, exactly how he said, and exactly when he said. No surprises! It really did not feel like buying a car from a haggling salesman but more like from a good friend. The other staff that we interacted with was also very pleasing. They have a large selection of vehicles and if they don't have what you are looking for, I'm sure they can get it. They did for us. I can't say enough nice things about Terry Bean and his entire staff at Lexus of Kendall. We will definitely purchase or lease our future vehicles from them. Hands down the BEST Lexus dealer in South Florida! Don't waste your time going anywhere else. 100% Satisfied!!!!

Most dealerships tell you they just make a few hundred bucks profit when they sell or lease you a new vehicle. Lexus of Kendall tried to make $689 on me just to handle some simple paperwork. Here's the unbelievable and true story.

Leased my new Lexus RX350 from Lexus of Kendall about three years ago and made the decision recently when the lease expired to purchase it. Lexus Financial Services steered me back to the Kendall dealership to handle the paperwork, unlike in most states where Lexus Financial just completes it.  I wasn't told then I could have gone to any Lexus dealership.

When the  Kendall leasing department told me the paperwork charge to transfer title was $689 I almost flipped. This had nothing to do with taxes or tags. I was told doing the paperwork takes time and $689 was standard. I guess they figured there was no new commission being earned, so they would try and shake me down with new charges.  After a rather heated exchange, the price was suddenly dropped to $345. And to prove what good guys they were, Lexus of Kendall agreed to also waive a bizarre $250 inspection fee. HELLO. I'm buying MY own SUV.  What planet is Lexus of Kendall on? Who would pay this????

Needless to say, I lodged a complaint with Lexus and also discovered then I could work with any Lexus dealership. Since I had my SUV serviced at JM Lexus in Margate, which always did a professional job, I inquired there about them handling the paperwork.

Guess what... JM was happy to do it at NO CHARGE. Thank you JM Lexus!!! That's where I'll be buying my next Lexus for sure. Probably worth the small trip for those of you living in the Kendall area too if you're thinking about a new or used Lexus.

This rating is for the service department... they are consistently poor; at least the customer facing area. The service advisors and cashier seem to be inconvenienced. I'll be using N Miami from now on.

Bought a used car from a saleman named Rick Abrams.  Not pushy at all, it was really surprising how laid back he was about the whole thing. We talked more about life than we did cars.

The finance guy was also pretty straight forward, didn't try to play any games. Can't remember his name.

I was able to negotiate down a bit, but be wary that they include a "dealer fee" of $600 that they don't tell you about until the very end.  Take this into account as you are negotiating a price.
