Service Department is the worst!
I have been both, a Jaguar and a Land Rover customer for many years now.... my car was not ready when promised and I was charge for extra days on the loaner.
Furthermore,  after I picked my land rover up on Friday morning. ... few hours later I was calling the dealer to have it towed.... AGAIN. (After having paid several thousand dollars for the "repairs").
We had a trip planned for the Holidays and had to take a different car for obvious reasons. ... The service manager was not very helpful and in fact treated me with disrespect.  Hopefully I will get my car taking care of today and will NEVER take my vehicles to South Dade Land Rover again.
PS: no one from Management have contacted me to explain or apologize for the mistakes.

We went and no one helped us..we were outside for 15 min before going inside and still had no help...management didn't acknowledge myself and shook my friends hand while sitting down. .When we asked for a card they had to go upstairs. .rude, disrespectful and we'll never return...

I have been a customer of Warren Henry Automotive Group for the past 20 years and have driven Range Rovers year after year.  I have just purchased a 2014 Range Rover SC and absolutely love it.  More than loving the automobile, I love working with Warren Henry and their staff.  You can't find a better group of people to work with beginning with the south branch manager, Joe Infante, the finance manager,  Luis Cornide, the salesman Larry Pardo and their excellent service staff,  service manager Tasha and my personal service representative Saul Pardo.
