Can I give this place zero stars?
Came in to see a car we found online a 2008 for 6,999 with 111,000 miles. We obviously came prepared to negotiate. The guy told us the car would be 11,000 off the lot and wouldn't even try to let us talk about it. Wtf?? He pretty much took our reaction as a no, and didn't even try to show us anything else. He was just like "okay, thank you bye" so yea...... If your into being treated like your a freakin idiot this is the place for you.

Car buying made easy. Jean and Kiamy are the best when it comes to put you in a car you like with the specific down and monthly payments you want.
The best. No pressure,  no sharks tank. Nice experience.

I recently inherited a car, and was hoping to sell my 2003 Mitsubishi Eclipse. I live rather close to Kendall Mitsubishi, and after the recent experience I had, I wished I didn't live so close.

I went to a couple of weeks ago to speak with someone concerning me selling my car. The salesman sat me down, asked for some information and told me the value I could receive. He did give me some information including the value he believed I'd get ($1600), but then walked away from his desk for 15 minutes, and obviously wasn't helpful. I went in a few nights later to speak with the Sales Manager who seemed friendly, and sat me down to go over the particulars of trading-in/selling the car. He gave me his card and told me to speak with him upon my return. I told him about the car, the mileage, the small amount of rust on the body of the car, etc. He never indicated that they wouldn't take back a car based on the mileage.

I went back in today fully expecting that I'd be able to sell the car with no problem based on the last two conversations I had.  I walked in to find one person working the floor while several others were either in a meeting (acceptable) or playing on their phones. I gave the card of the Sales Manager to the receptionist and was told to sit in the waiting area as he was in a meeting. I waited and waited. And then, I waited some more. Eventually I walked over the receptionist to ask why I was waiting for so long, and if anyone could help me. She walked to speak with someone, and shortly came back to her desk without telling me to wait, or ask me for any further info.

A few minutes later someone walked over, introduced himself and abruptly ended the conversation when I told him that I had waited for an hour, and then further dismissed me as he said I had the wrong information about selling my car with 152,000 miles. I told him that I didn't appreciate wasting an hour of my time and being told the wrong information by two different employees. I did utter the following, "I can't f - -king believe this!!" Then he threatened to kick me out, and would call the police. I didn't yell, or threaten him in any way other than use a curse word in amazement over the lack of customer service.

If in the market for a car, I don't at all recommend Kendall MItsuibishi as the employees appear misinformed, and care more about texting or playing games on their phones than helping a customer.

Don`t believe anything they say. These people are totally liars. They charge many fees from nowhere, just make you sign the contract and did`t say anything. They said the car was totally certified and they have the little sticker on the windshield showing that everything was checked. And they also said I have two months dealer warranty. ONLY 4 days after I purchased this car, the engine light was on. I went back to the dealership, their so-called professional mechanics just simply reset the light, erased the code and told me the gas cap was loose, then they sent me away. Of course the engine light went back on after a few days. I went back to the dealer and watched them inspect my car, they got the same code as I got using my own scanner. And they said they can not fix this and sent me to another dealer. I went there and those people charge me 500 dollars. I told the manager of Kendall Mitsubishi about this, the bold guy. He was so rude and pointing at me said I did not buy the warranty, so they were not responsible for this. I guess they knew about the engine light and they just reset it and sold this car. They promise to fix the window because the window could not be closed automatic. When I checked the window, I found they cracked the plastic part on the door to fix the window. After 2 weeks, the window didn`t work again. They said they have 2 years maintain, but when I came back trying to take a car wash, they said now they can not wash the car. The managers and the sales are all fraud. Do not ever trust them!

This place is full of daylight robbers. Absolutely disgusting management and pathetic salesmen who try to rip off every bit of penny from you. There is this tall salesman who pretends that he is giving you a good deal but he rips you off.
I got robbed from these guys when i got a car from them. Watch out for hidden costs, later charges. Anything they promise, get it in writing.

If you really want a mitsubishi go to another dealership. Better yet, drive to Ft Lauderdale or worst case Orlando. I wish yelp really introduce negative rating which places like this deserve.

Was in Florida visiting a friend and she was looking to purchase an evo. Being in the car business I dreaded the thought of hopping from dealer to dealer on my vacation time looking for the best deal...thank god for marcial at kendall Mitsubishi. Consummate professional who took his time and didn't make my friend feel dumb even though she was asking some pretty basic questions of which he had already answered some. Some guys who see someone come in with a car guy as back up tend to get defensive, marcial was the opposite. Talked with him for a while about everything from cars to sales policies, extremely polite the entire time. Everything worked out exactly as it should have, thanks to both marcial and kendall Mitsubishi for giving the east coast dealerships a good name.

The best experience I had with this dealership was walking out of it while the sales person mumbled "please wait" under his breath as he ran to find his boss again.  If you're into the "real" car buying experience which includes such features as: having your driver's license held hostage so you can't escape so easily, a salesman's complete ignorance of the forms he is asking you to sign, the entire staff ignoring your requests on maximum price and payment and basically being treated like you're in the middle of a pinball machine then this place is definitely for you!

If you aren't in the market for that then I suggest going somewhere else.  If these people are capable of selling a vehicle it must be by acts of God because it certainly has nothing to do with competence, attitude, honesty, or anything of the like.

Please assume from this point forward that this place has been taken over by zombies.  It will keep you away from danger and it's not that far from the truth.

I went to this dealership a couple of months ago for a test drive.  The salesperson went to look for the car keys and 10 minutes later, went for a 15 minute test drive.  The salesperson had little knowledge about the vehicle he was trying to sell as a few of his answers about the car features did not make much sense.  For this, you may want to do your homework online.  The problem that I have with this dealership, and most dealerships is lack of fee disclosure.  I pressed the salesperson to tell me if there were any additional dealer fees besides the car price + tax, tag and title, and yes, there are $899 in additional dealer fees.  In this recession, with the amount of cars and dealers available, no way!!!

I registered for an online appointment to get an oil change Saturday at 9am. I scheduled it early because I had to pop into the office on a Saturday. Heck, I even left the famous SoMi pub crawl early to accomplish all of these errands!

When I get here, I found out there were two other people with a 9AM appointment as well. I'm going to guess their appointment system is the same as airlines and overbook, or they are understaffed. At least they had 3 or 4 newspapers in the waiting room to pass what ended up being 90 minutes (for actual 30 minutes of work, as noted on the bill.) There were two workstation type desks in the waiting room, and at one point I remember they used to have courtesy phones for the customers to use.

After the seemingly interminable wait, my service advisor comes up o say all of the "suggested" services they were trying to get me to do, which would have had me there most of the day. They usually always happen to find something. Because of the time issue, I will take to a different shop - Yelp approved of course :)

My service contract with the dealer is almost up, after which I think I will use different shops for my car's maintenance.

Had an extra car key made at much less than other dealers quoted (me, $172, others $250).  They were pretty quick and they even washed the car for free.  Good job!  This is not the dealer that is on US1 but their repair shop across the street next to Dadeland station mall (don't no street address and I'm too lazy to look for the receipt, but it is really easy to find).
