With out a doubt the worst experience I've ever had at a dealership!  Went in to BUY (not browse) a 2015 Genesis.  Not one person acknowledged my presence in the showroom.  Asked for information on the car and was told to "google it"...seriously!  tracked down a salesperson, finally.  Loaded this is a 50k car, yet the salesperson knew nothing about the vehicle and quoted all kinds of wrong information, I had already done my due diligence.  I would run, not walk away from this place.  100% unprofessional at best....

very disappointed with the service they prove a new customer .  I ve owed Nissan cars all my life and decided to try a new car and it has so far been the worst decision I've made.  Ive owe the car two weeks and was given only one key and one remote ... the manager can't get them to give me a spare key and remote at a discount.  they want to only give me a 30 dollar discount to buy a new set.  what a joke!!! if you are looking for a new car and don't care if they treat you well as a new customer then go ahead and buy a car from them , but if you care how they treat a customer after you buy a car from them I strongly suggest you think about buying a car there.

Extremely rude service by everyone including managers. They just simply don't care. They do not care about a single concern you may have. I wish i would've read these reviews before buying my car here.

Incredibly rude service department.
I brought my car in to my set appointment only to be told they didn't have the part that I needed after I had called and spoke with 2 people about what I specifically needed for my car.
I consider myself a level-headed person, I understand that these things happen, and it wasn't Paul's (the service staff/manager) fault. But what bothered me was the way he responded to my confusion by cutting me off with, "I know I know I know (said flippantly). You'll just have to go to Hyundai Doral" (which is 45 minutes away plus a 2 hour wait at the other dealership) He made it seem like I was wasting his time, he was done with the conversation and apathetic about my concerns. The dude needs to take a course in active listening and manners. I didn't expect him to fix the problem but simply acknowledge that his staff messed up and could have checked on their inventory before scheduling an appointment or at least called me the day of to let me know.

Today made it pretty obvious that Kendall Hyundai Service Department did not care that they lost my business. I suggest going elsewhere.

I will always tell anyone DO NOT BUY your car here. The only thing that matters here is the dealer selling a car. They are so tacky they have a 'gong' hanging in the showroom.  When they sell a car, the salesperson hits it with other customers in the showroom.

As far as follow up goes, don't ever expect a follow up call from anyone including managers. Even when you sit with them and tell them their follow up is lacking, they don't improve. Every voicemail is full so don't try that.

I am glad I am finally done after three paper tags later, I will never go back there again.

Beware of this dealer!! We gave all our needed information to Edwin Castillo by the phone, including car and make. He gave us a monthly price, which he said was already approved and agreed upon. Once we got to the dealer, the car was already outside waiting for us. Once we sat down to sign paperwork,  he came to us with a 30% increase on the monthly payment. His sales manager, Juan Carlos Soto, was of no help either. He simply placed the blame on the previous sales manager for misquoting. After 3 hours of wasted time, we walked out empty handed. Don't waste your time with this dealer or sales rep!!!
