Just to start off, BUYER BEWARE! I have NEVER had a worse experience at any car dealership-the customer service is horrible. I have been waiting almost one month for the car key spare that was promised to me. I have called several times about it, because the only key I was given for the Prius ALREADY had problems! I'm still waiting for them to call me to come pick it up as they said they would, but I wont hold my breath.
I already had to take the Prius to get a repair, which took hours (at headquarter toyota) for something that we were initially told was a quick fix. They wanted to charge us for the fix at first (one week after the purchase) until we disputed it. It is under warranty!
I traded in my Camry for the Prius- come to find out, for thousands under it's actual value. I called the NEXT DAY after the purchase to see if I could get my camry back, and was told that it was impossible as everything had gone through with the bank. I have no idea whether this is true or not.
Finally, like I said earlier, it has been almost one month since I traded in my camry- and now the Camry's payment is way past due because Headquarter Toyota apparently still hasn't processed or sent the paperwork. I contacted the Camry's financing, which answered right away. Still waiting on Headquarter Toyota.
Long story short? I regret not going to my usual dealership (Kendall Toyota), where I got my Camry and previous car. I'd rather take the long drive and avoid this nightmare!

UPDATE 04/03/2015: After calling HQ Toyota many times (never actually getting a call back), the Camry payoff issue has been resolved. I STILL have NOT recieved my second pair of keys for the Prius.

Came down to see Cindy and she was so nice and did not rush us and gave us a the time to talk and make a decision.  I would highly recommend buying from her or her team.  They are great.

Never communicated with customer service after the last review, but ended up being enticed to return when my car needed regular servicing and they had a great coupon on their website.

Specifically requested an appointment NOT with Yasmany, so I got set up with Harold. Service went very smoothly this time, so it seems that the spotty service is more dependent on the individual tech and not representative of the department as a whole.

UPDATE: Not only is it a terrible place to conduct any of your business, an employee from Headquarter Toyota contacted me directly through Yelp attacking me personally for my poor review. I would advise anyone and everyone to stay away from this business. I have purchased two cars here and will never make another purchase again. How dare an employee personally attack me on social media for giving honest criticism of how they operate? How unprofessional and shameful.

Hi Cindy Rosado.

My car was paid off when I drove it out of the dealership, and my credit score is 760.

There shouldn't have been an issue trading. It's just this company. Full of deceitful thieves. Even the value of your car was 5k less than my car. Meaning, you passed up a great customer cause your company on top of earning a newer car wanted me to pay more and didn't even try covering up some minor details.

I really hope this place shuts down. Have a lovely day.

What is the deal with the Toyota dealers in South Florida?  First I had a horrible car-buying experience at Lipton Toyota, then got disappointed by the service department at Toyota of South Florida, I was desperately hoping this place to be different than the other two.  But my dream was quickly shattered by my only experience (and probably the last) here at Headquarter Toyota.

After my Prius hit over $35K miles, the service required notification came up.  My initial thought was that maybe I just need an oil change and rotate the tires.  After the disappointing service I received at Toyota of South Florida, I was hoping this place becomes my go to dealer for service going forward.

I arrived at the dealer about 9am, and there was not a lot of people ahead of me.  I quickly worked with the service adviser and I was told I need to do a 4-wheel alignment, tire rotation and tire balancing as its recommended by Toyota.  The cost of the service would be $134.00.  Well, I figured with this car which I plan to keep it for a long time, I better follow the recommended service by Toyota, so I decided to go with it.

The service probably took about 2 hours to complete.  Its a big longer than I expected but I rather the auto mechanics to be thorough rather than to be rushed.  But as soon as I got my car back and started driving to work, I noticed my steering wheel is not straight.  If I straighten my steering wheel my car would go toward the left.  And while driving on the highway to work, I had to favor my steering wheel more to the right which really worries me.

So of course I had to take some time off in the same afternoon, went back to the same service adviser and told her about the problem.  She took my car in for another hour to address the issue and return the car back to me.  I didn't get any explanation from anybody, the adviser only said the mechanics took the car back in and fixed it.

At this point, I am not sure if I should trust their mechanics to work on any service on my car  again.  Maybe I should start looking for other Toyota dealers in the Palm Beach....?

If you need to get something done then Judy Serra is your woman!
I was on a time crunch and out of town to boot. Harassed the poor thing so many times over the weekend and she didn't complain even once! Instead she turned around and apologized to me for missing my call because she had to run to the restroom.
She set me up with a car that I wanted. With everything in it. Within my budget.
Handed me over with kid gloves to a really nice salesman (I know it's an oxymoron but in this case it was true!) Norman Torres came in on his day off because I could only go in on one particular day. He put up with my additional incessant questions and female confusion (I so don't speak car and driver) until he finally saw me smile when I got into my new shiny white Camry.
Thank you both for making a usually intolerable experience as close to painless as possible.

Called and spoke with Yordani (Internet Manager), asked if they have a Highlander Limited because my wife want to see the package and how it looks; after 2 or 3 times asking if they have on the lot, the answer was yes. A minute later got a call from Hector (sales) and told me to ask for him when I get there. Again, he confirmed they have that car on the lot. Guess what??? got there and no Highlander; the system is showing one on the lot but look like got transfered to other dealer.
Plop !!! waste of time and gas. Thank you guys; that's why is the 2nd time trying to do something with them and they don't realy want

Very disappointed.  Do not purchase or lease from here !   We were promised an out the door cost.  The salesman and managers  assured that the amount would be our cost out the door. After getting reassurance from the salesman as well as the manager on duty .  When we were w the financial person I inquired why is there a 700.00 charge written on the paperwork .  He went to inquire and apologized and told me it was an error and not to worry about it. That our cost out the door will be the said amount that was  promised . After getting the new leased car , they told us we had to go back in to sign paperwork ; that paperwork ended up being my credit card charged for an additional 230+  .  I asked what it was for they stated it was for first months lease + registration fees which was NOT what was promised out the door .  I looked on the invoice and we shouldn't have been charged that amount if it is the payment for one month and registration fees.  The numbers did not add up.  When we went back to inquire and bring our paperwork they said it was other additional fees and pointed to additional parts of the paperwork.  If u are promised an out the door fee that's exactly what that is !!!! There should be proper explanation of where the additional fees are coming from.  Now that's not the worst part. They called us a few days later to get us to come back to sign an additional paper. When we asked what it was they would not disclose why .  When we arrived  they were requesting us to pay more for our leased vehicle per month. They said they have the option to cancel our contract if we don't comply as they claimed they made an error w our lease after we signed and gave in our previous leased car . After doing research we find it's a common practice for a car dealership to ask for funds after signing on w them. And after researching prices and what was included we find that there were people who received better deals out the door on the same model w extras !!!!! Via leasing and owning on the same vehicle ...And what we currently pay is avg .  Very UNPLEASANT experience .  Pls do your research first and check reviews !!!

If I could rate ZERO stars, I would not hesitate!!!!!

After looking for several Internet specials on a new 2014 Rav 4 lease, I came into Headquarter. I had communicated with a sales person, negotiated some terms and was ready to test drive and sign. When I arrived for my appointment with whom I thought I had been communicating online, I was surprised to be passed off to another sales person.  Apparently, the Internet contact was just a contact and not authorized to speak $$$. The new sales person, Jose B., quickly started to try an up-sell me and ask how much I could really spend. He spoke down to me as if, as a woman, I could not possibly be negotiating a car for myself. I stated to him that I had already discussed this information and thought that he should have already been informed. Jose was rude and condescending, saying that he didn't know enough and if I really was going to buy.  I insisted that I would not discuss any more terms until I saw and test drove the car I was there to see.  Finally, He brought around a Rav 4 that was the wrong color and with the wrong features saying that since I was only test driving it should not matter which car I was to drive. I had not previously had an opportunity to see the car in the color I wanted and it was extremely important for me to see that I that I like it with the features I was looking for. I insisted that I needed to see the car and all he could keep saying was "it's the same car! it doesn't matter."  It did matter! When purchasing a car ALL details matter. How can a sales person decide what is important to the customer?!

Jose B., Internet sales person for Headquarter Toyota, made my car buying experience horrible! I left the dealership without even stepping foot in the car. I left him in the parking lot with keys in hand. Toyota and dealership management should take note, a woman should not be made to feel that she can not walk in and be taken seriously, treated respectfully, and leave with a brand new car.

On a different experience, I left Headquarter and drove 30 mins south to Toyota of South Florida to find that a dealership can make or break a brand.

I would like to take this opportunity to express my delight with the wonderful service we recently received when purchasing a vehicle at Headquarter Toyota Miami. These days it is not often that a sales person goes beyond the extra mile to ensure a client's piece of mind and satisfaction, however it simply was a pleasure dealing with Leonardo Chansuolme. He took every measure to ensure that his service delivery was impeccable from start to conclusion of our dealings. It is good to know that there are some companies that still believe in good client services. I have no doubt that we will once again return to Headquarter Toyota when we are ready to upgrade and I will be looking forward to see Leonardo again.

Once again it was a pleasure doing business at your company and I hope that the relationship we have developed with Leonardo and your company will be a longstanding one.

I am very enraptured by Gonzalo Martinez who spoke so respectfully. It's not like Lehman Toyota who don't even address you with a hello. They just approach you with a clipboard and you point to the warning light indicator. Furthermore, I am here because I got a warning that my tire pressure is low. I had added air this morning but the tire pressure was still low. The atmosphere is very spacious. I'm looking forward to give my final report on the service.

Final review:
I never overly pay fix a flat i said a flat tire for total cost of $23.95 for one flat tire. This was ver pricey. I noticed $17.95 for labor and part was $2.00 and store charge hidden fees of $1.80. That was outrages.

I was taking my new Prius in for service. I always got the car back with empty batteries, the last time I was there was the last straw for me I got my car back with empty batteries , the air on 65, my sat radio tuned to rap the tire pressure on the paper was marked at 32 but when I checked the tires they were at 36/38 psi also my car would not get over 40 MPG just before I was going to take the car back I looked under the hood and noticed the the air intake hose from the air-box to the throttle body was disconnected. After I reconnected it the car was back to normal, I wrote the service manager directly with no response, I then wrote the general email for the company and got a auto response., I called and never got a call back. I cannot recommend this place for service it is obvious that management does not care therefore the staff does not. I will bring my car some place else.
