Esserman Acura will always suggest the services the car needs after inspection but I have never felt pushed or pressured to do what is suggested.  The fresh Dunkin Donuts and coffee make the experience even more pleasurable.  I have nothing negative to say about Esserman Acura.  My sister purchased and takes her Acura to the dealership in Pembroke Pines and has the opposite experience.  Always underhandedly pushed to do more to her car and every single oil change for the past 2 years has turned into $130 or more.  Needless to say she will be trying Esserman after my constant raving.

Some of these stupid dealers only really want to help you and cut you breaks on prices if you bought the car there. This acura dealer is not like that at all. They are very helpful. I personally rebuilt an acura that had small front end damage and they have helped me all along the way with figuring out what parts I need.

I brought in my Acura TL 2012 for an oil change. It took a bit longer than anticipated but it was okay because my service advisor,  Sally, got their shuttle service to drop me off at the mall to do some shopping while I waited.

Also, I had shopped around on prices for an oil change and esserman had the BEST rate by far!  Always great service when I go there.  Been a client since 2002 and will continue to be a client for years to come.

Again, Why are you censoring my comments? I did not violate any terms of anything, unless telling the truth is a violation. Don't fall for the Tricks people. This dealer is full of it and very shady. For this price go to Mercedes or Audi where you are treated well.

I had a great experience from the moment I pulled my car in for service. I was greeted as soon as I got out of my car. I believe the lady that assisted me was Sally. Sally made me feel like my car was the only one there. Also want to say thank you for the car that was loan to me while they was working on mine. I had a great experience and I will be returning. I found my mechanic with you guys thanks. And thank you Sally. I hope I got her name right.

There was nothing about my experience with this dealership that was good.  No one seemed to car if I purchased the car there or not.  They did not return calls in a timely manner, and nothing seemed right while I was getting the deal together to purchase an Acura MDX.  I was purchasing this car Certified.  When I asked for a better price, they told me they would sell it to me non certified for less.  I obviously declined.  It being certified was important.  I signed the contract regarding price and trade-in on the Certified vehicle.  The morning I was supposed to come to sign everything and trade in my car, they called and told me they couldn't sell me the car because there was something wrong with it.  So, basically they would have sold me a broken car if I would have chosen the non-certified option.

I was disgusted with the treatment and shadiness of this dealership.  I definitely would not recommend...  

On a good note, I ended up going to Palm Beach Acura where I got a better car and a better deal.  They treated me like gold!

My first and last time I will ever go to this establishment not only did I get my car back dirty put my windshield was scratch and damaged wile under their care and after talking to the useless service manger and shop Forman they got noting done and had my car for three days just to get back the same way and was told they will not change my windshield recommend to no one to ever come to this dealer

While I was window shopping, I stopped here to test an Acure for the first time in my life.

They seemed interested in helping me and even offered me to take their Courtesy car for the weekend, but failed to reply to my questions that I left pending.

The chat on their site asked me for my number for a call back, and I was never contacted. The online Manager said that he couldn't give pre-owned car prices, but was asking me what it was promised, not sure why.

I emailed, texted my Sales Associate and didn't get a reply. Unless "I got it" counts for a reply. I still don't know the prices of the car I was looking for. I might come back for service since they are close. I will always try once, but we will see the experience. First experience could have been better.

My review would have been better, they had a great effort while I was there, but failed on follow ups. I guess they weren't hungre enough to keep me as a customer.

Not the greatest experience of my life. They question everything you say, force you to raise hell just to get a loaner even when they have plenty to give, don't negotiate with you on vehicle prices, and just practice all around poor customer service. Asking them to check my alignment on my steering/tires, they said they rotated my tires and checked the alignment and all is within "spec". Don't bother asking them what the definition of "spec" is, you won't get an answer. Picked up the car, it still pulls to the right just as much as before. Did they test drive it before giving the car back to me? Obviously not.
I didn't have a positive buying experience. I still paid full dealers fee, they didn't want to negotiate more than a few hundred bucks on the price of the car. I will chalk a lot of that up to the dealer being in Miami and supply and demand, and them thinking they can always get full price for everything. Which is probably true. So I'm just saying, don't expect them to meet you halfway, this is not that type of dealer. I would recommend going more north to purchase your car if you can find one you like as they might be feeling the hurt in the economy a little more than these guys.
All in all, I wouldn't recommend this place at all but I also can't say they screwed me over big time or I experienced fraud or anything like that. It's just not a dealer that would go the extra mile for you or, in my experience, do anything that would warrant a great review. Get your oil change here? Sure. Buy a new or used car or take your car in for any sort of complicated/expensive service? I say go elsewhere.

I was very surprised by Esserman, despite the cheesy commercials on TV. I went to both VW and Acura. I ended up with an Acura  ILX because it was a better bang for my buck. At both dealerships, the salesmen were very polite, not pushy and made me feel comfortable. I truly appreciated it!

Friendly workers. The employee who talked to us was very friendly and able to pull up a CarFax report for us.

They also have a clean showroom, and they serve Dunkin' Donuts coffee here for free. I like this place.

The only gripe I have is that they had more used Acuras to show.

If everyone ran their business the way this operation does, the world would be a better place. I leased an Acura MDX from them in 2009, bought it out in 2012 and have never had anything but top quality service in every way. I was just there today for a routine service and they offered me a loaner. I ended up staying in the customer lounge and bought 4 new tires I needed. They also checked and replaced my battery for free! I hope to do business with them for a long time. Francisco in the service department is excellent!

Very pleased with the Service Dept. at Esserman Acura and impressed with the knowledge of their techs and associates, especially Val Casuso. He addressed all the issues that concerned me and after a brief wait, my Acura was returned as good as new. I will certainly be back.

I wanted to take a moment and write a review for this business - I normally only read the reviews. I bought my car from this dealership in 2011 and have been servicing it here since. The service agent Francisco Mora is extremely helpful, quick, friendly and serviceable. Also, the gentleman who sold me the car (Miguel) is so sweet, calls me on my birthday and Christmas and wishes me a good holiday.  Highly recommend - they will work with you till you are completely satisfied - even if its 11:30pm.

Sometimes not getting service was the best service I could receive. I spent a solid 30 minutes inside the dealership "kicking the tires" of the new 2013 ILX. I'll admit, the commercials pretty much paint a picture of my lifestyle, so I had to see it in person. Barring the review of the car, I didn't have a single sales person walk up to me during the half and hour of opening doors... closing doors... popping the trunk... slamming the trunk shut... I made a ruckus and surprisingly not a single sales person tried to sell me the car or even approached me. Now, was that bad? No. I got lots of personal time with the car to really get a feel for it. Ironically, that's why I'm giving this dealership 4 stars. Strange? Well, no. I knew everything about the car on paper so I didn't need someone to try to sell me it. I really just wanted to feel it.

Bottom Line: Probably one of the best experiences I have had at a car dealership by not having to deal with the sales sharks.

(Footnote, I'm still shopping for a car. The ILX is still a possibility, but it didn't really floor me. 6 out of 10)

I go to Esserman Acura for one reason - Francisco Mora.  As my service advisor for 7 years, he goes out of his way to ensure that I never leave until I'm completely satisified.  Recently when I had  a problem with a part no longer available thru Acura, Francisco took the time to search the part down and had it installed in under 2 hours.  His follow-up after the service is always appreciated, and he ensures that I'm aware of any upcoming maintenance as indicated by the maintenance schedule for my TSX.

I recently had my car serviced here for the first time, and it was a very positive experience. Mr. Mora provided great customer service; he is both friendly and professional. The waiting area is nicely appointed, with complimentary Dunkin' Donuts coffee and copies of The Miami Herald. Most important, my car was ready within the hour!

I would avoid this place at all costs. I've been by this dealership twice and neither visit was pleasant. The last visit I stopped by and was browsing the lot and as I approached a Mini on the lot, a heavy set man asked if i needed help. I inquired as to the price of the mini he was standing in front of and he asked what I was looking for. I told him a Mini and in particular, the one immediately behind him for sale. He then told me to go online and check the internet since prices change daily. I verified that he wouldn't tell me the price of the very Mini behind him and walked away to abscond from the dealership as fast as I could. We happily drive to FTL and go to Rick Case Acura to service our car.

Everyone at Esserman has been really great with me.  I take my 2007 RDX to them for service.  Getting an appointment is easy, and if a tune up is going to take a long time, they're great about getting either a rental or courtesy car for me.

The staff is friendly, courteous, and professional, which is more than I can say for a lot of dealerships and service shops.

I highly recommend Esserman!

I have not had a single good experience here.

Back when I was getting my first car at 16 years old, we found an Acura at a different dealership and had it brought to this one to get it checked out because my parents wanted a safe car for me. Well, the guy we bought it from paid off the techs at this place to say my car was in perfect condition. A couple years later we find out the frame is bent and it looks like it went halfway through a chop shop. Awesome at being responsible Esserman.

When I went to replace that car, I decided to stop by and see what they had on the lot. I couldn't get straight answers from any of the salesmen there, and basically got treated like crap. Okay, so I'm a young female who is after something specific (a 2001-2003 CL, no red, no white, and under a certain mileage) and knows what she likes. That does not equate to the unacceptable, demeaning behavior I had to deal with.

It's the only failtastic Acura dealership I've been to. Miami Acura on US-1 is amazing, Acura of Palm Beach is amazing. Esserman Acura in Doral? Full of scumbags. Avoid it like the plague.
