These people are scammers typical sharks. I  (like a fool) got 3 cars from them, had to lemon one car after litigation with dealer and service dept is worst!! Be sure to leave them a horrible survey!! They are always pushing for a good one.

Would not go there for service and would not buy another Buick again.  I had some warranty work to get done there - two of my lights don't work - plus, I was going to just have scheduled maintenance done while I was there.  I get there for my appointment and Tyler informs me at the very end that they won't give me a loaner as they had done on prior visits because if it doesn't take 24 hours to do the repair they won't do.   He said the light might take an hour, the scheduled maintenance would take another 1.5 hour plus there was a backlog in service so it's not like my car would go in right away, but yet they want me to spend 5-6 hours of my day waiting around.  I tell them I have kids to pick up and they offer to drive me home and pick me up later, but of course, their driver is not there at the moment.  So more waiting for the customer - how nice!  I complained that when I purchased the car I was told I would get loaner for covered warranty service and they said it changed and they could drive me to Hertz so I could pay more of my own money to rent a car! How nice - NOT! Mind you, you get a recall like every other month and they decide to do way with their loaner program.  That's real smart! Try making a car that doesn't have problems before you do away with loaners.  The service advisor, Tyler galloway, was no help at all and the service manager was full of empty promises of making it right when they did nothing to make it right in the moment.  Even if I decided to wait around driver, I can't be sitting at home for 6 hours without a car.    Needless to say, I've decided to get all my scheduled maintenance at a place closer to home and any warranty/recalls, I will try another dealer, but I'll definitely rethink the Buick brand since I'm used to better service than this.   Absolute waste of my time.

No, I'm reviewing the right merchant.  As I said, I bought it over the Internet.  Yukon was shipped.  That's why the bill of lading was important.  Perhaps this reinforces my position on Doral's customer service.

Horrible Customer Service in the Doral Service Center with Service manager Noel Acevedo & GM Juan Dominguez. After explaning my issue with my Buick Enlave and escalated to both manager & GM nothing got solved. Dont take your car here if you want something to get resolved.

I have been going here for years, and when you have Benny as your service advisor it is five star service.  If you have anyone else, it's a completely different experience.  I tried making an appointment on the phone this week, and despite having been a customer for years, the person kept insisting I had  never been there and was not in the system - to the point of convincing me that this was in fact a different dealership (it wasn't).  When I arrived for my appointment fir an oil change they took my keys and sent me to the waiting room, never providing or even offering the estimate which is guaranteed by local law.  I wasn't overly concerned about that...until two hours later when they told me a price twice that of what an oil change costs.   They had taken it upon themselves to rotate my tires and change all the filters without that being asked for, and without approaching me before performing the service.  I was fuming, but it was still a decent price so I figured I'd let it go - even though they didn't wash my car which has always been standard with their service, and I had been seeing other cars washed all day.  Today I realize my alignment is now so bad (it was perfect yesterday when I took it in, ironically they had fixed it with my last tire rotation last year) that my car is almost unsafe to drive.  

Also, the bathrooms normally are spotless, this week there was some weird sludge all over one of the ladies room stalls, and just filth in the other.

I can't see going back.

Great customer service at Doral GMC.
Benny Perera my service advisor was awesome! Very nice. Treated me great and really helped me out on a busy day even though I didn't have an appt.
Car was ready on time just as he promised.
My car even got a little wash job! Man I'm telling you GMC is coming a long way. Take the time and look into getting a GMC.
Very impressed!
While I was waiting for my car to get check into the service dept. my wife & I decided to look into a new Denali we met with Yosmel Tundidor (sales specialist). Very nice man no pressure. Showed us a Yukon & Denali explained the difference & spoke about the rebates being offered. Really liked the fact he didn't hassle us, that's how all sales specialist should be. Thanks guys for being great!

Got a call today from the lady who handles internet customer relations after my last post and she proceeded to offer me a discount on their previous crazy pricing. Well, yelpers... Let me tell you that it was still 3000+ over the price I already received from Williamson.

Update: got a call the next day from their internet customer manager who apparently read my post above. She graciously offered me an additional discount to 22,000 for a one pay lease down from the 23500 I was originally offered. Guess they can't so math there as the offered discount was still 2000 less than the deal I signed at Williamson. LOL these people are fools. And I still get thank you emails for visiting them!!! Jesus.

I brought in my 2005 GMC Yukon that I had purchased used from Doral Buick GMC. The check engine light had come on and upon taking it to my regular mechanic, I was told that it was related to the transmission relay, which his shop does not work on. Benny at Doral Buick GMC scheduled me for an appointment within a few days and was very nice and pleasant to deal with. He handled the claim for my warranty which covered over half of the work done. I was very pleased with the service and will definitely return in the future.

I came here looking for a used 2012 GMC terrain and Robert Garcia was extremely helpful. I wanted to get into cheaper payments than what I am now in and this man made that possible. Not only could he help me get me payments in my price range IM GETTING A BRAND NEW CAR instead of a used one! Wait! It gets better! It's not the basic either which is what I was looking for (price wise)! Robert knows what he's doing doing he didn't run 10000 numbers and confuse me with all the dealer crap (I had just finished going to two different dealers) which i was completely sick of. He wasn't pushy and I really cant say anything bad about him.  Robert cant take all the credit though his partner Hector Gutierrez is the "numbers man" he does his magic! crunches a few numbers negotiates with the banks and BAM everyone is happy ! I'm extremely happy and would definitely recommend these two guys if your ever looking for a GMC or BUICK

I was asked by the GM for more info, this is what I have to offer:


I had been looking for a Buick Enclave for my wife.  A colleague at work had purchased a GMC Sierra with you not too long ago, and commented that it was a pleasure dealing with the salesman, and that he had gotten a great deal.  I had been to another dealer, and found that visit to have been a waste of time.  I had told your salesman over the phone that I wasn't there to waste his time or waste mine.  He seemed nice enough over the phone, so I took time from work to go visit your dealership.  I sat down with the salesman, and he checked his stock, and your dealership had the car my wife wanted.

Next thing I know, I am having a credit app filled out for me without knowing how much the car's price was.  I did not like that.  Next thing we do, is go to another manager's office, where he is asking for more financial details.  I asked what the price was; I was asked how much I was going to put down.  At this point, I realized I was wasting my time.  I was already approved by my bank for a purchase, and when I asked for a price, I was told that this is a $ 50K car, I asked what discounts/incentives where going to be applied, I got some snippy answers.  I thanked the salesman and the manager for their time and left.  A total waste of time.

To make a long story short, my wife got her car from Brickell Buick/GMC.

It is your loss, and I will recommend the salesman we dealt with, as he wanted my business and wasn't full of hot air.

In spite of the fact that purchasing a vehicle can be one of the most enjoyable OR painful experiences we can have, Doral Buick/GMC made it absolutely PAIN-FREE.

From the moment we arrived, Robert, our salesperson, was courteous, pleasant, and extremely honest about what my options were.  There was no attempt to steer me towards a vehicle that was more expensive than what I was looking for, and actually every attempt was made to get me the most for my trade-in, AND any applicable rebates.  In less than two hours, I was out of the dealership, in my brand new GMC Sierra, having gotten what I'm sure is the best price anyone could offer me.  

Robert has since followed up numerous times making sure I had a pleasant experience, and has assured me that in the event I ever need any follow-up service, all I need to do is make a phone call and they will make every effort to assist me.

I've since recommended Doral Buick/GMC to others and am confident they'll receive the same service I did.

I am so glad I found this place for maintenance- I went in, one day, looking at new cars (for which they were super helpful) and ended up talking to them about service and maintenance for my existing car.  They were so nice and straightforward- a pleasant suprise after my friends and I had been told we needed all kinds of expensive repairs for our cars from sketchy service stations on the Beach, and they offer a cheap, QUICK, oil change!
