The worst went had a 2012 g37 coupe with all options and asked how much for 21000 cloth seat sonata an they replied 300 a month 100 less than my 45000 Infiniti so if u want abuse from manager I might add go to brahman

I like my new Hyundai Genesis that I purchased at Braman Miami Hyundai. I personally like the sales representative I worked with, Jerry A., who seems to be a really nice young guy.  But I can't say I really like this dealership.

When you walk in the modern stand alone building, part of the huge Braman Motors complex, you see young salesmen scrambling about in all directions (the only female employee to be seen is the receptionist). However there did not appear to be any grown-ups in control. They had to take me on a journey in one of their used Toyotas(?) over the MacArthur causeway to a lot on Watson Island, where they keep their inventory, in order for me to get a test drive In the Hyundai Genesis! You would think they would keep one on hand.

I was given a quote on what a vehicle with the package I wanted would cost. It was not a bad price, but was certainly not the "knock your socks off" deal that they promised. What really annoyed me was that they tried playing fast and loose with the price, such as adding a "dealer fee" to the cost and trying to hide the fact that the total cost included me agreeing to give back a $500. manufacturer's rebate. I was even more annoyed when one of the guys in "the Office" tried to hard sell me on useless extended warranties and maintenance agreements. I also did not like spending hours at the dealership, after I agreed to buy, when there was no issue as to creditworthiness or ability to pay

But Jerry did a good job in locating the car, in the color I wanted, through a dealer swap, and had the car prepared and ready to pick up at my convenience. Good thing I don't purchase cars that often.

Horrible! Waited over three hours for an oil change in the lounge until they called me on my cell phone because the apparently forgot I was staying and waiting. After waiting three hours, they informed me of additional repairs, of which I needed to wait at least another hour! And this is with an appointment scheduled weeks in advance! Horrible customer service, I'm going to be looking for a new place!

Just purchased a new Equus Ultimate from this dealership. Love the car but purchasing experience was unnecessarily painful. I don't think I've ever seen service this bad. This is my first Hyundai so I can't compare to other Hyundai dealerships. They have lied to me and my wife on many instances so you end-up wasting time and never getting issues resolved.  I had to show up at the dealership in person to make any progress. My sales rep. Albert Leal is probably best to be avoided as he appears as a nice guy so at first you will not realize that he can lie to you with a straight face.

So happy with my experience at doral Hyundai! The salesman (Paul) was so friendly and very helpful during the whole process. He even responded to my texts a few days after the sale to answer any questions I had. The people in service are also awesome and efficient. The service manager helped me out by putting my UM front car tag on himself. I have also dealt with Robin in service but he is always so friendly and so helpful. Very happy I made the decision to go with Braman Hyundai!

I returned from my cruise to Miami and my parked car had a flat. I drove from Miami Port to Braman Hyundai, unannounced, no appointment. I was given excellent service. The young lady explained that I would need a new tire, and gave me the cost. I waited in the lounge and relaxed. It only took 1 hour for my new tire to be mounted and I got a courtesy car wash. The young lady explained to me how I could get home quicker by the Interstate and where I could purchase cheap gas before I got on the highway. She was helpful and friendly.
When I looked on my iPhone for the nearest Hyundai Dealership for help this dealership (Braman) had bad reviews, but I wasn't buying a car, I needed a tire, so I am giving this Hyundai Dealership 4 stars because I got great service, in a short time.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!!! CROOKS!!!!! I just had the ultimate bait and switch pulled on me at this dealership. I was working with Ronel Borges (salesman) and Ronald Young (Manager). I negotiated a lease over the phone with them. We agreed on the lease term, monthly payment, amount of down payment, etc. I provided them with everything they claimed to have needed in order to get the deal done (credit app, copy of license, registrationa and tag to be transferred, etc. According to both of them, "all I needed to do was show up, sign the documents, and drive away in my new car."

An hour prior to my appointment I call Ronel to confirm that everything is ready for me. He tells me "absolutely, everyhing is here ready. We have your car ready up front as well." I arrive to my appointment to find out that they did not have the car availble, moreover, the terms and payments that were negotiated were not going to be honored." As a matter of fact, the down payment increased $1500 and the monthly payments increased dramatically as well.

Mr. Young and Borges conduct their business dishonestly, so BEWARE. They will scam you if you don't know what you're doing.

I took this experience as a sign and went on purchased a Honda Civic instead of a Hyundai.

If you are considering purchasing a Hyundai I advise looking at other dealerships that don't make their living pulling fast ones and ripping people off.

Went in today to check out some Hyundai vehicles and see what my financing options were.  It was the worst, most uncomfortable experience ever.  In the end I realized the car was not for me and wanted to leave.  They tried to sell me anything they can though I made it clear I was only exploring my options and not looking to purchase that day.  The salesman kept leaving to speak to the sales manager in his office about my situation.  5 other salesmen were in the office so through the glass wall, I could see them make faces and look back at me as they listened to what my salesman was saying. Seeing an opportunity to leave, I thanked the salesman and told him I would come back  once I made a decision, he looked pissed and did not respond or bid me farewell or anything.  Akward, uncomfortable and high pressure is how I would describe this dealership..I will go elsewhere should I choose to purchase a Hyundai

Yesterday I drove to the dealer to buy my wife a new Hyundai Tucson, A salesman name Antonio came to assist me, After check the car I noticed that the back seat has a big round stain on it, now image this is the car inside the showroom, that last week was on the midtown parking lot, when I went a test drive the car so I  inquired if he has  the same model GLS without the stain, so if I'm buying a new car, why do i have to get one with a stain I ask? His answer was all car come dirty we can have the stain treated and you will not see. What kind of dealer is this? I just got so discourage to do business with them. Now i will have to drive all the way to Doral or Kendall to find my wife Christmas present, count that I leave on 900 Biscayne.
Today I will also be sending a email to Hyundai and JD Power.

The worse dealer experience.
