Took my car in to the service department. Became a huge fiasco that required me to call Hyundai USA and consumer affairs for Miami dade. They lied to me left and right about issues with my car. I had to pull up the Hyundai service manual at one point to prove to them that it was in fact their fault the steering wheel wasn't straight. Biggest liar was someone named Luis. Avoid this clown in the service center. They want u in and out as fast as possible if you drive a Hyundai. They have Bentleys and  Masserstis to worry about. Worse experience ever.

My husband and I just had a fantastic experience with Braman Cadillac. Our salesman (Ricardo), was knowledgable and did exactly what he said he was going to do on the phone. He not only had the SUV I was looking for, but beat all the other Cadillac dealerships around me. It was worth going 50 miles to get a great deal, and to have a great experience at a car dealership!  That certainly doesn't happen very often.  I would recommend this dealer again and again!!

2 years later I can attest to the fact that my first excellent experience was a fluke. I have never in my life been told I can only bring my car in for service when my service advisor is there (he was going to be out of town and advised against brining it in since he couldn't guarantee it would be worked on in his absence). AYFKM? Last time they had my car, when I got it back service engine lights came on, transmission was clanking - not a happy camper.

Also, you cannot drop your car off for service without your actual service advisor checking you in - I have had to wait almost an hour at times - totally unacceptable!! Other SAs standing around, but I have to wait for him? In the past the very friendly Rolls SA has helped me - and I thank him for that.

I have also received random calls from "cold call sales people" telling me "well your car has high mileage and you have had it in for service, why don't you think about buying a new one.." When I informed him I wanted a convertible he said "well Cadillac doesn't make that what about an ATS". I drive a CTS - not only are you pushing a lower vehicle, you didn't even think to talk about new convertibles with other car companies that you represent to get me in the showroom. He pretty much blew me off like I was the one who called him...

The service advisor, rude cold calling and the practices of Braman service in general are the reason that my new BMW (convertible) was NOT purchased from Braman.

I just leased a new 2014 Cadillac CTS. This is the second car I've leased through Braman, and my salesman, Ricardo Zambrano, worked extremely hard to get me the best deal possible. Ricardo knew everything about the CTS, including all available options and features. Once we decided on which CTS I wanted, Ricardo searched the entire state to find me my vehicle. Most salesman would have tried to sell me something on the lot, so I really appreciated that. I hate negotiating, but all Ricardo did was find out what I could afford, and then worked for about 2 hours to get me into the vehicle I wanted at the price I could afford. I was equally impressed that the sales manager himself, came out and agreed to the payment I wanted. This to me was the deciding factor. I was really leaning toward leasing a Lincoln MKS, but after I saw how hard Braman worked to get me into the car I wanted, at the payment I wanted, I knew I'd made the right decision. Also, you can't beat Braman's service department. After dealing with them for 3 yrs on my last lease, I think they are the best in town. You want the best deal, tremendous inventory, fantastic sales and service people, go to Braman!

I have to admit that I had been a very happy Braman customer for years. Purchased two BMW's and one Cadillac, and did not have a complaint. Up until now. Something has happened, whether it is management or something else I dont know, but the employee's attitude, all of a sudden became horrible, you take your car to be serviced and they try to upsell you, taking advantage of the fact that you trust them, their policies are not clear, one day something is covered, the next is not, one day it is a courtesy, the next not, if you talk to a manager it is covered, if not.... One time ok, let it pass, it happens, wont ruin years of good relationship because of one occasion. But two is a pattern..Today I experienced the worst possible attitude from  two employees, one of them who used to be the best, and I used to praise him as much as I could. Braman, you just lost two customers for good. NEVER coming back.

It's rare that I give such low reviews to a business. However, after having dealt with one of the worst, least knowledgeable, flaky and scattered saleswoman I have had the displeasure of dealing with after many years of car shopping, I feel it's a fair awarding of stars. A complete waste of 3 hours of my life, without any additional information (while speaking with her, I had to find vehicle information on google on my phone!) or value add.  

This is for the Cadillac sales side only. My previous 2 purchases from the BMW side as well as the service center were nothing less than great, but if you are in the market for a Cadillac, avoid Bramen... or at least make sure your salesperson has half a brain.

Got my new Cadillac here and experienced nothing but great service. Our salesman was nice from the beginning and didn't give us an attitude when we went to go shop around. Hopefully everything else with them goes smoothly too.

Braman car dealerships, Cadillac in miami especially, give car salesman a bad name. That's how dishonest they are. And the service station is even worse. I took my car in for free scheduled maintenance and they scratched my car and denied doing anything. They told me I did it and when I explained that you can see the dent/scratch had happened after they detailed it the girl just responded that she would not lie. Braman is a bunch of dishonest thieves and they should be treated as such. Do business with braman at your own risk

I stand by my one-star review of the sales experience here, but the service center is a whole different experience!

Needing an oil change and tire rotation for my Cadillac, I called Braman and was offered different appointment times.  I was promptly seen by service representative and told that Braman was offering a special for this service!  I appreciated that the representative told me about a discount I didn't even know about.  As they whisked my car away, I was taken back to the office by a professional and efficient courtesy shuttle.

Picking up my shiny newly-washed car was also a breeze!  What a nice touch!

Although this is probably more expensive than Jiffy Lube, etc.  The location is convenient for me and I can trust that they will handle my ride with care while also treating me like a VIP!
