I was very interested in buying or leasing a new impreza. I pulled up to this place and parked. I saw the salesperson walk inside as he saw me pulling in. I walked around for about 30 minutes and no one came to help me.
I left and went to VW and they were very polite and helpful within seconds of walking in. I was very interested in the impreza so went back to Subaru bird rd before committing to VW. The same salesman saw me pull in a second time. He actually talked to me this time. He did not offer a test drive and knew nothing about the impreza or even the inventory.
Needless to say I went with VW. My wife and I are still interested in Subaru but we rather make the hour drive than ever set foot back in bird rd Subaru.
My advice is to stay away from this place. I got a very bad feeling from the salesman. I can only imagine how it would have bee when it came time to negotiate.

This is a review of the Sales at Bird Road Subaru.
During the past year, I have gone there on two separate occasions to look at a car. Both times, the salesperson could not have been less helpful or less interested in my business.
In Spring 2014, I was considering an Outback or a Forester. So, I went in to the showroom. After about 5 minutes. a salesperson came over. Even though I clearly said that I was interested in an Outback or a Forester (implying that, just perhaps, he could tell me something about them), he just pointed to the models in the showroom and went and sat back down at his desk. After 10 minutes of helping myself to the models, I left.
Later I bought a new Outback at Pines Subaru, who were very responsive.
Today, I went back in, as I am considering a used Forester or Impreza. Again, a salesperson approached me, and I explained what I was looking for. He wandered off to the lot, as apparently he had no idea what vehicles they had in stock. After helping myself to a coffee, I went out to the lot, and he explained to me that even though they had a used Forester, it would be better for me to buy a new one. He was abrupt, and didn't even bother showing me either the used or new Forester (other than standing next to the window sticker and pointing to the price of the new one). He then asked me how much I wanted to spend on a car. When I did not immediately answer him, he got annoyed, gave me his card, and told me to contact him when I knew how much I wanted to spend.

warning do not go to this dealer for anything!!!! worst experience of my life. went there to buy some parts and they were extremely rude to the point that they even cursed at me. but it didn't end after i requested to see the supervisor to complain. this guy claiming to be the owner literally assaulted me told me to get the f@$# out of there then pushed me!! be very careful this place is shady and dangerous. i cant believe subaru lets theses people run a business under there name. your better of driving to the dealer in pembroke pines!!!

I was a former employee at this place and I bought the car from this location . I took over the service dept after Mike left. I tried my best to accommodate customer while the facility wasn't state of the art i tried my best customer would leave satisfied. I came to find out how much Mike ripped off customers and destroyed the reputation of the service department for years. I decided to leave the company due to minimum growth and lack of structure . So they brought Mike back , I called Mike a couple weeks ago to schedule an appointment for my car and he said hey im busy today come Friday , Friday morning i received a call from a tech and i was told my car would not be serviced there as per "upper management" Which i respect as they have the right to, (No one from upper management called me to inform me , one of the tech called me to inform me not bring my car in )  but i will not take my car their regardless and i would recommended to either go to Pines or Lehman.

I had asked for pricing on a 2014 Outback 2.5i Premium. I received nothing. I requested three times and each time was treated like I just stumbled in off the street to use a restroom. It was the strangest customer service/sales experience I have had.  Maybe a language barrier issue?  The guy didn't seem comfortable speaking with me in English or maybe he didn't want to sell me a vehicle.  It doesn't matter at this point. I went to Pembroke Pines Subaru and bought two. I would tell anybody that asked me about my experience to make the drive and go to Pembroke Pines Subaru. I would not even take the time to speak with these people at the Bird Rd location. My thoughts are, if this is the behavior you see on the surface at Bird Rd Subaru, you can imagine the things they do behind the scenes.  I suggest you read others reviews. This is a car your looking at trusting people with, not a burger joint where if you get an upside down hamburger who gives a poke. Do your homework before taking your car here or purchasing one from this location.  Something other than customer service is going on here and you and Bird Rd Subaru's reputation is not the concern of this establishment.

This place was such a relief after I'd been to other pressure-focused dealerships. I came in for a lease and left super happy with my interaction and vehicle. After reading one of the reviews here in reference to their shop, I will check back in after I go in for my first oil change. As far as sales go, I highly recommend them.

Garbage is a compliment to their service.

Their only ability is to sell a fine-tuned machine.

The shop is run like a circus, the parts aren't always genuine and the craftsmanship of the labor is embarrassing --using zip ties to tie up my lines because you broke the pins?

If you love your Subaru, take it to another dealership, or do the work yourself. After all, it's mechanics not rocket science.

This place sells a lot of Subarus and here's why: low pressure salesmen and great service. It's not one of those fancy Miami car stores with Cuban coffee, empanadas and a kids play area - but you're car shopping, not hanging out at the mall. I even bought 2 cars here in 3 weeks after a horrible flip over accident in my 3-day old car. My daughter and I were both fine (thank you Subaru!). You can bet I'll be buying my next one (hopefully not too soon) at Bird Road Subaru. A great little dealership...
