We had a very good experience here with Salesman Danny Cutie, and we didn't even buy anything! We were looking for a cheap, decent car for our teenage nephew. Danny was honest about what we could get for our money, was willing to really listen to our concerns about budget, and even dropped some life wisdom us ;-) In the end, my nephew decided to keep saving up money so we didn't purchase a car from Danny, but the time and love he showed really changed my negative outlook on Used Car Salesman.

I had quoted a price through truecar and was contacted by Jeremy after submitting the truecar prices online. They mentioned they have to honor the truecar price, unlike other dealers (namely: Gus Machado) that informed that "no one" would honor those prices. Well I showed up to the dealer with intentions of only looking, and after getting an offer slightly higher than what was quoted (due to extras they like to throw in), I worked the salesman down to the truecar price. My salesman, Abdel, was excellent through the process and he was very willing to reduce the price to earn the sale. I do recommend him and this dealer as they do honor truecar prices and were willing to expedite the car buying process, which can certainly be a long, painful process in some cases.

The WORST customer service ever. Will NEVER get another ford in my life. I've got my 2014 mustang a 1 1/2 ago. Has gone back for repair more then 10 times.

It all started with a Costco Auto Sales profile. Then Emily Roque the internet sales manager called me and said come on in and ask for Joslin Denis.  She connected me with Javier Garcia who knew everything about my 2014 Edge SEL.  He spent 2 days helping me decide the best way to buy for my satisfaction.  Financing was handled expertly by Shonna Skyers who understood my concerns about being a gay man buying a car in a straight world.  I completely felt I was handled with the highest regard and professionalism.  Great team, great car, great experience.

Had an unexpected stop at Autonation Ford Friday afternoon after my tires felt way out of balance due to a couple recent flat tire events. Saw Mr. Jim Cady the Assistant Service Manager.  He was able to squeeze me in to rebalance two of my tires that were repaired earlier.  They used the Road Force Balance service.  Presto, all fixed!  Able to continue on my journey.  I'm a very happy customer.

After wasting my entire day at another dealership dealing and wheeling, we ended up at auto nation ford Miami and was fortunate to have met Roilan Hernandez our salesman. Roilan delivered everything he promised and extremely quick. Didn't waste my time here. I would recommend him to my friends and family. I hate buying cars but I would have to say Roilan Hernandez made it easier. Good job!

Had a great experience last Friday when I took my Ford Fiesta to get serviced. Staff was courteous & great for explaining stuff. Maybe the cashier girl could smile a little bit more, but I'll still give the 5 stars! Will definitely go back!!!

I had a very good experience at auto nation ford  Very professional and courteous. Abdel Diaz and Emily Roque were the ones who helped me  on my way to my first mustang highly recommend this dealership.

Started out as a not so good experience, the car we wanted ended up being sold without communcation to me and my wife. But They made up for it and we could tell that they genuinely were apologetic about the inconvenience. Ernesto & Carlos were the gentlemen that helped us out, and we ended up getting a better deal than what we actually came for. I must say everybody here is passionate about getting you into a good car and rolling. The finance guy is very experienced and he was also very understanding of the situation, and put us in our 2014 mustang. Thanks again guys!

Friendly service, no pressure. About time buying a car stopped feeling like a hassle.
Many thanks to Eddie Cotton for his patience and for working with me to get me the car and deal I was looking for.

This place is the worst place I have ever been to. I went there because my engine light was on and went to get a diagnostic test to see if there was something wrong with my car. It took something around an hour or two they called me and told me I had a problem with the gas lines and that they were leaking. So I get back there and I asked him again what the problem was and he say something like the gas lines are old and they are going to break. This guy keeps telling me something a little different each time. So I ask him show me the reports that he received while doing the diagnostic test. His response was they don't have a printer back there or they can't print it up some bs. I was not sure to believe him or not, so I ask him to show me something he brings back some hand write paper I have no idea if it is legitimate or not. He told me it was going to cost $1,500 to fix this problem. I told him I wanted a second opinion and I was going to go somewhere else to get it. Then he tries to be like I can work with you on the price he brought it down all the way to $1,000, and told me if I leave and come back he cannot offer the same discount. I left anyway went to an autozone they do the diagnostic test for free. The guy at autozone runs the test nothing comes up then he told me sometimes the engine light pops up when your gas cap is loose he tightened it, and the light went off. I even went back to tell him that autzone fixed the problem and he kept going telling me that the car would break down by the end of the week if not by the end of the month. It has been a few months since I have been the absolutely no problems. $1,500 problem solved for free thank you autozone I will never go back to this place, and suggest that anyone that is thinking about going here go somewhere else or just make sure that if you do have a problem you know exactly what it is before you go.  The guy I worked with name is Gerson Perez what a slimeball I cannot believe that guy. I really could not believe the nerve of this guy I had even asked if there was somewhere I could fill out a complaint about it he told me he didn't know and there had never been any complaints I really cant believe this guy. Thinking about the problem even though it was months ago drives me crazy.

Bad Experience! I bought an 2011 E-350. Bad idea!!! It took 3 months to get my car tag registration. After purchased i found out Car has mileage fraud issues. It seems the odometer was set back 40 thousand miles according to paperwork. I asked to exchange car due to this issue and the general manager refused to exchanged my car and told me to hire an attorney if I wanted to. Very disappointing after my second purchase there management couldn't exchange my car and make me a deal on another vehicle that wouldn't have mileage error or with odometer set back. Very disappointed auto nation doesn't care about customer satisfaction. I will never buy any more vehicles from auto nation or recommend this company to anyone.
This company failed to make one customer happy and sold me a bad car.
Stay away from auto nation ford or any auto nation dealer

Mr. Verley Rhooms, well done sir. Well done. This was the first time ever in my lifetime of car dealership experiences that I just told him what I wanted, what I wanted to pay, and he made it happen. I did not have to make any requests, he did everything for me before giving me the chance to request them. Your finance manager did a superb job on finding me the best deal/rate possible. Left with a smile on my face. I'm even happier that this dealership is close to home so I can come back for my oil changes and maintenance...hoping to get the same type of customer service there as well. A+++!!!

I have to say that had the best experience at Maroone Ford, that I could ever have at any other dealership, I just bought a 2013 Ford Mustang Convertible and believe me I was shopping around all Dade and Broward county for about 2 weeks, the costumer service A+++, the environment A+++, the  Management A+++( young man can't recall his name), and then the salesman A+++++++( Juan Terran).

Like a said before I went to many dealership before ( metro ford, gusmachado ford, sawgrass ford and many more) none of the other dealerships make feel the way this guys did. I had written offers from the other places, the Manager ( young man) beat them all of them and for several hundreds, the salesman was very helpful when getting the price and top package on the car, just to give you an idea I have My mustang with all the options you can get and they beat the others dealers for over $1400 on the price, how, I don't know but they did it

Never felt push for the salesman to do the purchase on the car, he even have to get the car from an other location several miles away and he ask me if I was willing to do a $100 dollars deposit (which I thought it was fair from him to ask) I said no to him about the $ 100 deposit because I was planing to get the car not to waste his time, he said ok.

They got the car for me the next day from far away with out giving them a single penny, with out signing any paper, test drive the car ( no driver license asked, I think they should've asked) any way it was a tremendous experience buying from them.

Almost forget to mention, I tried to get the loan with one of my banks (chase) which they refused to approve me because I have one open loan with them already 10 months ago for my BMW, GUESS WHAT, the finance guy got me approved with chase at 2.5% APR, so this guys rocks

I will strongly recommend this Maroone Ford of Miami for a car purchase, they have very good stuff working there for you and the most important part, they don't try to trick you at any moment with hidden fees that surprises you later on, couldn't say that from others dealers

Wally in sales and Tommy  in Finance are the Greatest. I walked into Maroon Ford was greeted by the Sales Manager. A great team that stayed late to work out a great deal. I could not be happier. This dealership surpassed expectations.

And on top of that, my vehicle was totalled and not worth a trade in. I had a small balance left which they rolled over.  How kind was Wally, he noted I could take possession of the car and sell it for scrap and get 200$. They could have done the same thing, but offered me the chance. To me that is going above and beyond and that is why I am so happy with Maroone Ford of Miami

They Suck!  The sales department, the financing department, the repair department.  AVOID AT ALL COSTS!  THEY ARE LIARS AND THIEVES!  I cannot get into detail, too disturbing to live thru it again, as i am waiting and wating and waiting for my car to be repaired, which i jsut bought and got ripped off on!

When I first moved to Miami and was looking for a car, I went to Maroone since I would hear their car advertisements and their jingles at least 3 times per hour on the radio.   I didn't realize that just because they have an advertising budget, that doesn't mean they're any good.  Before I was able to try a vehicle, they took and kept my drivers' license.  No big deal there, that's probably pretty standard.  However, before they would talk price after the test drive, they asked for a $1,000 check in "good faith" that I'd buy the vehicle if they could make me a deal I was happy with.  I liked the car, didn't have time to play, so I gave them the check...Well, they couldn't make a deal I was happy with, but it was like pulling teeth to get the check and my drivers' license back.  I was literally ready to call the police at one point because they wouldn't simply give me my license and check back so I could leave.

Several months later I was hit by another motorist and needed some work done.  My vehicle was a Ford at the time, so I took it to Maroone's body shop.  Another mistake.   They do have an Enterprise rent-a-car on site, which is nice (OK, I guess they can have the 1 star for that).  However, my insurance only covers 1 month of rental car fees in the case of an accident.  Maroone had my vehicle for nearly 7 weeks to replace a hood, fender and grille (no structural problems). That meant I'd have to pay an additional 3 weeks of rental charges myself unless the other driver's insurance was willing to pay it (of course they weren't as they felt 7 weeks was excessive, as did I).  After I got it back from Maroone's body shop, the vehicle was never right and in the end I had to sell it.

So in my experience at least, the salesmen at Maroone are shady, and their body shop doesn't have their customers' best interest in mind and isn't able to completely repair some problems, nor do they seem concerned about it.   I had a friend who made the mistake of going to Maroone about 1 year later to shop for a car...The same techniques were used on her...They kept her license, tried to get a check from her before they'd talk, etc. etc.  Stay away from this place, hopefully the other Maroone dealerships (since they're everywhere and have nearly every brand of vehicle) are better than this one.
