I've been pleasantly surprised by this dealership. Tomas is an excellent salesman and Ruben is an incredible service manager. I will definitely do business here again.

I came here to try to get my oil changed because the last time I went (a different location) I was too late, they were about to close. This place is terrible!!!!! I got my oil change well over 6 months ago at a different location. I was to come back at 8000 miles or December 14th. Needless to say we're now in late February and my miles are over 8000 miles. They denied me my oil change that I'm still under warranty for. He said that my oil needs to be at least 4% and it's currently at 45%. So basically my oil level needs to be so bad that my engine will be in danger before I get an oil change!?

The only reason why I opted to just leave and not talk to a manager was because even if I complained, it was clear that nothing would be done. And even if they took my car, I don't believe they would've actually given me an oil change, they likely would have just said they did. That happens and it has happened to me before when I went to a sleazy car mechanic to get my oil changed a few years back.

Lastly, I wish everyone knew how nice I really am in person. People that know me personally can vouch for my character. I am never mean or hostile. I don't argue, ever. I swear that I was pleasant and even smiling, I always smile. And still these people were condescending and very rude. Their behavior was unprovoked. It's like these people that work here really hate their jobs. I even pleaded with the man and asked if I can get my oil change now because I'm driving out of town to Orlando. He told me that I have enough oil to make it to Orlando.

I will never come back here. If you ever come here, I truly hope that you have a much better experience than me.

Oh! And one last thing. I'm typing this review out on my phone and I've been sitting here for a while. I've seen a few people walk by me and one appears to be a manager and no one has said anything to me. No one seems to be concerned that a customer isn't being helped.    

I would give them a negative 5 stars if that were an option. The owner should be ashamed.

WARNING!!! This place is a scam. They are fraudulent and state they work within the law. The salesman Luis Duarte guaranteed we would leave paying what we asked and of course didn't deliver. Then he made fake pay stubs against our wishes because he lied to the finance department and said I had proof of income when I was clear that my commissions were paid to me in cash. Two and half weeks after having the car I was contacted by the finance department that I had to give an extra $3100 down and my payment was going up by $60. Really?? You mean to tell me I wasn't approved and have had this car for 2 1/2 weeks?? By far the worst place to buy a car from and the lack of respect and consideration for the customer left me dumbfounded. I warn you DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE GRIMEY SALES SCANDALS!

Don't come here, I spent almost 3 days in this place trying to finance a camaro ls. Bottom line wasted 3 days of my life walked out of the place with  no camaro and with my credit fucked.

TERRIBLE customer service and OVER PRICED CARS!!! i went to the dealership on 12/21/14 to purchase a used CHEVY CAMARO 1LT. as i walked in, i started talking to PEDRO REYES and i told him what i am looking for and how much. PEDRO was talking to me like you want to buy a car that you don't even have money for it. ( HE WAS VERY IGNORANT, STUPID, AND DIDN'T EVEN SPEAK ENGLISH, SO MY FRIEND HAD TO TRANSLATE FOR ME THE ENTIRE TIME ) . the only car that was available is the 2014 CHEVY CAMARO and it was used with 21,000 miles. However, it was black and Automatic for $24,999. i asked the salesman for a better price and he said 23,500 and the car didn't worth it at all. You had to see the car on the inside, it was so FILTHY AND NASTY. that car worth 17,000 dollars and not one penny more. I told pedro if he do it for $22,000 i take it right there so he went and he brought his manger, the manager came out with his stupid face and said NO. I walked out, went home very sad and upset with what i had to deal with. I went home and i start looking online an i found this dealership called LORENZO BOMNIN. I was so thankful that i found that dealership because i end up going there on 12/24/14 and getting a BRAND NEW CHEVROLET CAMARO 1 LT, 2015, AUTOMATIC, 0 DOWN, AND GORGEOUS FOR $21,290. CAN YOU BELIEVE IT ? I DIDN'T AT THE BEGGING, I ALMOST DROP DEAD. MAN EVERY THING HAPPEN FOR A REASON. and not only that, they treated me so good and you had to see that beautiful dealership they had THOUSANDS OF BRAND NEW 2015 CHEVY CAMAROS, all colors, all styles, everything..... man i am sooooo glad that i didn't buy from that filthy over priced place called auto nation my AS* or something like that hahaha. BY THE WAY IF YOU WANTED TO KNOW THEY DROP THE PRICE OF CAR TO $21,500 AFTER THEY LOST A CUSTOMER WHICH IT WAS GREAT FOR ME CUZ I END UP GETTING SOMETHING NEW AND MUCH CHEAPER :)))))) I LOVE CHRISTMAS.

STAY AWAY.. Before we purchased a Ford Expedition just 3 weeks ago the AC was not working. They promised to fix the AC before we purchased. They said they made the correct fix and we purchased. 3 week later he AC went out and of course, they do not want to fix the problem. It's companies like this that help cement how consumers feel about car salesmen and their practices. They should be embarrassed for not having the common courtesy to help a recent customer with an obvious problem that was there from the beginning.

I would not recommend anyone to set foot in this establishment let alone consider purchasing a vehicle here. Management has no interest in solving a problem after you purchase let alone try and help. Run away from this place you will probably get farther on foot than you will in one of their cars.

Have always serviced my suburban at this dealer.  Carlos my service guy was great. Always kept me informed about the status of my truck while being worked on.  Oil change, tire rotation  and transmission flush in less than 2 hours. The mechanic who I can't remember his name was both quick and informative.  Would recommend then anytime!

Had three great conversations on the phone with a man named Raul.  I told him exactly what I was looking for and exactly what I needed.  I touched base with him again as soon as I got into the Doral area and he told me now is a perfect time to stop on by.  He greeted me at the door with a firm handshake and immediately passed me off to someone who knew nothing about our three previous conversations.  I was ready to buy a truck at that very moment, and in two minutes I was out the door.  Raul reassured me multiple times that going to this Chevy dealership instead of the other one would not be a waste of my time.  He in fact wasted my time.  The very next morning I went to Lorenzo Bomnin Chevrolet (dadeland) with the same game plan and drove my first chevy off of the lot in just under 2 hours.  Embarrassing.

I was very appreciate of my service writer Marcos, who worked to get me the GM Good Will warranty coverage for the part I needed.  I was relieved to say the least and only had to pay a deductible.  My car was only a few hundred miles out of manufacturer warranty coverage. I've been servicing my car here since it was new in 2011.  I felt like they actually cared.
