The worst dealer I have ever dealt with. I have purchased 50 vehicles from 1988 to present and never I have I had so many things go wrong in 1 transaction. The sales and finance department from the staff to management all lied. I traded in my 2012 Nissan Rouge on mar 6,2015 to purchase a 2015 Chevy Colorado which should have been delivered on mar 9 2015. Instead they took my trade sold it a few days later before I took possession of my new vehicle so I could not even ask for it back. After they sold it they changed the contract terms of my sale that was already signed and almost doubled my interest from 4.24%to 7.69. Then they stuck me 2 different loaners and didnt give me my truck until the end of March. To make matters worse they never paid off my Nissan even after they sold it and therefore my bank pulled another payment, which set my budget back 500.00 and they would not refund me until after I took possession of my truck, even though they had 3500 down payment. My payment rose by 68.00 per month due to the interest hike and they did nothing to correct the matter. In addition I am tax except and they would not remove the taxes either. This was my WORST experience! PLEASE BEWARE of this dealer.

The Best Service I have ever obtained from an Autonation Chevrolet Dealership! Couldn't be happier with the helpful and friendly service from the staff, especially the Assistant Service Manager Jesus Cruz! I am one happy and satisfied customer and will definitely be bringing my 2014 Camaro into this dealership for all future services. The Best of the Best.

The performance of this place is up, and down my biggest problem is the cultural barriers, then that got straightened out.   Then the service is inconsistent I've had inspections done, and gotten things done, recalls, tires etc. and a week later something else is wrong check engine lights come on.

 It could be my model (2012 Cruze) has been known for recalls, but they seem to take forever to get anything done, I've picked up my car after service and drive down the interstate, and had to turn around, and bring it back as it seems to never done right the first time

 Now the good qualities of this place is that its remodeled, MOST of the staff are friendly, and the service manager made GM give me a new engine free of charge.

I ended up at AutoNation twice on my 2 week vacation in Miami from Michigan, and both times they were very helpful and courteous.

First, I needed an oil change under my warranty. when doing the inspection they found a leaky caliper and fixed it very quickly.

I ended up back there when my power steering started going in and out and weird "check ____" lights were coming on. They fit me in quickly and were really kind, patient, and went above and beyond to figure out what was wrong.

Lenny was the one I worked with, and he was awesome!

If you are from outside of Miami,  do not except great customer service. This is typical cuban -latino service.  I left my car over night and I called the next day, no one could answer my questions. I decided to drive to the dealership to pick up my car and the service was still awful. I do not recommend this dealership.

We were moving from Spain to Miami and it was our first car purchase in the US. We were concerned about how things are done here in the US, because the experience of purchasing a car is different from what we are used to. We were looking for a new mid-size SUV and after considering other options at first, we decided to search for the new Chevrolet Trax, as it's a well known car for us (sold in Europe as Opel Mokka). Oscar Montero, from AutoNation Chevrolet Coral Gables gave us all the details of the new car, explained to us all the possible options available, and after a few questions and two minutes of conversation, he offered us not just the best deal but the most convenient way for us to purchase the car. He was very professional, and he knew how to deal with every step of the process. It took us a whole week to finally drive our new car, and he found a real solution to every problem we had in that process. AutoNation Chevrolet Coral Gables looks renovated, clean and with plenty of cars to choose from. Other staff and the manager were also very kind to us. If you're looking for a good deal and professionalism is important to you, ask for Oscar Montero.

I had been shopping around for a used car and AutoNation Coral Gables had exactly what I was looking for.  I received a courtesy call from Ray who told me the car I had asked about was still available and they could work out a deal with me.  We agreed to terms that I was happy with.  When I arrived on the lot, I was greeted by Jorge Leiva, whom Ray had told I was coming to see the car.  I was initially told that the deal we had discussed over the phone might have been in error since the vehicle I was interested in did not fit this terms. Needless to say, I was a bit annoyed but Jorge was determined to make me a happy customer.  He spoke to Ray and the General Manager who also came out to speak to me.  They were both very nice and wanted to make right whatever misunderstanding had occurred.  They made me an offer that I couldn't refuse.  Overall, I paid less than I was expecting to and got the exact car I had been looking for.  I had done my research before venturing out to the dealership, but buying a car, especially as a female, can be daunting.  Jorge treated me with utmost respect and really wanted me to walk out of there with the confidence that I had just purchased a great car at a great price, which I did!  I thank him for being persistent and willing to work out the best deal possible because I'm glad I did business with them.  Everyone we dealt with along every step of the process was very nice and helpful.  I would definitely recommend their business.

Dropping the vehicle off for maintenance and recall repairs was a swift experience. Very helpful advisor.
Picking it up was a different ordeal. The advisor did not communicate effectively as to when the vehicle would be completed. When I arrived to pick it up, advisor was gone for the day. I was given my key after waiting for 15 min for someone to help me. No receipt or copy of what work was done to the vehicle.

I have owned several cars throughout the years and this is the first time I feel comfortable bringing mine to the dealer.  Jesus is one of the best service managers I have ever dealt with. He is very knowledgeable, cordial, professional and always ready to assist you with any questions or concerns you might have.

I have high performance car and his mechanic (forgot his name) is awesome!! Never had to return to recheck my car.

My overall experience has been magnificent! !!!

Dealer service centers are one of those places I hate to visit. Unfortunately, due to recall issues on my wife's car, I have been to Chevrolet Coral Gables quite a few times. It is not a fun experience but here, the service has been pleasant.
After placing the order for my recalled issue, the service center called and confirmed the part had arrived (5 weeks) and scheduled my appointment. I was given contact information of the person who was assigned to my vehicle which he was very helpful.
On the date of my appointment, my car was being expected and everything from repair details and transportation to and from the service center was explained to me.
The vehicle inspection option was offered to me at a cost but I declined and there was no pushy attitude for me to do or buy.
Once my vehicle was ready, all worked performed documents were handed and off I was. No wasted time or crappy attitudes to deal with. The same experience has been in the past and I do appreciate the honesty.

Excellent service. They offered a complimentary inspection and after the recommended services, my car feels flawless. They changed two tires and finally balanced my car they way it should. Feels better than when I bought it. There's a big difference from regular car services and this dealer. Kevin is a great technician.

I was at the autonation dealer in Coral Gables, the place where i got my truck! The service was bad... No one is professional there! I needed to get a batt for my truck and had a coupon for 15% off send by the dealer which hasn't expired and service advisor give a total with taxes of $151.00 when i came back to pay for the batt it came out to be $171.00 why? Well they DO NOT owner their own coupons. (No tienen palabra) i am never coming back to the place, horrible service, they play too much!!! Do your self a favor and do not go there for service...

Needing a great service advisor that goes the extra mile, ask for Robert or Jesus.  These guys are pros that know how to take care of your car. They are great at keeping you up to date on the services being performed and know how to get you in and out efficiently.

My review/comments are very similar to Juan D.  After initial "issues" both car and AN's Alain Josep reprehensible attitude, Raoul...GM did step in and resolved my issues.  I do agree with Vanessa who commented about AN needing more English speaking employees.  I certainly understand diversity, however, purchasing a car is a huge decision.
All things considered, and after purchasing numerous cars from Maroone/AN, they are the best dealership in So Fl.  I personally want to thank Tony Sigler & Juan Aleman for all of their help.

I was buying this truck that the manager was selling and I was trading my truck when we went over all the paperwork and stuff they said they will give me $18,000 I'm like that truck is a 2012 these people don't know anything I don't know why they opened up for my son likes that truck but just for trade for my truck 18,000 don't come here they will roll you over don't come to this place avoid it

So after my original review voicing my disappointment with the way Autonation handled my warrantee claim. I received a call from their ecommerce manager Nick Gara the next day, asking me what happened. After explaining, he immediately apologized and told me I would be reimbursed.
I have to say that while my original experience with them was poor, they more than made up for it the second time around. Every company makes mistakes, but Autonation corrected it and refunded me the full amount that I had paid out of pocket for the warrantee issue. Nick was extremely courteous and attentive, and when I went into the store again the GM Raul came out and personally apologize for the mix up and asked me to contact him personally if I ever had any problems again.
I am extremely impressed with how they corrected my complaint quickly and efficiently, and I will definitely be purchasing from them again.
it is obvious they pay attention to their reputation and will quickly respond to any problems

Even though it's a Chevrolet dealership I brought my Mercedes in for service simple wheel alignment, tire rotation, balancing and oil change. My car came out perfect! They did an amazing job! I was so happy that I came to order my auxiliary fan module and was charged cheaper then EBay prices shipped,and the part came in the same day. Needless to say I'm super happy with the service performed. I'll be back for sure!

Well I can't agree with the comments made. I have to say I have been going there for years and I will drive what ever the distance for the great service I have always received. Very polite and professional staff. I have been recommending them to my family and friends for years.  Mr. Valdivia in the service department has been always extremely attentive to all my needs.

This place always makes you feel like you just got ripped off when going for service.  No one really acknowledges you and they hide away in their tinted "office" areas.  A lady that worked there made eye contact with me several times and never said hello or "be right with you" or anything.  After waiting a few more minutes, she finally came up to me and was rude rude rude with attitude like how dare I bring in my car and make her work.  She lost me for a minute when I went inside their waiting area to purchase a drink from the vending machine (while she left me to go to her office) and when I came back out out she rudely says "now you decided to get thirsty?".  How fricken rude and unprofessional can you get?!?!  Dont sell drinks if you dont want your customers to buy them!!! Never again.

As if having to buy a car isn't enough of a hassle, you come here to get pushed around and not even negotiated with.

The salesman I spoke to here didn't speak a word of English, couldn't find the car I wanted to see, then brought out a hoopty that paled in comparison, and was incapable of negotiating.

Needless to say I will not be buying a car here and I recommend anyone who reads this does the same.

The staff is pretty much friendly all the way around.  I would describe them as a bunch of goofballs having fun at work.  I had my car here serviced and I can say that it does take awhile for anything to get done.  The first time you bring your vehicle here they do an automatic vehicle inspection to ding you a bit.  The hourl labor price is 90 bucks which is outragious... I went into the wrong profession.  There are way better places in miami.  They charge way more for any type of service.  I consider myself generious with 2 stars and you can take that to the bank.
