Purchased a car there last month. It was my second time looking at the car. Test drove it and there was a minor issue with the vehicle but salesman George and the boss who I believe was the owner assured me that they will fix it if I am truly interested in the car. We had a verbal agreement upon signing the paperwork that the issue with the car would be fixed when their mechanic returned the following week as it was the week of New Year's Eve. Upon driving the car home the brake light came upon slowed down the car and it eventually cut off on me on the highway! Upon turning the car back on there was smoke coming from the front and back of the car. I called them immediately to tell them what happened and they said they can't do anything until their mechanic comes back from vacation. I managed to make it home with the car. I had my own mechanic look at it and tell me it's worse than I thought it was and it's going to be expensive to fix. Had him fix some of the other issues with the car that miraculously arose AFTER I had the car in my possession from purchasing from JCA auto. When I get the car back from my mechanic I called the dealer and they said there's nothing they are going to do at this point and that "the deal is done" even though we had a verbal agreement. Tried talking it out with them numerous times and everytime my calls were either ignored or were answered by a very rude manager screaming at me saying too bad. Do not purchase from this business unless you want to be mislead and stuck shelling out a lot of money to fix what should have already been fixed. They don't care about the customer they only care about making a sale. The car shutting off in the middle of the highway was dangerous. My mechanic said they sold me a car that is dangerous to drive. They could have given me a credit to take that money to use towards fixing the car and I would have been happy with that but instead they don't care about the customer.
