They sold me a car that has many random issues that I know they knew about. (Light come on with warnings and brakes sqeek  They also had the leather painted or something that would look nice but after a very short while it faded off.  Now my seats look all worn and yucky.  Such bad business practice and not what I would expect from a nice dealership.  Especially because they refused to drop the price at all and swore they had spent a bunch of money making sure it was in perfect condition (obvious that wasn't true)!!!   I would recommend being extra careful before buying from them.  They also did something that made it look like the car got 19 miles per gallon when it actually only gets 12.5.  So disappointing!!!

I have to say that I have never been moved enough to comment on any business, of any kind, until now.
I purchased a car from this dealership almost a year ago. I absolutely hate to pull the "girl card" in this day and age, it seems ridiculous....I know!
Facts are facts and I got taken...I would definitely shop elsewhere!!

After purchasing a used MB at Greenway a few years back and having an awful experience I decided to do some online searching when I needed to make a trade post accident.  

I am SO GLAD that my husband and I went to Mercedes Benz of Orlando.  Jesse the salesmen we worked with was great, not pushy no games, wonderful. We used the Autonation feature and it was very easy.  He took calls on his days off and helped us decide what we wanted to do.  When some minor issues came up with the vehicle (which was transferred up to Orlando from West Palm since I specifically wanted Red) Ben the used sales manager and Jesse made it happen and it was truly pleasure to see how they made it right!  Even the parts manager Joe was super helpful explaining things and getting the repairs scheduled quick.  

Overall, you get what you pay for and while we weren't spending as much as many of the other customers you wouldn't know that.  You can tell they value their reputation and not just a quick sale. They do want repeat business.  When it comes time to trade my husband's ML in a year or so I know where we will go.

Very pleased with the prompt response to on-line inquiry and follow-up on questions. Got a fair deal on a nice slightly used car with trade-in. Didn't seem motivated to counter initial offer; standing firm on market value advertised from Car Fax. Nonetheless positive experience, ultimately negotiated a great deal and expect many fun and trouble free years of operation. Thanks Louai Mardini

I just bought 2015CLA from this dealership. My sale person Mardini tried his best to treat me well and make me happy. He is very straightforward, if you wanna get a really good deal in short time, go for him! He will save your money and your time! Btw his pronunciation of English exudes a sexy confidence!

Worst customer service ever.  If you call just to ask a simple question or to even be transferred to a service dept, parts, etc. be prepared to wait a long while.....and get used to hearing the same annoying classical music.

I bought a Smart Car there this past January and the sales team there were great (especially Robert)....but I have to say on the Mercedes side, if you're not wearing a suit and tie or if you're not an owner of a Mercedes, you'll be treated poorly.

I recently leased a 2014 CLA.

Ed DiPrimio was knowledgeable and attentive to each of my questions and what I wanted out of the car.

Admittedly I'm not the easiest customer but this dealership was patient and I left with a beautiful car that I love!

I recently purchased a pre-owned vehicle from this dealership. It was a great experience. Ed and Jose Burgos were excellent with helping me out. Any problem that I had was straightened out as quickly as possible. What started as a service appointment on our 2008 Smart for a 60K Service ended up with us taking home a new 2014 Smart Brabus.

Charlotte Dutton was very helpful, very patience with us trying to decide if we should trade or not. She made sure we were pleased with our car, even got a few loose ends taken care of today and some minor trim ordered.

My son and I decided to go car shopping in June.  I called to get directions and spoke briefly with Brian Fenn.  Before we went in, we decided to grab brunch.  I've never met Brian prior to this but as courtesy I did ask for him when we finally arrived.  Our experience was great.  We connected in a level as if we were old friends.  I knew right then and there that we made the right choice to come to this dealership.  It was my son's first lease and I co-signed for him.  Everyone was very friendly, helpful and cordial.  We're extremely impressed with our experience and love our new Smart car.

I just picked up my new black & beige Mercedes C250 Saturday and absolutely LOVE it!!! I have leased my Mercedes for a number of years through Frank Whitton in Maitland, Fl., and he has never let me down!  He always find the perfect car for me at the right price. The paperwork and title transfer was seamless, and I was in and out of there in an hour...driving home in a gorgeous new car. I wouldn't think of going anywhere else.

I purchased a 2011 S63 that I found on eBay from MB of Orlando.  I ended up negotiating the price and contract outside of eBay, directly with their Internet Sales dept.  It was a smooth and easy process.  They were readily accessible, prompt, thorough, polite, and the paperwork process was easy as they used a remote notary service to sign all the papers.  I am very happy with the condition of the car; it was as advertised.  Their eBay vehicle description was very complete too, which was nice.

I really enjoyed my experience with Mercedes-Benz of Orlando.  My sales associate Glen was very corgal and took the time to let me test drive after their normal hours.  I was able to avoid the typical on site negotiations and do everything by email.  I negotiated the out the door price and was able to go to the dealership and be out in 45 minutes.  The general manager followed up with a letter in the middle of the process to ask of he could assist.  I thought that was a nice touch.

I had one issue,  I was already pre-approved and was forced to give my financial information,  before they would process the deal.  I found out this was not necessary from the finance manager onsite.

Overall,  it was a good experience and I didn't feel like they were trying to pull the usual car dealer tactics. I would buy from them again.

A couple tips that might help you buying a car,  shop for a rate at bankrate.com ,  research the model on Edmunds,  Kelly Blue book,  Auto Trader and do everything by email.  I hate haggling at the deal ship... Good luck.

Great experience buying a car with Jorge and Yvette! Listened to Exactly what I wanted and gave me what I needed for my trade-in vehicle to make the numbers work within my budget. Even gave me some Mercedes swag and a portrait voucher. Although it took longer than expected , I was Very pleased with the staff. Love my new car!

Who says you can't have a good experience buying a car?
I had an appointment with Charlotte Dutton to test drive a Smart car. I'd been eye ballin these little guys for a few years now so I figured it was almost time. (Old Bessie was a good car but she was getting old)
Charlotte told me all about the safety features (don't worry I watched a lot of crash tests online too) and bells and whistles of the little guy then we took it out for a spin.
INSTANT LOVE!
This has to be the funnest toy I've ever driven.
So where's the review of the actual business Krista, this isn't about a car. We know they're cute, sheeeze.
Ok, so we talked some numbers and did some math, UNBELIEVABLE good deal! I got an awesome deal on financing, a great monthly rate and not to mention all the awesome little perks that come with being financed through Mercedes. The company really takes care of their clients.
So here's the low down: the cars are awesome, the people are nice and they don't push you, they work with you to find what you want and get you exactly what you want. Not your color? Oh look, we can have one here in a little while.
They're friendly, helpful, you get snacks and water and you don't leave there with that feeling of oh god what did I just get myself into.
If you're in the market for a Smart or Mercedes I highly recommend them. Miss Charlotte won't steer you wrong and she's just nice as heck. Go see her!
