What a joke this place is !!!!!
Just got off a cruise and was in Jacksonville , my wife and I have been dealing with a Dealer in Beverly Hills for 7 mos waiting for a RED Evora. Went by World Imports to see and drive one. Oh BTW we were cash buyers. First we were told we could not test drive it( understandable ) then the young salesman told not only could we not drive but could not sit in it!!!!!

Then the so called salesman said under his BREATH you probably couldn't afford it!!!

We had a very good experience with salesman Paul.  We traded in our Volvo S40 for a practically new Volvo XC60.  We are loving our new vehicle!

The biggest pro is that Paul was not pushy at all.  We looked at cars and he came out (like most places) asking if we wanted any of the cars opened.  He didn't hover at which I enjoyed.  In fact, at first we kind of thought he might not be very knowledgable about the cars because he was SO quiet! But once we started test driving cars he was able to answer all the questions we had proving his knowledge.

The only bad thing and the reason I am taking a star off is because we only received one car key, and no car manual. When we asked about the car key they told us we could contact the Volvo dealership and pay $200 for another copy.  We called volvo a while ago, and they STILL haven't called us to come in and get the key.  Although it's not world imports fault, it's annoying having to deal with trying to get a second key when it should have been given to us in the first place.  In my opinion, I believe they should have dealt with getting us the new key.  But maybe that's just me being picky!

What ever you do, DO NOT buy a vehicle from this place. I was lied to 3 years ago when I purchased my car and all of my questions were explained away by the salesman saying "oh, you've never bought a car before. All of this is standard procedure; just sign here." Here I am now, with a car that's worth less than 2 thousand dollars because it was a lemon law car and they did not disclose that information to me upon purchasing the car. I signed the paperwork for it saying that I understood, but when I questioned what I was signing I was told my car was not a lemon law and that every dealership had to have their customers sign this legal document. They are refusing to take accountability for their sales people they are employing and have offered to get me into a different vehicle with a slightly higher appraisal value, so I guess this is their tactic for retaining customers. When their customers can't go anywhere else, they are forced to come back.  The manager told me "To Hell with Kelly Blue Book values, the kbb doesn't sell cars so they don't know what they're talking about." If you want to buy a car from a dealership that doesn't value business integrity or great product, this is the dealership for you.

Wandered in here one day a couple years back on a whim.  Met with Don Angle, and he was gracious in showing me several vehicles that fit the general idea I had (or didn't have, actually) of what I was looking for.

No pressure, ended up buying a low-mileage Volvo that I really enjoyed driving.  Don was able to obtain better financing than I had been able to get through my (then) credit union.  

World Imports has a shop on-site that does decent work at a fair price.  My only "bad" experience was the extended warranty I bought -- it didn't cover the one relatively expensive thing that went wrong with the car (sunroof), though Don did go to bat for me to try and get the repair covered.  Can't win 'em all...

I'd certainly give them my business again.  I stop by every once in a while just to say hi, even though I'm not currently looking for a vehicle.
