Sloppy services, what a mess... Customer Service I don't think exist anymore. The man who works there told me my lease of 1 year and 6 months was an "old" car. Did not wash or vacuum and they said they did on two different occasions. Stop lying to me and wash my car. I can't wait to be able to drop this lease off & transfer to a land rover.

Horrible service experience.  Walked in and another customer was screaming at one of the service agents.  I now feel her frustration.  I was told that my 80,000 service checkup would take 2.5 hours....going on hour 6 now.  The entire staff seems out of step and inexperienced.

The folks down at Volkswagen of Orange Park are very helpful and friendly. I brought my Jetta in to be serviced, before driving for the holidays and it could not have worked out any better. I would recommend their service dept. Volkswagen dealership in Orange Park.

My experience there was awful from the moment I stepped on the lot. The first salesman didn't even know what DSG was when I asked him for more information on it. I had to tell him it was the transmission VW has had for the last 6 years. On our test drive he just kept talking about his other jobs in the auto world, and knew nothing and had no answers for my questions about the car.

I returned the next week to see that same salesman, and he was not there. Even though he said he would be. Another salesman took his place, and we drove the car again. Between the coughing and hacking, this salesguy wasn't any better. Seriously if you have the flu or are sick stay home I dont want to test drive a car with The Plague sitting right next to me. I wanted to talk numbers,he said first they had to evaluate my trade in. This is where the fun really begins.

They drove my car off the lot and returned a few minutes later. I asked for my keys back, the man responded, "Sure thing I'll be right back". Well guess what, he didn't come back, instead the sales guy started to ask me questions about financing and such. We went through the numbers, they would not come down to my price, so I asked for my keys again. He went to get them, he must have misunderstood me because he brought his sales manager to me instead of my keys.

I asked the sales manager to give me my keys, he said "Sure but lets get this deal done". He explained to me he couldnt go lower on the car, but would throw in floor mats. Um in 2012, floor mats should be a given. I said I would have to think about it and asked for my keys. He went to the back office to get them, meanwhile the sales guy is still coughing up a storm. A man with spiked hair and an accent appeared next, took me to his office, I asked him, "Do you have my keys?" He explained he was the finance guy and could get me a great rate. 6.9 is not a great rate I explained to him.

I asked for my keys again, this time I stood up and demanded them. I walked back to the sale man, and told him I was leaving and would be back tomorrow. He had a few papers for me to sign, one said I would buy a car tomorrow at his price. I signed Mickey Mouse on it, and miraculously my keys appeared. As I sped off the lot, I knew they will never see me again, and they should never see you either.

A couple of years ago I took my Passat to Orange Park V W to have a head light replaced and they told me it would be $230.  They said they had to remove the entire front bumper.  I checked with some other V W owners who told me it was expensive to replace the head light.  I wasn't happy, but paid the bill.  A few days ago the other head light burned out.  I took the car to O'Steen V W this time.  The bill was $30!!!!!  I told them I was surprised at the cost (they obviously thought I was complaining) and they apologized for the cost of the bulb!

I will never go back to Volkswagen of Orange Park!  What a rip-off!
