I am updating my review after purchasing my EOS through Tom Bush.  I dealt with James and Alan and they were absolutely phenomenal.  They made me feel extremely appreciated and special, which is how we all want to feel when buying or leasing a car, right?

From the beginning, they gave me a no hassle deal and did not charge me any "extras" to try and purchase, no dealer add-ons, no hidden pricing.  It was really a great experience.

I will definitely go back when I'm ready to upgrade to a new car.  Ask for James or Alan!  They will steer you in the right direction and they will certainly make you feel like your time is worth it.  It made all the difference in the world from my first experience here.

Service Department Is one of the worst. Brought my 2014 TDI SEL Passat and my  R series Turbo Beetle In  for periodic service and both vehicals came out with issues. Howard Smithson represented the maintenance department at the dealership.  The issues were significant and the promise was if we returned the vehicals to the dealership they would correct the issues. Upon arrival at the dealer Howard came out to the vehical, my wife interfaced with him directly while i stood aside and during the course of the conversation the issue of the fail and damage done to the vehicals came up. Howard went into a aggressive position with my wife and began attempting to re direct her in her efforts to express our concerns. He eventually walked away from her and the "shut up woman" vibe was strong. It was then that I engaged Howard and suggested his mechanics had been less than professional and his treatment of my wife was same. At this point he became aggressively defensive the conversation degenerated further when I suggested he would push a woman in conversation to meet his ends but refused to engage a male. I can not express the total lack of professional behavior and the typical male attempt to silence a strong woman who is expressing herself clearly. I would not Intentionally do business with this dealer again.

Had some infuriating experiences at the service department. Saying things were fixed that weren't fixed or at least didn't stay fixed for long. Taking back car repeatedly for them to find out what was wrong after saying nothing was wrong. We took a 5 year VW hiatus because of them but in the end we couldn't leave the VW cult. We have a jetta TDI diesel wagin (which we love) and the past two times we took it here for routine services, we have had (knock on wood) good experiences. Fingers crossed this trend continues.

Horrible Horrible place! I took my Jetta  here to be serviced and my car was never right again. We went in for an issue with the transmission and to have a tail light lamp replaced and we left with nothing but problems. First off these guys tried to charge me $90 for a set of turn signal lamps that cost $6 in any local parts store. The lady at the desk tried to explain to me that the turn signal bulbs are halogen bulbs and that's why they are so expensive....she must of thought that I was born yesterday as well. So we did have them fix the turn signal but the mechanic took it upon himself to try an help me out by cutting the bulb harnesses completely off at the light housing, he goes on to deny what he had done until I popped the trunk to show him his wire clippers with his name on them that he left in the trunk right next to the light. Now on to the transmission so by no big surprise they couldn't find anything wrong with it so we took the car and left. Well about 3 days later my wife was driving the car when she heard the transmission making a weird noise so I took it to a friends shop. They found that one of the bolts that bolt the transmission on to the motor was missing and that the transmission was hanging. Of course VW denied everything and would do nothing to right the wrongs so that's why I'm writing this review. So please BUYER BE WARE when getting your car fixed by these people!

Great place to buy a car. My salesperson, Eric, was friendly and enthusiastic about the brand. The manager, Jim, was genuine and I didn't feel like he was trying to take advantage of me. They really go the extra mile at Tom Bush Volkswagen. I'll be back to buy a Mazda with my boyfriend.

Everyone I have ever come in contact with at Tom Bush has been over the top wonderful to me! I use to take my Jetta here to get serviced all the time and they always did it in a timely manner and with a smile.

I would definitely recommend them to anyone. Even if you don't drive a VW. I recently bought a Nissan and still take it to get serviced at Tom Bush. They always take care of me at a top notch quality service and always at a reasonable price. I will continue to use them for all of my car needs!

was in the market for a 2013 TDI Sportwagen, and I had a good deal from another dealer, but not the color or options I wanted, plus it was a 2012. I was also hesitant because I felt a bit pressured by them. I decided to call Tom Bush because they actually had the exact color and model I wanted on their web site. I spoke to Drew who told me he could beat the competing dealers price. I texted him the picture of the invoice, and not only did he beat that price by a lot, but he added some goodies as well. Everything was handled over text or on the phone, and when I went in for the test drive, most of the work was done. No cheesy finance guy trying to get me a "better" rate, no pressure on extended warranties, no but it today or the deal dies, in fact it was the best car buying experience I had ever had. They worked with me, since my schedule was a bit crazy, had the car prepped and had me out of there in less than an hour,hows that for fast. I will recommended them to anyone looking for a great deal in Jacksonville. Drew and the entire staff were helpful and just wonderful to deal with. The parts guys even let me in on a sale coming up, in-case I needed roof racks or mud mats. I think they really break the stereo type of the car salesman, and pushy car dealers. I will buy from them again for sure since they sell more than just VW. Jim the sales manager is fantastic as well, don't pass this dealership up!

The group at Tom Bush Volkswagen is as good as it can possibly get. I talked with sales manager Jim Reynolds about leasing a new 2013 Passat at about 10am. They didn't have the color I wanted on the lot, so he checked around, found me the exact one I wanted and called me when it was on the lot. I never had to leave my office. By 5pm the same day I drove off the lot with a great deal in my perfect car.

The whole process from start to finish was just so easy. Jim and Drew made sure that they answered all my questions and walked me through everything.

This is the 2nd car I've owned from Tom Bush and there will be many more to come.

While I do not have my VW Bug anymore, I always enjoyed dealing with everyone at Tom Bush VW.

I bought a CPO VW Beetle from them in 2002, had it for almost ten years. It had a few bumps & bruises along the way but never gave me any problems. Except when Mother Nature decided to visit NE Florida and I had to figure out which way I could get to work without floating away.

The Service reps were super friendly and didn't try to sell you or 'recommend' things you didn't really need done. They were always honest and upfront about the work and whether it was worth the cost to get it done. They worked fast too. The shuttle to the office was an awesome service to have when I couldn't be away from work.

While I moved on to a new car, I would alway recommend Tom Bush for anyone that is looking at a Volkswagen, Mazda or BMW. I only get to look  at BMWs any way. And dream.

I drove three hours to buy a VW after working with Jim to settle on price and trade in value of my car.  I get there and they decline to honor their trade in price even though I sent 25 pictures of the car and an accurate representation of it's condition.  Do not work with this dealership- simply check their ratings on other sites and you will see what you are up against.

My wife and I bought a 2012 VW Passat from Tom Bush yesterday and it was a surprisingly easy and enjoyable experience.  We went to the dealership expecting to buy a Jetta but at the suggestion of Shawn (VW parts manager) and our sales guy Moon Dogg (Don), we also drove the new Passat and we were hooked!  Nice car at a fair price. All the folks at Tom Bush VW were super nice and very professional.
