I have been using Tom Bush Service for my car for the last year. The service advisors are always very helpful and informative without being pushy. They also provide very prompt service; the time estimates they give for service are spot on, so I don't kill my day sitting at the dealership. When I get my vehicle back it is always hand washed and vacuumed. For short visits, like an oil change, the service waiting area always has fresh coffee and bottled water.

I've really only had experience here in dropping my husband's car off for service.  The staff seemed friendly and the work was done timely.  He is thinking about trading in his car for something smaller and has contacted the sales team.  Hopefully he will have a good experience if he decides to move forward!!

A few years back, I bought a new Mazda 5 from Tom Bush Mazda and the experience couldn't have been more of a joy. I arranged the purchase from NYC and this by far has been the easiest most hassle free car buying experience I've ever gone through and the most reasonable deal on a new car I have ever gotten - except that is, for my last car I bought from them.  

I had test driven cars and haggled with salespeople in other dealerships while searching for my new ride, but these guys came through for me with a price that was light years below that of which anyone else even offered as a last ditch pitch. They also provided me the most personalized service of any dealership I'd previously contacted. In both these regards, they went above and beyond in extending to me a car buying experience that way surpassed even the pinnacle of excellence.  

Rob, who was in charge of the papers put everything in order and overnighted the package to me in New York to look over, study carefully, sign and send back in the prepaid return overnight FedEx envelope that they provided. The best part of the experience though was my salesman, Joe. He is about the nicest, most accommodating guy you could imagine. He was even good enough to meet me at the airport when I arrived in Jacksonville to personally drive me right to the dealership so I could take immediate possession of, and drive away in my brand new car. He was very thorough in introducing me to the more subtle, not so obvious aspects of the car's features too.  

When we pulled up, it was right out front waiting for me, clean as a whistle and pretty as a picture with a full tank of gas too. Nothing like flying into a town, having a great friendly guy meet you right at the gate and then personally transport you to your brand new car.  

Joe even helped me with my luggage, for Pete's sake! The finishing paperwork with Rob once we arrived at the dealership only took a mere ten minutes or so, too.  

As I said before - this is my second Mazda from Tom Bush and if this kind of service and quality keeps up, it most certainly will not be my last. Great job, guys and thanks - I'm loving my new car! I'll be seeing you again in about six years. (Mazdas last a long time)  

They also sell VWs, BMWs and Mini Coopers, but I'm a dyed in the wool Mazda-man, myself.

I made the mistake of buying a Mazda Miata Mx-5 from Tom Bush. As soon has they got the payment they became border-line rude and far from helpful. Between other things they forgot to send me the plates and I was able to get them after several calls. I'm never, ever, again buy anything from them.

I went to have my RX8 serviced, first I was quoted a reasonable price. Then When I brought the vehicle back the price was jacked up and needless to say there was no customer service. Though I love me car, this dealership has discouraged me from ever having my vehicle serviced there.
