I bought my car from the Certified Pre Owned lot from Don Newell and he was great to work with.

My favorite part about the dealership is working with Robert Lawson in the service department.  He always calls me back within a good time frame and is very patient with all my "girly" questions.  I never feel like I am getting ripped off because he takes the time to explain the work to me.  I highly suggest working with Robert.

My fiancée and I bought a 328i from Tom Bush BMW and were very happy with the experience.  We dealt with Greg Agnello and he was truly fantastic.  

Test driving two BMWs with Greg was great because he was easy to talk to and was helpful about understanding all the features that we had questions about.  He helped explain many of the functions that were new or different to us easily, in both of the cars we test drove.  He was also very patient with us, making suggestions without ever feeling pushy.  He also seemed to truly respect any decisions we made.  We arrived to the dealership late in the evening and the process ended up lasting well past closing time but neither one of us were ever made to feel uncomfortable about holding him that late.  In fact, nobody at the dealership made either of us feel that way.

As a first time owner of a BMW I am very impressed with the car.  However, the service from Greg was even better.  I will happily recommend anyone in the market for a car or a BMW to come to Tom Bush BMW.  I sincerely thank Greg and everyone else we dealt with for providing us with an excellent experience.  Five whole-hearted stars!

Barbara Beasley at Tom Bush gives excellent customer service!! She helped me find exactly the car I was looking for and was able to provide it at an affordable cost. She is the nicest car salesperson I have ever met and I would highly recommend going to see her if you're in the market for a BMW!

Tom Bush is just another one of those car dealers who you can't trust.  I leased a very well equipped 535i from these folks a few years ago.   We agreed on a price for the car and then they kept changing the conversation until my head was spinning.  When it was all over the price in the lease contract was not what we agreed so I finally made a bad deal.  My bad.  The devil is in the details of any car purchase and these guys are masters at how to play the shell game to keep you from seeing the details.    Given they own both BMW dealerships in the Jax area you will have to look outside the area if you want to get a good deal.  I'd suggest going to a car broker and getting the best price that way.

huge BMW fan, enthusiast, no better driving machine - period (IMO)! .... anyways, been to this dealership several times for routine maintenance for my M...today was expected to be a routine oil change, called and confirmed for an appointment last week with the very pleasant service call receptionist/coordinator, she was very helpful and supportive....expecting a routine pleasant visit upon my arrival this morning, they were completely unaware of my 0845 appointment.  They scrambled and were able to get my car in for the oil change but this initial customer contact/event should have been completely seamless.  In short, an otherwise pleasant experience except for the drop in this routine basic process of arranging and confirming my appointment.  Car was completed in about an hour or so....asked for a printed work receipt and they provided it a few minutes later.  hope this helps, and good luck ;)

I'm giving Tom Bush 3 stars because I've had alot of the same trouble that the other reviewers have had with the service team.  I had my car in last week, though, and the guys did everything they said they would do, in a timely fashion, gave me a loaner, and even comped me a part.  I was very pleased with Ray who single-handedly saved my business with this dealership.  If you have to take the dealership route, go with Ray!

Just recently moved back to Jacksonville Beach, and I now own a BMW 330ci.  Like an idiot, when my car wouldn't start one day, I took it to Tom Bush BMW, they took 2 days to even look at the car, then told me I needed a new starter and quoted me almost $800 and said it would take 2 MORE days to do the repair.

So, just to get a second opinion, I had the car towed to DBMW in Jacksonville Beach.  Within 2 hours of dropping the car off, they fixed the issue - a loose wire - and reluctantly charged me $60 for their time.  

Thanks DBMW for being honest, fast, and saving me $740 the first time I went to you!

I was patched through here a couple of times to get service on my Mini - I'm not sure why because Mini has their own service department?  Maybe it was before it was up and running.  Anyway, their service personnel were super-rude the few times I spoke to them.  Maybe because I'm a Mini owner and not a BMW owner?  I'm certain their sales staff is awesome and you might get better service if you buy from them.

We have purchased 6 BMW's from Barbara Beasley over the last 18 years.
The most recent was a 550i Grand Tourismo last year. We continue to come back to Barbara due to her professionalism and her ability to get a fair deal done in record time.
In addition we absolutely adore the service dept in both locations. They treat us like royalty because they know what loyal customers we have been to BMW and Barbara.
I would highly recomemend Tom Bush BMW because of Barbara and the support staff that backs her up

My agent was Barbara Beasley and she was WONDERFUL!  Barbara enthusiastically assisted us with building our car to our specifications and to meet our budget. We have never been treated better by any other dealership and Barbara is a major reason we will continue to consider the BMW brand in the future. Not sure why all the complaints. I called up Monday night at 5pm and got a service appointment the next morning. How's that for easy? They explained everything's ok with my car, and washed it did the maintenance and I was on my way.

I bought a car from Tom Bush VW had such a great experience I decided to also service my BMW here. Worth the drive. Better than their orange park location. I would never go back there. But that's a different review.

I see a lot of complatins about auto dealer service department experiences. All experiences are not the same & you will usually get out what you put in to a service visit. These guys are great and as thorough as they come. If you want the job done right just be patient and let them take care of it. Ask as many questions as you can think of because they are always willing to help. Thanks for the great service Brian.

Tom Bush BMW Service is, in a word, AMAZING.

I've been going for several years and have had truly exceptional experiences - not like "They took care of my problems," or "They were reasonably priced," but "OMG how did they do that???"

They have cared for my car both under warranty and after the warranty expired.

In two visits I distinctly remember they saved me well over $2,000. This alone would be enough to keep going back, but they also provide excellent service.

Whether I take it in for an oil change or for major repair, they are fast, efficient and incredibly helpful.  They take my ludicrously uneducated comments ("the car feels a couple inches lower," "it's making a squeal-y noise around turns") and not only keep a straight face (which I can't even do in providing the info) but know exactly how to address the problem, from diagnosis to repair.

Even though they stay busy and move quickly, they never rush you or half-listen to you (even when your issues are, as above, quite vague).

Getting an appointment can be tricky at times - they are busy and they fill up fast - but the turnover rate is incredible, and service never takes as long as I expect.  I got a loaner twice and neither time needed it for more than a few hours (one time they called as I was in line for a movie ticket).  

The online reservation system is great if you know what you need (like if your car pops up a message or you hit a certain mileage); other times when I have been unsure, I have called in to make an appointment.  If I get voicemail, they call back quickly.  I have never had to schedule more than a day or two out.

In short, they've saved me tangibles like time and money, but also intangibles like stress and uncertainty.  I wouldn't take my car anywhere else.

My wife had an appt with Service Department today for an OIL CHANGE and even though she had an Appt she waited to hours...What is so wrong about this they have a habit of making her wait for hours and when she initially walked in she asked if this was going to take the normal 2 hours...the young lady said NO, of course not you have an Appt. !" when she complained to the young lady after 2hrs she stated Oh i am sorry there should be a way to let our service people know you have an appt.
Do yourself a favor skip this Dealer all together and search yelp.com for a more reliable dealer...We will never purchase a VW again.

Run, don't walk away from this dealership and their sister location in Orange Park.  They have no customer focus and do not have the ability to service BMW vehicles.  Their staff is poorly train, if trained at all, and never complete the tasks they  'identified'.

Head to Daytona, Orlando, Gainesville or Ocala if your looking for a BMW, however consider your service options when you do, and the distance of travel.
