Worst after sale service, even Tom Bush and our BMW was not this bad, at least we could get an appointment within a reasonable time. Two years maintenance free? Yes if you make appointments weeks ahead of time. Simple oil change now that we have 6000 miles, we will get to you just wait.  

I guess that's how they do the free maintenance for two years as you get so frustrated you take it somewhere else.

We just purchased a 2015 subaru sti from here a couple weeks ago. We had to purchase the car while overseas and pick it up once we moved to the area. My husband worked with Jerry who worked with him every step of the way making sure our purchase went smoothly. I would highly recommend this dealership, their customer service is beyond awesome!

I bought a 2014 Outback from Kimberly. I'm in the Navy and they couldn't have made it easier for me here. I got way more than I expected for less than I anticipated to pay. If your in the military this is the place to get a Subaru. Totally easy going, very polite, and no pressure! Plus your getting a Subaru which honestly you just  can't beat in terms of quality, utility, and price.

I am remarkably impressed with Subaru of Jacksonville. I had spent several months looking for the right vehicle and was constantly disappointed, usually in regards to customer service and the constant hassling. I had just about had enough of car shopping because, by that point, I was frustrated with other dealerships continuing to call and pressure me as well as being unable to find a vehicle that suited my criteria. All the fun in shopping for a new car was gone. As soon as I stepped onto the car lot, I was assisted by a salesman who was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely personable. He helped me narrow down a selection of Subarus I was interested in and made the test drive a great experience. When I told him I wanted time to think things over, he didn't pressure me or try to persuade me otherwise. After deciding that the vehicle was perfect for me, I went back the next day and was cruisin' in my new Subaru in under two hours. Through the process, I was never pressured and everyone I met, from sales to finance, was friendly (and not in an over-the-top way like most in sales) and I would happily do business with them again. I cannot run out of good things to say about my experience with them and have not been more impressed with any other dealership. Very military-friendly as well.

This is a fantastic dealership. The staff treats me like I'm family every time I come in. The sales team is very courteous and helped me get the best deal possible, even despite my less than perfect credit. And the service department is unmatched.  Last weekend I was in for an oil change, but at the last minute realized I needed a service inspection (2-3 hours) so instead of making me wait half the day to get my car back they put me in a loaner car free of charge, and I didn't even have to ask for it! I would certainly recommend this dealership to my friends.

We purchased an 09' Dodge from this dealership on April 30th 2011. They were knowledgeable and easy going. The sales guy had to put up with us and our 2 car seats and double test drives and all along he was gracious. Fast forward to now. The car is giving me a strange stalling issue. The dealer offers a 6mo 6000 warranty. I made an appointment to bring it in and that is where the glowing recommendation really kicks in!! Steve in the service dept has gone above and beyond to try to figure out what is going on with it. I was put in a dealer vehicle while they worked on mine. They have treated me with respect and the best customer service I have had from any car repair place ever. Did I mention they are doing all of this under their warranty? They could have simply said sorry, we cant duplicate the issue you're having. Have a nice day. instead they have test driven the car several times and are really working to figure out what is going on. When they did find another issue during the process they fixed it. I am so in awe that I am taking the time to write this recommendation and write an email to the dealership owner. This is the place to buy a vehicle from for sure!! Thank you all for making everything so stress free!
