This is the location to take your Volvo to for service in the Southeast!  I've utilized them while passing through on travel and while living in the greater Jacksonville area.  I would recommend their service shop to anyone who drives a Volvo!

On two separate occasions I've had a safety issue that needed corrected (battery and headlamp) and was able to get someone to assist me same day on short notice.  The service team went out of their way to quickly change a headlamp bulb despite having a bay full of scheduled service vehicles so that I could be safely on my way!

The team is great and will give you a great service experience.  The waiting area is more than adequate including a business center for continuing your work while you wait!  

Remember, you're driving a Volvo - not a Hyundai, so corrective maintenance can be expensive.  O'Steen Volvo went out of their way to make sure I understood the issues and the cost.  The only downside, is their service hours stop at 5pm, so schedule your regular maintenance ahead of time!

Commenting on the service department.

The service department gave us excellent customer service. We needed a key made and the scheduled us an appointment for the next week.  We called to confirm our appointment the day before, and they had us down for the wrong day and they just changed it for us.  
So we get down there and they told us it's going to take a lot longer than they thought because we also wanted the steering wheel emblem replaced as it was delaminating. They offered to shuttle us somewhere or order us a free rental from Hertz.  We stuck around for a while and played in their "kids corner" with our 2 year-old for a while.  They have a separate room for children filled with blocks, chalk, books and puzzles.  The best part is that it's away from the general waiting area so we didn't have to worry about our child being too loud and disturbing others.
We did end up getting shuttled to Newks because we were starving.  The shuttle driver was incredibly nice and they were quick to pick us up.

Overall, just great customer service on their part, and the emblem and key were perfect.

Passing thru J'ville, FL and stopped for the night when our XC70 had major computer/electronic issues. Being a Sunday evening we just had it towed to nearest dealer - this one!  Called Monday AM 5 min after they opened to tell them about the car - they already had it in the shop ready to work on it! Bottom line had to replace major electronics but had car back to us by 3PM Monday afternoon. They even sent a van up to the hotel and picked us up.  I highly recommend their service department. Thanks Mike for making our speed bump in J'ville as pleasant as possible!

I went in for a test drive on xc90. Staffs was not what I would expected from high end vehicle salesperson. The dealership is a rundown place in a rundown neighborhood. I was not impress with the whole experience including the vehicle. Larry was very bossy of how I should drive the car. I thought I was in the car with my grandpa. Yikes! I don't see spending $48,000 for that kind of experience along with after purchased services. "Stay away from this place"

Had a Volvo XC 90. Took it in for some work. My steering wheel was acting up. The service people installed a part wrong necessitating my car being kept over night. It was parked in a non secure area and broken into that night. The next day I was called by the dealership and drove there to meet with the police. Met with the owner. The dealership replaced the broken window ( front Driver side). It caused problems from then on with leaks as the seal were stretched by the break in. In addition the fingerprint powder remained no matter how I tried to clean it. I had about $350. Worth of items taken- Satellite Radio, Garmin GPS. The owner said it was my responsibility. Had $500. Deductible so I had to eat it. Stay away from this dealership. I got rid of the Volvo and will never buy another.

Took my car here for regularly scheduled service.  Service staff was courteous and professional, and ready to work on my car at the scheuduled time.  Customer lounge was better than most I've spent time in; it was clean, and had comfortable seating.  

Looks like there was a "business center" in a side room, but I had my laptop so I didn't check it out.

They washed the car as a part of the service.  Nice!
